We had to book this stay last minute due to an unforeseen emergency at the other place we were staying. Lana contacted me as soon as I made the reservation. They had guests checking out the same day we were checking in but she made sure to get the home clean and ready for us even though it was the 1st of January. Steve was very friendly and helped with getting into the home. It was such a smooth process! The home was a dream…lots of entertainment options and beautiful lake views! All the mentioned amenities plus more. It was so wonderful we extended our stay. There were 16 of us and everyone had a place to sleep. There are 2 bathrooms upstairs for the 4 rooms and 2 on main floor with 2 rooms. The fifth bathroom in above the garage in an amazing open space with a few beds and an entertainment center. This area was perfect four the young adults. They spent their time there or outside. We barely saw them LOL. I would return in a heartbeat to this lovely cottage!

We really enjoyed this house. The location was amazing in a beautiful neighborhood, on the lake. We rented a boat a couple days and I could pull up to the dock by the house and pick up our crew. We also were able to enjoy the deck and grill a dinner and enjoy the lake views. Highly recommended.

Robyn’s place was the perfect writer’s getaway! The stillness of the home, the friendly and safe neighborhood, and the view of the sunset each evening were an author’s dream! My dog and I had a fantastic time with lots of rest and relaxation! Will definitely be going back!

Our family booked a very last minute trip to leave town during hurricane season. Matt was immediately responsive and a fantastic host!!! Lovely spot on the lake, a very homey experience and my children had so much fun outside in the beautiful Georgia countryside.

Everything was wonderful. Ronnie was very attentive and ready to help. The house was beautiful and the area was a dream. Would 100% recommend.

Oh my goodness, where do I begin….The place was amazing. My family and I went to visit Michael’s place for Thanksgiving and had a great time. From the big terrace level room with TV for the men to watch the football games, to the big family room for the women to gather and chat. It was 10 of us, so much room we never felt cramped. The lake view was gorgeous and everyone said their beds were very comfortable. This house was great. I loved the Sonos speakers that allowed me to play music for everybody while we prepped and relaxed. I would definitely stay here again. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND, THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Beautiful, peaceful lake setting. The dock was large and made it easy to keep the boat nearby. The home was welcoming and there were basic supplies that were provided. Spacious bedrooms and great room. Perfect for 8 people.

Great location near UGA Classic Center. Also close to greenway for walking/biking. Very clean. Loved the TVs/streaming apps with logins and appreciated the power strips throughout for easy charging.

Kathryn was a great host. The apartment is in an old stable building with a fantastic brick floor and a vaulted ceiling with exposed beams. Just a great space with an excellent energy. It was easy to find, clean and super cozy. Kathryn is a self-admitted foodie and recommended the Whirlybird Italian Rotisserie in Tignall for dinner - an outstanding suggestion! Would highly recommend her place!

Perfect space for a couple! Quiet but close to Athens!

Had an amazing time with my kiddo at this place. Kristen and Cody are so friendly. My kid (and I) loved playing outside and petting the animals. The place is far enough away from town to be in nature with a few parks around it, but close enough to go grab food or something conveniently. They had Christmas decorations, kids toys, chocolates, all kinda stuff for us there, I swear my kid did like 10 puzzles lol

Had an excellent stay at Dorothy and Brad’s home! The place was very clean and super accommodating! They almost immediately messaged me back and allowed us to have flexible check in times considering we travel for work. Very dog friendly for sure, it was amazing to find they had left a dog mat and toys for us to use. There were many other amazing items that would’ve been useful in a longer stay or if we had forgot them. I 10/10 recommend staying here and if I am ever in the area I will be staying again!

They had a great location to get anywhere around downtown Athens! It was very well kept up and had nothing that didn’t seem like it was wiped down and/or sanitized. Quiet area so you’re not disturbed by a lot of noise either!

It’s a smaller apartment. But, they really make use of the size. It’s in an extremely walkable location with many bars, restaurants, music venues, shops, etc.. all right there. Shirley was very responsive and was flexible when we asked for a favor. We would both recommend and enjoyed our stay.

From the time I booked to the end of our stay Sandy was very responsive!! This 2 bedroom, 2 full bath condo was perfect for our needs during our stay! We came to the area because our daughter had a Gymnastics meet but also to watch the Gymdogs competition as well! The directions were on point and took us right there. We love that it's in a gated, patrolled community! The condo was Very Very Nice! Both beds were comfortable and had clean soft sheets! The bathrooms were the same size and the water pressure was perfect! We loved sitting out on the patio when we had 2 hours downtime. This condo has a fully stocked kitchen but we didn't use it during our stay. I did however take advantage of the washer and dryer! This condo is on the 3rd level with only stairs, no elevator which was fine with us! Always can use a little exercise!! Each night we heard no noises and slept great! We Absolutely LOVED staying here and Recommend Sandy's condo to anyone! A++++++

We were in town to attend a concert at the Georgian Theater and it was a quick Uber ride away with many great options for food nearby! The place was clean and Nanda was very responsive to our questions.

Great place to stay along the lake. Lance was a responsive host. He was quick to answer any questions. Our only complaint was having to take the trash with us on the way out. It was an inconvience for us with younger children. We felt this should have been included as part of the cleaning fee.

Jeff was all around awesome! We came from Augusta in a hurry running from a hurricane with no power and Jeff was able to get us in his Airbnb from the time I booked it in less than 30 mins. I can not say enough great things about Jeff and his place. Our kids enjoyed every second on the lake paddle boarding riding bikes around the neighborhood. I would highly recommend Jeff and his place to anyone!!!
