Wonderful home in a wonderful area. We are so happy that we found this home and hope to return many more times. Everything is just perfection

This is my second time staying here. The house is clean, they provide just about everything you need but the food. Todd and Paula are friendly and informative. Great location on the lake! The pool and hot tub are clean and well taken care of. I would recommend bringing a couple pool toys/floats. Overall, it is a great place to stay.

We had a relaxing weekend and we would recommend this house. It’s very clean. It’s a nice and quiet area.

I can only imagine that where this house is located is like heaven. The best way to start the day was with stunning sunrise over the lake. The house is spectacular and the area is amazing. We stayed here for a golf tournament and were delighted to see that backyard was the 9th tee box of Great Water. We had some fantastic meals and all the locals were kind and friendly. Spent a day in Greensboro exploring all the amazing antique shops and lunch at the market there which was to die for, and the owner and her daughter were a delight. The owner of the house was fantastic, easy to work with and checked in on us frequently. Highly recommend!!!

The host was always quick to respond. The house was very spacious and had plenty of fun stuff besides the lake for entertaining and was very close to the boat ramp to load and unload the boat to tie to the dock for the weekend. We will definitely be booking this house again in the future

We had a great stay. Perfect location off the beaten path but still close to all that Athens had to offer. Perfect little get away for our family of four and the pup to catch a game at Sanford Stadium.

Perfect location, the house is beautiful and the lake allows for a good time kayaking. The house itself was spacious, and incredibly well-equipped with everything we could possibly need. The views of the lake were absolutely breathtaking, especially at sunset. Definitely will be coming back and recommend for anyone looking for a memorable retreat.

Couldn't be happier. Christa was the perfect host, and her house was the perfect place for me. It will be my first choice the next time I'm in town for work (and every time after that).

Top notch communication! Home is extremely clean and stocked with necessary items in bathrooms, bedrooms, and kitchen! Definitely will return to this gem.

We absolutely had a lovely stay for a few months. The best hosts and their concern for us during the cold snap we had was very appreciated. They sent us firewood and burning. Logs and we enjoyed coffee by the fire for several mornings. We would definitely go back! Thank you so much for everything! Jackie and Syl.

Loved this home. So much space for all of us!! Great open kitchen and den so that we were all together during any meal prep time. Beautiful property. Cabin was a bonus!! Great host too. Thanks so much.

David was so nice. He really helped us out in a pinch. The first home we rented was right around the corner from this home and it was absolutely filthy. We had to make arrangements within a few hours to move and David was prompt and communicative. I very much appreciate his quick responsiveness. Also, the property was very nice and comfortable and had everything that we needed.

What a gem of a place! Very comfortable, just outside of town-very easy to get an uber. Highly recommend!!!

This was an amazing weekend. We were in town reconnecting with family for an event. It was just what we needed!!! The location was perfect for what we needed and it offered everything we love: the outdoors, privacy, spacious, and incredibly convenient. This house has everything you need plus some.. The hosts were incredibly nice and accommodating from checking in a little early to even allowing us to hang around for a little longer on the last day. We enjoyed all the amenities provided from the outdoor fire pit to the grill and ping pong table. Thank you for a much-needed weekend with family! We have already making plans for our next event so that we can stay at this location. It was perfect!!

This is by far the cleanest, most beautiful, comfortable location I have ever booked. The location is right on the lake and the views are amazing! Kerri was an amazing host and I hope to stay again in the future!

A great stay in Athens! Building has lots of character and privacy, 1st floor is super comfortable for cooking and hanging out, 2nd floor has large bedrooms and mattresses to remember. Nice porch and front yard if you need it. Easy and fast access to downtown. Hosts were communicative and welcoming. Would unhesitatingly return!!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was absolutely beautiful, and clean. Lindsey was incredibly accommodating, especially since we were traveling from out of town with an unknown ETA. She was always responsive and so thoughtful throughout our stay. We can't wait to come back and enjoy this lovely place again!

My family and I stayed over new years and we loved the place! The lake view is so calming and relaxing. The house was nicely decorated and has everything you need to feel right at home. I do wish there was an extra tv in the house tho. Brandon was very communicative and polite. Do note the location is secluded and it takes at least 20-30 min to get to a supermarket, so it’s best to stock up prior to arriving. I will definitely stay here again. I imagine the summers here are beautiful.
