As described and worth the stay! Dan was very proactive and attentive throughout our visit. The house was pristine and everything was functional. The grounds are nice and the hot tub was amazing. We used the wood burning stove the entire weekend and it was delightful. The sound of the stream was therapeutic and peaceful. The deco was as expected for the area and tasteful. If you’re looking for tranquility and to decompress ‘Flowing Water’ is a must. We will be coming back to visit and explore more of the area in the future. Dave & Lee

This is a regular airbnb for us. We love the wood burning stove, hot tub and piano. We really like coming here to decompress in the fall or winter. A very relaxing place away from any city problems

Their place was super cute and clean. The type of style and decor is to die for ❤️ Had all the towels we needed. Loved getting in the hot tub in the winter. Just wish there were blinds that weren’t totally see through! Also, we barely went into the “great room” because that room is a lot colder than everywhere else and we couldn’t figure out how to use the pellet stove in there without it smoking like crazy. Loved the place nonetheless. It was great for a birthday celebration with friends!

My friends and I had a wonderful stay at Mike's place - It was perfectly cozy with an amazing hot tub and very usable kitchen. We had to reset the breakers one time and Craig was incredibly responsive in helping us. Checkin and checkout times were made flexible for us, which we greatly appreciated. Would love to come back soon!

We loved the place and the area. Being in the hot tub while it was snowing was a nice touch to a great weekend. We would definitely like to come back for a visit in the summertime.

Our stay was exactly what we were hoping for. Corey was very easy to communicate with, the house is a little place with a great back yard. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and utensils to enable cooking. I got injured on the slopes and even found epsom salts in the bathroom. We felt right at home and would definitely come back.

Hannah's place was great, she is easy to communicate with and very helpful. It was a cozy spot to stay with easy access to 3 different mountains to ski at! Thanks Hannah.

Loved staying at Andy’s place! We came for a ski weekend at Windham, and it was an easy 20 mins away. It was private and beautiful. We instantly felt at home the night we arrived surrounded by snow, and playing the record player. We wanted to allot time to relax and read at the house rather than keep snowboarding because it felt so relaxing! It was nice and private for our dogs as well. Would definitely recommend. Artsy, fun, & cozy.

Heidi's place is a great cozy and spacious stay simultaneously! Lots of room for cooking in the kitchen, which had everything we needed from sharp knives to the soda stream! Perfect table for a puzzle, a cozy TV room and a backyard for my dog to do a nice amount of sniffing. We would definitely book again!

Fouz and Chris's cottage was very nicely done, attention to detail where it mattered, such as the classic style appliances. We arrived and a bottle of wine was ready with glassware ready to go. The cottage was very well stocked with everything you need and organized. Just arrived and relax. When traveling there next, will definitely stay again.

Paul was extremely flexible and helpful when I needed a new place to stay after my original airbnb reeked of smoke. He responded quickly to my booking request and got the place ready for me to stay with only an hour or so's notice. It was such a relief to open the door to a cozy space with everything I needed after worrying about whether I would find a place to sleep that night! I loved the decor and as a tall person, taking a bath in the longer than average tub was the cherry on top. I would definitely stay again!

The place was perfect for a family weekend. Fit all 7 of us and a dog comfortably. Place was clean and well kept. Everything organized and easy to use.

We just rented the carriage house for a long weekend upstate and we cannot say enough great things about our stay. It truly exceeded all of our expectations. There is such fine attention to detail from the art, to the soap, the pictures really don’t do it justice. It is the perfect blend of upscale design while still feeling warm and inviting. Guy & Greg were also fantastic hosts! They were prompt, friendly and gave us a ton of local recommendations. It made for the perfect fall weekend in upstate NY and we can’t wait to return.

Our group loved our stay at the Hudson hideaway. It's a bit of a drive into Hudson proper (which we knew), but the place was GORGEOUS -- a perfect fall getaway. Chelsey was incredibly communicative at every step of the process and went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Would definitely come back :)

Had a great stay at the cabbage! Everything is so cozy and clean. Would highly recommend using the amenity card to check out Sleepy Hollow Lake at sunset— gorgeous views!

We had a wonderful stay at Kobie’s place to ring in the new year! The Saltbox was absolutely beautiful! It was very clean and the perfect size for our party of eight guests. The kitchen was gorgeous and top notch! We loved the extra large island to gather around and socialize. The dining table seated 8 guests comfortably and we were able to have a very nice dinner together. We also enjoyed the fireplace while we played board games! Kobie was very responsive and friendly! This home would be a wonderful place to stay during any season! We enjoyed our stay very much and hope to visit again someday!!

We have stayed here in the past and we love staying here we keep coming back! The house is exactly as described and EXTREMELY CLEAN! If you are looking for a peaceful, relaxing stay in the Catskills this is the perfect spot. Lots to do in area, beautiful surroundings and the back deck is a great spot to read a book. The hosts are so helpful and respond quickly to any questions.

Mimi and Rae's place is so, so charming. The view is beautiful, the house is peaceful, and the details like the projector and wood-burning stove were essential for cozy hangs. My friend and I stayed here during a weekend workshop in downtown Catskill, and we loved the location for feeling so remote and quiet while also being a really quick drive into town. Highly recommend!
