We had a relaxing and peaceful time at Roger's place. Although we arrived rather late at 11pm, the self-check in instructions were very helpful and we had a very comfortable night at the property. I would love to be back in the near future.

Jo is one of the best Airbnb hosts we’ve ever met. She’s such a lovely and genuinely helpful person. My partner and I stayed for a night after visiting Pooh Corner, Ashdown Forest, and many other charming places nearby. Everything was perfect. Jo made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Her home is beautiful, the hot tub was incredibly relaxing, and there’s so much to do in the area. We highly recommend staying at Jo’s place. Thank you for everything.

My elderly mother stayed in the apartment and was welcomed by the host, Caroline, and made to feel at home. Caroline made sure everything was perfect and provided contact details if any problems should arise. I would certainly recommend Caroline's apartments for anybody looking for a leisure break or business trip as Eastbourne Town centre is within walking distance, as is the beautiful seafront. Beautiful stylish gorgeous apartment right on the beach. Fabulous interior, overlooking beach. 5* luxury! Host was super accommodating. Devine bath! Difficult to leave to come home!! Definitely highly recommend & would book for next trip 🙂

We had a lovely time in Whitstable not least thanks to the beautiful house in Argyle Street, which had everything you need and more. It’s perfectly located, close to the train station, beach, harbour, cute high street and a brilliant bakery. We didn’t bring a car but still managed to get around so much with the brilliant train (10 mins walk from house) that goes down the coast to Herne Bay, Margate and Broadstairs and a 20 minutes bus ride to Canterbury (bus stop a 3min walk from house). We were incredibly lucky with the weather and loved every minute!

A stone's throw from the beach with plenty of interesting things to do nearby. Ann was the communate host, thoughtfully sharing her knowledge of the local area, with tailored suggestions based on the make-up of our family group. We've enjoyed enchanting walks along the coast - especially at sunrise and sunset, interesting local shops just a few minutes inland, and superb local transport links to the larger towns in the area.

We really enjoyed our stay at Nancy’s house. It was in the perfect location for us after arriving from France. It was clean and comfortable and everything we needed was provided for us. Nancy was very kind and flexible with arrangements. The area was quiet and we had a lovely walk through a park and past the allotments. Thank you Nancy, we would love to return.

We had an absolutely wonderful week in this great property- the direct access to the beach is very special - and the house is a real home, furnished for comfortable living rather than rental. Lots of gorgeous walks near by - great golf course up the road, handy EV charging point 2 mins walk away, and Ashford designer shopping outlet 30 mins drive away.

Dan was the most attentive and kind host! Responded so quickly to any questions and was super helpful. The flat is in the perfection location with it just a short walk to town. Beautiful secluded quiet garden for your morning coffee or to just sit and relax. The flat has all you can ask for with easy Alexa instructions throughout( and the most comfortable bed I've had in an Airbnb thus far). Absolutely great value for money, would definitely stay again! Amazing location right on the beach with easy and right outside the apartment street parking. Fit 5 adults and 2 dogs perfectly (however no outside space for dogs to go toilet, have to take them over the field but again right outside the apartment so easy) Lovely apartment with all essential amenities, I would stay here again. We had such an amazing time at Becky’s place. We felt at home straight away and the sea views were incredible. The interior was so stylish without being soulless, and I had some of the best sleep I’ve had in a long time. The location is perfect as well. We will definitely be back! Thank you so much!

The photos don't do it justice - the flat is literally a few steps from the beach, with sea views from the bedroom (from the bed!) and living room. Very well appointed with everything you could need in the kitchen. Nice clean stylish bathroom with shower and bath.

Outstanding in every respect - a real find! The accommodation is spacious and comfortable, and in an excellent location only a few minutes stroll from the seafront. The flat is equipped throughout to a very high standard, and is full of thoughtful little extras which made our stay really special. A real home from home - very highly recommended.

Karen was the perfect host with full details re the property sent in advance and a lovely welcoming present. The property is immaculate in all senses of the word with spacious clean rooms and a lovely balcony for those great sunsets. It is situated two minutes walk away from the beach and 20 from Birchington itself which is full of shops, bars and restaurants. A well located apartment. Very easy to find and check into. Inside we found a cosy, peaceful and beautifully decorated apartment. Lots of space for two people. Local shops and eateries in the high street just around the corner. We highly recommend and would happily stay again
