The apartment is beautiful and clean. The neighborhood is very cute and the place is very close to Lake Michigan. It was comfortable and the decor had been carefully designed.

MIke was an amazing host. Extremely responsive, and very flexible and accommodating. Was in town with my family for a funeral; Mike was very understanding and was willing to go the extra mile to support the changing flow of the trip. Beautiful view; I could imagine it would be amazing in the summer. All-in-all, a great stay, and exactly what we needed during this time. Would love to be there in the summer or fall!

Wonderful stay so near to the lake! Great food nearby. Beautiful views just a few steps down the road. Nice furnishings, amenities, comfy beds. Great explanation of the unique entrance and how to access the space. Lucky that the restaurant below the apartment was closed, considering it may have been noisy, and wasn’t!

The house was perfect for our stay in the winter for our daughter's wedding!! The list is long of all the little things the house has that allowed us to remain focused on gathering with friends and family and not need to run around and acquire basic items. Two of my favorites was the large number of coffee mugs! We had brought a French press, but I was overjoyed to find one in the well-appointed kitchen.....it was very cold for our Southern guests and the coffee was in demand! The front room offered a surprisingly beautiful view of the sunrise over Lake Michigan...in the winter, and it made for a lovely greeting with snow on the ground. Joe was very responsive, gracious, personable, and helpful. There is everything guests need for a truly relaxing stay regardless of the time of year. The front room allows for both intimate conversations and larger meals. Our visit was magical and the house...made us feel at home....which in turn flowed to our family. Thank you!!

Stay with the renter with confidence. She was very friendly and responded quickly. I was a day late and had to extend stay 3 times, and she was great about all the changes. Fantastic host!

Loved Iginios place, matched his description and beyond. Very comfortable and super clean and organized. Quiet zone and private parking are a plus! I Highly recommend it if you're visiting around the area.

This is our 2nd time renting this home over Christmas! He had a tree up for us!! Lots of space for our family to spread out. Great views of Lake Michigan. Kyle was extremely accommodating & responsive! We’ll be back!

Such a cozy home, tons of blankets and comfortable seating areas. Great sleeping in a quiet neighborhood. Kitchen well stocked with all the pots, pans, and appliances - we made a lovely home made lasagna dinner and ate as a family in her quaint dining room. Beautiful river views, just a short drive to many lake MI site, Virmond Park, Port Washington Harbor, and Concordia University. Super grocery less than 10 min away, Metro Market. I hope to come back!

I can’t say enough good about this house. It is accessible from the city, easy to move through, and very guest-oriented. We had a large group of people there for a long weekend, and it was perfect accommodations. Thank you so much for hosting us Dan.
