Had an excellent stay at Dorothy and Brad’s home! The place was very clean and super accommodating! They almost immediately messaged me back and allowed us to have flexible check in times considering we travel for work. Very dog friendly for sure, it was amazing to find they had left a dog mat and toys for us to use. There were many other amazing items that would’ve been useful in a longer stay or if we had forgot them. I 10/10 recommend staying here and if I am ever in the area I will be staying again!

We had to book this stay last minute due to an unforeseen emergency at the other place we were staying. Lana contacted me as soon as I made the reservation. They had guests checking out the same day we were checking in but she made sure to get the home clean and ready for us even though it was the 1st of January. Steve was very friendly and helped with getting into the home. It was such a smooth process! The home was a dream…lots of entertainment options and beautiful lake views! All the mentioned amenities plus more. It was so wonderful we extended our stay. There were 16 of us and everyone had a place to sleep. There are 2 bathrooms upstairs for the 4 rooms and 2 on main floor with 2 rooms. The fifth bathroom in above the garage in an amazing open space with a few beds and an entertainment center. This area was perfect four the young adults. They spent their time there or outside. We barely saw them LOL. I would return in a heartbeat to this lovely cottage!

I couldn’t say enough in regards to Sam and Carissa. From checking in verbally before check in and making sure they are available to accommodate throughout the whole stay. This space is perfect for a peaceful getaway in the Georgia country side. The Kitchen is immaculate with brand new appliances, and you have all the amenities to cook and feel right at home. I noticed in previous reviews some mentioned parking in the driveway. You can disregard those. We had a Mazda CX-90 and Toyota Tundra and they could easily navigate in and out of the driveway in location. You can’t get a stay better than this for the price, location and quality of the house. You can’t really tell Adam and Carissa take pride in their BnB and providing an experience that makes you feel right at home. I didn’t want to leave! If this amazing spot is available I highly recommend you reserve it and test it out for yourself!

Jenny’s place was a great place to return to after getting married! The location of the lake house was awesome and the amenities that it came with was very appealing.

Quinn's place fit our needs perfectly. We spent three nights fishing on Lake Oconee. Its location suited us well. We could go to Publix's for supplies in just a few minutes, or we could make a short trip to Lawrence Shoals to our favorite fishing spots. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with cooking utensils and cooking items. The freezer came in handy for freezing the fish fillets. We had a marvelous trip.

This is a beautiful place with a lot of amenities, especially a Big Green Egg (BGE). I’m a member of the BGE cult and this BGE didn’t disappoint. There’s also a gas grill for burgers and hot dogs for lunch. Access to the lake was great. This house is right on the water with a great view. The pictures on AirBnB makes it look like a long walk to the water, but it’s not. It’s all right there. We rented a boat for a couple of days and it was easily docked and easily accessible. We had a great time taking the boat out for a sunset and jumping off Jumping Rock. All close and easy to do because of the location of the house. All in all, a great place to spend time with the family on the lake.

Everything was wonderful. Ronnie was very attentive and ready to help. The house was beautiful and the area was a dream. Would 100% recommend.

Amy and Chris were incredibly responsive to any questions and needs. They provided an amazing Christmas stay for our family. They were helpful before, during, and after our stay. We will definitely stay in their home again.

Beautiful condo with views of the lake. Quiet and comfortable get away!

Great place to stay along the lake. Lance was a responsive host. He was quick to answer any questions. Our only complaint was having to take the trash with us on the way out. It was an inconvience for us with younger children. We felt this should have been included as part of the cleaning fee.

We have stayed in these buildings before but have never stayed in one with such a great view! The place was cleaner than any we have stayed in too. Very easy to communicate with. We would certainly be back! Thank you for having us! The only downside was the cushions outside need to be replaced so it wasn't as comfy spending the afternoon on the porch as we hoped but it was a terrific spot! Highly recommend.

Jeff was all around awesome! We came from Augusta in a hurry running from a hurricane with no power and Jeff was able to get us in his Airbnb from the time I booked it in less than 30 mins. I can not say enough great things about Jeff and his place. Our kids enjoyed every second on the lake paddle boarding riding bikes around the neighborhood. I would highly recommend Jeff and his place to anyone!!!

It was a beautiful place to stay on the water. Debbie was extremely helpful and communicated immediately when we had questions. I would highly recommend staying here and working with Debbie!

Great Athens stay! We came to bring Thanksgiving to our son who plays football for UGA and attend the game that weekend. Paul was a great host very responsive and friendly. Our son is a freshman so we definitely intend to visit Paul’s place again. We would definitely recommend you stay in this beautiful place!
