Our stay at Erik's was exactly as advertised. Great spot to stay if you want to explore downtown Fort Collins

We loved sitting on the patio and enjoying the views of the lake with the fire table. The apple tree was a plus with very delicious apples. From the primary bedroom there was a terrific view of the sunrise. Roberto was very responsive and helpful. Neighbor downstairs was very friendly and nice to chat with on the pier.

The house was perfect. We attended a conference at the Hilton which was about a 10 minute walk. The house comfortable fit our group. The house was very clean and the kitchen was equipped. We hope to stay here again next time we have a conference. Thank you for sharing your lovely house!

This location is amazing, close drive to Estes and right on the Big Thompson. Sitting by the fire and listening to the river while watching the stars was pretty great. We were blessed to see an abundance of wildlife as well, bald eagles, foxes, wild turkeys, and big horn sheep. If you enjoy grilling or bbqing there is a grill, pellet stove, smoker, and wood fired pizza oven! Overall a very good stay, the beds could definitely use an update, but overall we enjoyed our stay. The reviews are accurate-our stay was so enhanced by the special warmth of the hosts in sharing this unique and comfortable space. Kitchen has every convenience-espresso in the am and perfectly large for holiday cooking! Would come back whenever visiting FoCo!

I would give a 10+ to our stay at this home. Everything in this home was spotless and has all the modern convivences. It was the kind of house that felt like home.

It was a beautiful whimsical place to stay! The colorful interior was just what I needed and the studio provided a generous working space. I loved it so much and felt so privileged to be there, even in the snow. I visit Fort Collins often and can’t wait to stay here again! Ann is a super kind host who was proactive about every need. I felt extremely welcomed!

This was the second time we stayed at Kelsey's place. We love it. It is clean, roomy, and peaceful. The bed is very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. The neighborhood is lovely and walkable. We recommend Kelsey's place!

This is a great location right near the university and downtown. It worked well for us with 2 bedrooms and just enough space to be comfortable. We were mostly out and about, but enjoyed our stay. There's only one bathroom and it's a bit small, so having more than 3 people would get crowded, we also found the dining room table just barely large enough to have 3 people working on laptops, but there are great coffee shops nearby. All in all, it was a great value!

Great downtown location, easy walking to many great restaurants and shops. Being able to walk right downstairs to Starry night coffee shop in the morning was great!

Everything was great! Location was awesome and hosts were super quick, responsive, and helpful. They even shoveled our path before we got up because it snowed the night before.

This unit is super cute, comfy and cozy for two people. Loved the Weecasa Village and all the unique tiny houses. It was a quick 15 minute drive to Boulder providing us access to all the shops, restaurants and hiking. Local coffee house was great breakfast spot with a super friendly staff. All in all it was a great experience.

Everything we needed for a cozy Thanksgiving stay! Conveniently located to downtown and lots of other amenities. Because this wasn't clear to me in the description, I'll call it out for other considering guests — you get both sides of the duplex, but they are NOT accessible to each other inside the units. You have to go outside and then back inside to get to the other unit. It wasn't a big deal, but we didn't expect it.

Great spot! The description is accurate. Description says one bedroom, so if you’re like me and only look at pictures, it looks like more than one bed room. This was not an issue for us! Just wanted to write this as a heads up to anyone! Really enjoyed our stay! Close to downtown and everywhere else in Loveland. Super quick trip up to Fort Collins too!

Beautiful place to stay. I live in Loveland but wanted a place to entertain and visit with two of my sisters. This place was perfect! We were able to walk a couple blocks to down town for food and shopping. The house had plenty of room for the three of us and had everything we needed such as shampoo, dishes, fridge. Loved the rocking chairs on the porch because the weather was so nice we were able to sit outside and enjoy the front porch together. Would stay here again and hopefully more family members can join us as it easily sleeps 8.

This was a perfect home for a weekend away! We had quite the large group and those was accommodating for all of us! The home has a gorgeous open floor plan and a fabulous back yard! It was everything we needed for our stay and will be back again!

Amy was a very responsive host. This Airbnb was a great place to stay. I would recommend this place.
