We had a wonderful stay at this adorable home. We were impressed with how clean and well-maintained the property was. The house had plenty of space for our group, providing everyone with room to relax and unwind after a day of exploring the stunning surroundings. The location was ideal – just a short drive to the heart of Moab, yet tucked away enough to offer a peaceful retreat. The house had all the amenities we needed, making it feel like a home away from home. The living areas were spacious and comfortable, and the kitchen was well-equipped for preparing meals. Overall, this Airbnb was a perfect base for our trip to Moab. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, cozy, and convenient place to stay in the area. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit!

It had all the amenities listed, and some extra amenities that we didn't expect—games, blankets, towels, barbecue equipment, orange juice and milk in the fridge, and much more. Where you park is far enough from the road to keep your pets safe, and our two dachshunds loved running around in the fenced yard.

We loved staying at the Guest House at the Switch Yard! It is like a welcome visit to grandma’s house, complete with a candy dish just like grandma has. The host has thought of everything, including treats for our dog. We would definitely stay here again. Janis offered many great tips on the local area.

House was beautifully decorated with the Moab adventure type theme. The neighborhood was outstanding and the addition of a hot tub made the cool nights warm! Five Stars accommodations for sure.

This home was just as described and very cozy. Tim's communications were great every step of this journey. This area is my hometown so I knew this neighborhood was totally safe. We will definitely use this location again.

Nice place to stay, clean and relatively new. A few min drive to downtown Moab (incl. restaurants, bike/ 4x4 rentals, shops etc.) and a few minutes more to Arches NP. Canyonlands (depending on the district) is over an hour drive. This AirB&B is the middle section of a townhouse and slightly tucked back from the main road, hence some noise but not as much as other units of this housing complex. We did see neighbors next door but didn't hear any noise. Kitchen is well stocked. Living room is nicely decorated but not cluttered. Bedrooms have comfortable soft mattresses and there is a good number of power outlets. The shower in the master bathroom is large and has a good amount of shampoo/conditioner/bodywash. If there was one thing I would want to improve, I would suggest an upgrade to the shower head which works but is very basic. Allison responded quickly. The door lock is finicky, luckily we travel with our tech-savvy teen boys and Allison quickly gave us another option. Thx

Great quiet place to stay. very clean and comfortable. Rob was easy to communicate with and we had no issues.

Daniel was a great host who proactively reached out to see if we needed anything. The condo was spacious and cozy. We enjoyed the comfy living room couch and beds. Close to Arches park and lots of restaurants in a 5-10 minute drive. Great view from the balcony to the beautiful rock formations. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

Kent's place is located outside of main Moab but close enough for a quick drive to restaurants and stores. The open floor plan of his place made it comfortable for our family. The heated pool was enjoyed, even in the cold weather. The place was clean and kitchen fairly well-stocked. We will stay here again when visiting Moab.

The house was in a perfect location for Moab, Arches and Canyonlands. It was exactly as expected. Would recommend this AirBNB to anyone I know!

The condo was great. It was clean, it was comfortable. The only negative was the parking. We did have to park outside of the complex. We rented 3 condos to accommodate our group and we had 3 vehicles. So basically one vehicle per condo, so it was frustrating not to get parking in the parking complex.

Richards place was the perfect retreat to come back to after a day of adventures. Very peaceful. I had thought about getting a place in downtown moab to be a few minutes closer to the park entrances, but I am glad I did not. Downtown is bustling and noisy. Richards was restful.

This house was our “home away from home” for a month and we totally fell in love with it. The house feels warm and cozy (not impersonal and sterile as some Airbnbs do). It's the little things we don't carry while travelling but that made our stay easy: a soda-stream, tupperware boxes we could use on a hike. Humidifier was a nice touch to help us acclimatise to the desert. We had more room than we could ask for: main bed is the size of a football field, each of us had a desk to work at, and anytime we could just step out on the patio and watch the neighbours: Blue jay Fred and cheeky chipmunks. Views from the patio are breathtaking! The Castleton tower dominates the east, La Sals to the south keep their “head in the clouds.” The location is perfect! Away from the Moab rush, close to trails less trodden; it's 30 minutes to the Arches NP entrance. In case of a coffee emergency, the Sorrel ranch is close. This is a great place and if we're in this area ever again, we'd surely return.

There was some confusion upon check-in regarding a previous tenant, but overall a pleasant night’s rest on a long journey. I appreciated the last-minute booking approval.

We had a great stay with 2 adults and 2 kids. The location was remote and part of the journey is on unpaved road — but easy to find, and the surroundings were beautiful. Comfortable beds! Plenty of cooking tools and spices in the cabinets. Great outdoor fire pit, amazing for stargazing on a clear night. Deer everywhere, such a beautiful sight. Good wifi. Would definitely recommend for a quiet getaway about 30 minutes from Moab.

A great dog friendly townhome in a great location. Very comfortable beds and nice furniture and decor with nice kitchen supplies.

This is a great little cabin and a beautiful valley. It has end of the road privacy, but it’s really close to town. For a little town Tori has a lot of places to eat and the little market is perfect. Our dogs love this place probably more than we did !

Great place, comfortable and well stocked. Appreciated the communication but wished there were solar lights or flashlights or something for the power outage. Otherwise things were great!!

Kimberly was very responsive and her place was exactly as described. We enjoyed a few days in Moab while staying at On The Rocks. Very thankful for the private, dog-friendly location.
