Neat and tidy older style house. Cute welcome basket and note with breakfast set in a little basket. We had one night and it was very comfortable. Perfectly located to catch the ferry. I couldn’t figure out how to work the stove but gave up so didn’t ask. Other than that everything was very good.

The property is very private, peaceful and comfortable. It's well presented and includes thoughtful extras like complimentary breakfast package and alcoholic drinks (for a fee). Although mentioned in the listing, the loft bedroom is very bright and not private so don't discount this when booking, especially if couples are booking and not a family with children. Natalie was communicative and considerate with messages.

Karen's home is absolutely perfect for our short stay with family. Her care and attention to detail really made us feel like we were "home". The welcome cheese board, fresh bread, pantry staples and even ice blocks were a lovely touch. The location is brilliant. We were able to easily walk to supermarkets, cafes and hairdressers and gorgeous clothing and shoe boutiques. The benefit of having off-street parking was truly appreciated as the street itself is busy for carparks. Karen's prompt communication and follow up is brilliant, even offering to post an item left behind. We will definitely return when next in Geelong.

We had the most peaceful stay at Blame Mabel’s Farmhouse. I love an aesthetically pleasing space and the attention to detail in the decor is so beautiful. Lighting is lovely and moody, linen is cosy, the bath and shower were such a luxury. The bed was comfy, the day bed in the window was heaven. We loved building our muesli for breakfast, what a great idea! It’s right next to Fairy Park and we plan to come back as a family and do some more exploring. Thanks for having us!

Loved staying here! Booked in for a weekend stay and will be booking again. Aurynes's communication was excellent. The unit had everything we needed from snacks, drinks, fresh fruit, eggs, body wash, shampoo, plus much much more. Mine and my friends expectations were well and truly exceeded. The unit was also very spacious! Cannot recommend staying at Aurynes's unit when in the Geelong area.

lovely place for our overnight stay in Geelong. very clean and great little yard for our dog to have some time out of the car. you do get a little bit of noise from the other half of the house but not much and that is to be expected in a split house.

We had a great stay at Paul's place. It is very spacious, actually larger than the photos show. Everything was perfectly clean. While is is on a busyish road, it was very quiet, and after 10pm there we could not hear anything. The bed was very comfortable and shower pressure excellent. Breakfast provisions provided were very generous and excellent quality. It is really close to restaurants and a less than 15 minute walk to the supermarket. We would definitely stay here again.

We were down for the weekend to watch the footy. Lots of places booked out, it was a busy weekend in Geelong - boat show/racing, regatta, footy, air show next weekend, lucky to find Nicks place available. Walking distance to GMHBA stadium and eateries and waterfront. Nice place, old unit that’s been done up. Garage is small/low, our hatchback fitted but an SUV wouldn’t. A comfortable stay in a good location. Nick was a friendly and helpful host.

Fabulous place! We had an amazing time and it's probably the best-equipped Airbnb we've ever stayed at. The attention to detail is impressive, with everything thoughtfully provided, from the cozy bedding to the well-stocked kitchen. The host truly goes above and beyond to make guests feel at home. The location was perfect too—close to town and beach but still peaceful and private. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and will definitely be back

Frances and Ray were great hosts. As described the accommodation is at the rear of their house but we were allowed our privacy and they were there if we needed them. Everything you required was included and it was very clean and comfortable. I would recommend staying here if you are planning at visit to this area.

Martin and Eli were very hospitable, showing us around when we arrived and providing us with some breakfast goodies such as eggs, fruit, cereals, fruit and milk to get us started. The accomodation is completely self-contained, modern and clean. We enjoyed our time here and would recommend the property and hosts without hesitation.

We stayed 3 nights at Batesford Lodge and were immediately taken aback by the peaceful surroundings. The host Michael is very friendly and welcoming. Our room and ensuite were large and comfortable. We experienced a great sunset at Dog Rocks and wandered through Michael's established garden. Nothing was too much trouble and he gave us some foldaway chairs for the airshow to borrow. Continental breakfast was supplied which was an added touch. Jedi and Trixie are gorgeous dogs who love people. We loved our stay there thanks Michael.

Perfect accommodation and host!! The place was impeccably tidy and pristine. Fridge was full with perfect choices for breakfast and snacks throughout our stay! Thoroughly recommend Fay as a perfect host.

I really enjoyed my stay at Kuldeep’s . The front section of a house on a new estate on the Bellarine . All as described- very comfy bed and good shower, lots of onstreet parking and walking distance to shops and food outlets. Always feels strange entering by someone’s front door but all sectioned off and private. Only downside was reaching over the bins to get at the lockbox and having to have the blinds down most of the time as the bedroom window is on the street.

Relaxed location with a host that is friendly and well informed. Highly recommend the location if you want to relax and rejuvenate. Met all our needs for an overnight stay with good food recommendations. Check in and out very smooth and welcoming. We will be back

Helen and Julie couldn't have been more welcoming. The BNB was perfect with very thoughtful and generous touches such as scrumptious bickies, lollies, chips, juices etc. The bed was super comfy. The best bit was brekkie delivery on silver platters...eggs as you liked , perfectly cooked bacon, choices of bread for toast ( gluten free availabe), baked beans and chicken sausages... We highly recommend staying here if you want to relax and be utterly spoilt!

Lorelle's bnb is truly a charming step back in time. With the most hospitable welcome, Lorelle ensured that me and Remi (the poodle) were comfortable and felt at home. It's not your typical airbnb where you rock up and could be anywhere with generic decor and impersonal vibes. Rather, like described, Lorelle provides a traditional old school bed and breakfast experience filled with lots of history and character. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Cate was a lovely host, helpful, friendly & good communication throughout the whole process. The place was lovely & as expected in the pictures. The location is private & peaceful, and the I was able to rest just as I needed. Thank you Cate 😊
