Perfect location for visiting friends in Lymm and Chester. Super comfy bed and a lovely canal side walk to Lymm. Very easy check in.

We received a very warm welcome from Fiona when we arrived, the ‘check-in’ was smooth, clear and friendly and we immediately felt at home. The house is exceptional quality, located in a beautiful spot, drivable to local villages and also well located for easy motorway access. All rooms in the house are really well appointed with plenty of space for our family, including kids. We appreciated the little touches Fiona added, such as home baked goods, jams, eggs and chocolate. The house was perfect for our long weekend in the area, and we fully recommend this house to others - we would certainly like to return again.

We had a wonderful stay in Linda's chicken barn. The owner is so thoughtful with welcome notes and wine on our arrival. The barn is fully equipped with lots of towels, things for quick breakfast and hot drinks, real feel home and comfortable. The barn is well decorated with chicken farm items. We even found the perfect BBQ kits and equipment to have a BBQ on second day of our arrival, that was really blessing. The layout of the barn was a surprise, but we quickly grown love it. The location is beautiful and quiet. Many hiking routes at the footsteps. We are a couple with two grown-up boys. We found so much to do in the area, boys found lots of climbing (bouldering). Together we did hiking, walking through gorges, caves. These places are all in 40 minutes driving distance. Many thanks for the barn, the loving and caring you have put in.

We were looking for a quiet and peaceful place to stay and Barn Cottage was perfect. It provided exactly what we needed and was in just the right area for where we needed to be.

We really enjoyed our stay at Brow Farm. The views from the cottage are absolutely beautiful and the cottage itself was very cosy and comfortable. Though surrounded by amazing countryside, the cottage is a very short walk into New Mills center - so perfect location wise. The hosts were very friendly and we would highly recommend.

We had a great trip, the barn is really comfortable and a perfect size for a group stay. The hot tub is lovely and the area is secluded with great views. Susan was a really responsive host and easy to communicate with throughout. Thanks for a lovely weekend.

We were staying with the family and having several properties in one place was perfect for us. Everything in the property was easy to find and there were clear directions for everything you might need. Thank you!

Gorgeous place. The design is chic and felt luxe yet homely. friendly farm cats and goats that the children loved playing with. Hot tub was excellent and warm, loved the fire pit and the log burner. Junction in pub which is a 5 minute walk was amazing - great home cooked food - and the best pies ever!! Sarah was charming and had great recommendations for anything you could possibly need. seriously considering returning in the summer also!

Wow! What a stunning place!! So immaculate, modern, spacious and private. Everywhere you look there are beautiful plants, homely touches and very stylish well chosen pieces. The whole look and feel of the interior is fabulous with plenty of space to relax and enjoy a film on the huge screen. The bed is very comfortable and the vast private garden would be perfect for drinks and outdoor dining on summer evenings. Sean was very friendly and on hand should we need anything and made us feel very welcome. We can’t wait to rebook again soon as it’s already become one of our favourites ever on Air BnB! If you want to get away from the city while still being close to it… this place is it. Cute little “den” on a farm. You are out in the green, great views of the city from the hills. Just horse farms and meadows around though 😇 Chris is very friendly and helpful and a great host. The place itself is simple and efficient, like a tiny house.

We had a fabulous time staying for a hen weekend, despite a tiny problem getting the keys we got checked in quickly and Becky had left us a lovely basket of goodies to make our stay even better. The house was perfect for what we were looking for and suited us down to the ground. Becky was a great host and was very responsive allowing us to fix an error on the boiler/heating system very quickly and easily without disrupting our plans, hopefully we’ll be back to stay again!

Wow, what a stunning location and fantastic accommodation. Spotlessly clean, really well appointed, wanting for nothing. The bed is so comfortable! Cliff is a great host. Communication concise and lots of recommendations. You will not be disappointed if you choose to stay here, which I urge you to do. We hope to return.

Matthew was really helpful prior to arrival with directions but also with recommendations of places to eat and to see. The building itself is a beautifully converted barn with a lovely lounge/kitchen area. (There was also a really cool picture book showing how they did the work which was really nice to see!) Amazing views from downstairs and upstairs alike. It was really clean and well presented. Location wise it’s situated in a lovely town within walking distance to some great pubs and the national trust property. Plus I was able to get the food apps to deliver to the property quicker than in most big cities! Matthew the host was very welcoming and friendly, perfect Airbnb host! Would definitely recommend and love to go back again soon!

We live in Australia and wanted a place close to our family to spend Xmas with. We stayed at Cliffs place for a month. It was absolutely beautiful. I was worried we’d find the large open space too cold for us Aussies but with the under floor heating it was always so comfortable. We had been dreaming of a roaring fire surrounded by snow and stunning views and that’s what we got. Cliff was always available for any questions and help and very friendly giving advice of local country walks and places to eat. I couldn’t recommend high enough we will definitely be back. Such a cosy little barn. Host was great, provided breakfast and was very helpful when asking for local food recommendations. Location was very tranquil with lots of great hikes nearby.
