Best place to live nearby my destination and peaceful place to live

A nice newish, clean place with comfortable big rooms. It is very well located near facilities such as restaurants, supermarkets, vegie shops, banks and bottle shop etc. It felt like I was in Vietnam with a lots of food options and friendly & courteous people without the hustle bustle and noise. Plenty free parking in the shopping precinct. Highly recommend as it is close to all amenities; no need to cook your own brekkie, lunch and dinner. Excellent host who is easy to communicate with.

We had an amazing time, the property manager s lovely and has all the required necessities! Close to the beach and town with access to restaurants and cafes. Our family truly enjoyed our getaway and the property made it even better. Thank you David and co for your assistance throughout our stay.

Our stay at Artemisa and Scott’s was perfect. Modern, neat, clean and well appointed, we felt at home instantly. The communication and guidance from our wonderful hosts was spot on, timely, clear and friendly. I couldn’t recommend Artemisa more highly as a helpful and friendly host. Kevin's place is spacious and make us feel like home. Kevin is responsive and helpful. When we told him something in need, he arrange that for us quickly even it is on boxing day. Highly recommend Kevin's place and I would like to stay again when I come to Melbourne next time.

Second stay at Ana and Nathan’s lovely apartment. Best things for me are the location, both the proximity to neighbourhood facilities and to the city . Also that it’s decorated as a home not an Airbnb! Can get a little warm on a hot day but easy to manage with fans and aircon.

Great little place with everything you need, including a washing machine, good WiFi and a comfy bed. Location was great, close to the waterfront and just minutes to the centre of Frankston. Busses are close by also. Tim was a great host, very flexible and made me feel welcome. Thanks.

Great spot, sunny garden with space to hang laundry, IGA grocers, Italian restaurant & fish & Chip place only a 50 yard walk away.

I cant believe how great this place is. The building amenities are 5 star. The apartment is brand new and has everything you need. We walked to dinner and had a nice stroll along the beach across the road. Views on the rooftop deck are incredible.

Tastefully decorated, cosy apartment located in a peaceful neighborhood. Loved the comfortable leather couch. Cleanliness is high on my priority list and this apartment exceeded the criteria. Conveniently located by the tramline but I chose to walk the lovely tree lined streets to get to neighboring suburbs. Dianna is a friendly, responsive host who took pride in ensuring my stay was comfortable. Highly recommended!

Adams unit was in a great location close to the train station. There was a cafe and dumpling place right beneath the building which was handy! The neighbourhood had lots of great places to eat. We also enjoyed the wine that was provided 🥳

Perfect accommodation and location for our needs. Train station was opposite, only 45 minutes into Flinders St Station. Beach was 2 minute walk. Shops behind the train station. Perfect.

Great location and well equipped apartment

Loved our little long weekend getaway, being minutes away from the stunning beach! The space is small and quaint with the essentials easily available. We hope to return soon!
