This home is absolutely beautiful - even more so than the photos! Breanne was friendly and responsive and made sure we were well taken care of. There were SO many thoughtful little touches to welcome us (and our pups!) and make us feel comfortable and at home. The yard is big and private which was great for our pups, and the huge master suite in addition gave everyone lots of space. the master bath area, shower, and tub were so luxurious and the perfect place to unwind. Everything we needed was provided. Thank you for an lovely stay, Breanne!

I can’t say enough about how great our stay was. From the moment we booked to the moment we left it was awesome. Caren is one of the best hosts I’ve ever had. She was proactive and very communicative. Everything was super easy. The place was on point. Fully stocked kitchen with great cooking utensils and dishes. Even some basics in the pantry like spices and what not. The beds were super comfortable with lots of nice pillows and blankets. Everything was really clean like a 5 star hotel and there were lots of extra towels sheets and everything we could have needed. The upstairs room was perfect for our crew of boys. They had their own little getaway complete with a tv and a little lounging space for them to hang and have a place to call their own without being bothered or bothering the adults. 😀 Great cable tv and WiFi. Easy access to the house. If I’m ever back in Colorado Springs I’m definitely staying here again.

The place was really nice. Loved the fireplace and like everyone else says, the toilets. Now i have to save up to get thw wife one lol. We had a little issue with the hot tub as the previous guests didn't close it when finished so it lost temperature. It was out of their control but they offered the tub next door because it was unoccupied that night. Janet was really responsive and still is the day after we already left. She really cares that we had a nice stay! Will definitely recommend and return.

Very cute place that appears to be an addition to a home. It is private and separate. Very clean and cozy. Perfect for 3 adult women for a weekend conference. Just a heads up, there is no washer or drier. It specifies that those are not included. It was my mistake of overlooking that. Plenty of clean towels available and that was appreciated.

We visited family in Colorado Springs and needed a place to gather for Thanksgiving Dinner. Mila's place was great. In one large room are a big comfy sectional sofa, a large 6-person dining table and a workable kitchen with modern full-size appliances and a generous selection of nice pots, pans and utensils. It was perfect for our needs. Thanks, Mila!

Andrew’s home was perfect with stunning views of Pikes Peak to the back of house. He was always very prompt with communications. Beautiful retro but modern decor. Super comfy couch with chaise. The dual sided fire place made it nice and toasty on snow day. Fully equipped kitchen with Keurig Duo works with ground coffee OR pods which is nice and a variety of condiments were also available. Memory foam beds in all the rooms, bedding was soft and cozy. Open spot in garage is a bonus for snowy days. Didn’t use the showers or washer/dryer, and never ventured to the basement for the game room so can’t speak to those amenities. Would definitely stay here again!

Great stay. Hosts were very responsive. Good location for Broadmoor events and easy access to the mountains.

We absolutely loved staying at Cynthia’s place! It was perfect for my family. I have younger children and they loved the toys and seeing the animals!! Cynthia thought of everything when it came to making us feel comfortable!! Definitely will be staying with Cynthia again if we are in the area!

It was a great little place for the price. It was in a cute location and the sauna was great. The space was perfect for a short weekend get away and we were glad it was dog friendly. It could have stood to be a little cleaner (dead bee on the window sill, hair on the bathroom floor). The stairs are a lot more precarious than the pictures indicate and it was made worse by snow. The bedroom does not have a window. Also there is no thermostat to control the temperature in your space. Despite a few cons, this place was still great and the hosts were very helpful and responsive.

George and Rita were excellent hosts. Both were very friendly and responsive and gave good recommendations on the local surroundings. The Airbnb was clean and spacious and we had no issues. During our stay we would keep saying “Now this is what an Airbnb is supposed to be like!” Lovely space I would highly recommend to anyone.

Stayed for 2 months while I was finding a place in the Springs. I felt right at home from the beginning. The place is so comfortable with plenty of space in an amazing location. Don’t let the downtown scare you the house is super peaceful, with an easy walk to everything you could want

I had the best time at this air bnb! It had absolutely everything you could ask for. I absolutely loved the complimentary snacks, waters, coffee, and adult beverages. It really made me feel like home! Will recommend to so many others!

This home was fabulous! We admittedly didn't spend much time in the home or nearby locale as we were in there for a family funeral in a neighboring town. But the space was perfect, open, very clean and comfortable. Beds were nice, linens clean. The hosts were communicative and kind. So much better than a hotel! Would stay again if needed!

I held a woman’s retreat at the Airbnb. It was the perfect location, warm and inviting. Communication with the team was spot on. They were always available to reach if I have any questions. I highly suggest this property and will probably return back to it in the near future!

Great place to stay, I had 15 family members and everyone had their own space. Yes it is haunted…Perfect location tons to do. The ghosts are a little noisy at night but friendly. Great place I will rent again.

We were a party of 11, ages 7-78, coming together for the Holidays. We had plenty of space in the house and never felt like we were on top of each other. Kaitlyn was in contact regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. She was very responsive to questions and worked to quickly resolve any concerns. We walked around the neighborhood. There was plenty to do in the area. We drove to Garden of the Gods, Red Rocks, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, Manitou, and Old Colorado City. We will plan to rent the house again the next time we get together in the area.

The stay was fantastic. The host was very responsive, kind, and flexible. The house was amazing, with lots of space for spread out during cold days and it was right by a nice park with trails. The views were incredible and the hot tub was perfectly situated for relaxing while enjoying the scenery. The kitchen was awesome, and very well stocked including having multiple ovens. We hope to stay here again when we visit Colorado from here on out!

Our second time staying at this location. Loved it so much we wanted to recreate our family memories. Beautiful home in a peaceful and magical environment. You can not go wrong with this place and the owner is a gem.

The Stilt House was just what we were looking for. A beautiful mountain retreat. Excellent communication before, during, and after our stay. The house had all of the amenities you are looking for when traveling away from home. My kids loved hanging out in the hammocks. The kitchen is well stocked (much better than most rentals I've stayed at). Beds and linens were amazing. We were blessed to see the Northern Lights on our first night there which was a great treat! My kids already want to know when we will be going back.
