We stayed as a family of 4, including a 1 year old and 3.5 year old. The place was extremely comfortable and had everything we would need for our stay. The kids enjoyed the playroom and kids room with lot of toys and books. Kitchen was fully stocked with plates, utensils, cooking ware, and a high chair. Place could easily accommodate more people, very clean, comfy beds. Property manager was very responsive. Short drive to downtown area. Lastly, great outdoor area, we’d love to plan a trip there when warmer as well!

What a great spacious home. Plenty of room for the whole family. Clean and neat! Beds were super comfortable! Great water pressure. Beautiful back yard and three season porch. This was our second visit here and it was just as great as the first!!

Beautiful home and very private. Pool, tennis courts, quick drive to the slopes, hot tub... tough to ask for more. Hope to rent again in the summer!

We had a wonderful time staying at this home for a long weekend! This house fit 13 people (six couples plus another adult) perfectly. All of the rooms were nice and so interestingly decorated. On the first floor there is a living room, bar/pool room, and dining room/kitchen that fit us all without any problems. We also loved the gym and the hot tub--this place has amenities galore! Serg was incredibly responsive and proactive; we were here during a very icy/windy weekend and he came by to salt the walkways and clear off snow for us. The nearby town is cute and you are pretty close to grocery stores and stuff while also feeling like you're in a very private area. Highly recommend.

Hava’s home was an absolute dream. It was spotless and clean, the beds and bedding were so comfortable, and you can see that everything in the home has purpose and placed with intent. It is beautifully designed and the large windows were absolutely breathtaking to take in the scenery. when we saw the incoming snow storm on the forecast Hava assured us a smooth safe checkout and was in constant communication with us. she was an amazing host. we’d love to come stay again with our family and kids. thank you Hava!

We went on a family summer vacation and we had an amazing experience! The house was clean and spacious and even nicer then the pictures listed. The pool was clean the sauna worked well. There are air condions in all the rooms and David was extremely helpful. it's a beautiful area with a lots of attractions for kids and adults close by, we hope to come back again

Such a great experience that reaffirms how hard hosts work! Robyn communicated the weather problems in advance and let us know things might be iffy getting in because of a winter storm. Instead of just making sure the home itself was pristine, relaxing, and totally picturesque, she made sure our arrival was perfect. Snow plowed, everything iced, bag of goodies hung up on our arrival. It was such incredible, flexible caretaking of the property and the guests! Besides that, onto the regular stuff- awesome kitchen, hot tub, bedrooms, everything super clean. Was a perfect winter stay!

We had a lovely time at Arin’s Catskills getaway! It was the perfect place to relax and recharge! We had a beautiful day snowboarding at Hunter and enjoyed long conversations by the fire! Would definitely return!

It was a winter wonderland at Rahul’s cabin for Christmas week. The gorgeous views from the expansive windows and the log stove made our cabin experience perfect. Our favorite part about Rahul’s place were our walks in the snow covered woods just behind the cabin’s huge yard. It backs up to public lands that seem to go on forever. We used his sled and had a grand time on the wooded hills. We also enjoyed the variety of board games and puzzles that he provided. Rahul was very responsive during our whole experience. We were hoping to use the pool table and ping-pong table in the unfinished basement, but it was too cold and there is no space heater down there. We knew to expect the sulfur in the water and were prepared with several large containers of water but the overwhelming smell while showering, brushing teeth, and washing was something we hadn’t thought about. The positives of this cabin outweigh the negatives which is why my overall rating is that it’s a very good place to stay.

This house was perfect for our girls’ weekend in Hudson! It was spacious, clean, and had so much character. The location was great—just a short 5-minute drive to Warren Street. We didn’t walk due to the cold weather but it was definitely close and convenient. Would definitely stay here again!

This place is priced just right - not expensive at all and still within short driving distance for destinations in the area. The hosts were extremely communicative during the stay. WiFi didn’t work for us, but per the description, it can run out towards the end of the billing cycle. There are a lot of “house rules” - nothing crazy or unwarranted - just information overload and made me nervous I’d forget to do something properly. You can tell this doesn’t appear to be a property for the sole purpose of listing it on Airbnb, so definitely feels lived in/loved. Also, the town was great about clearing the roads despite getting about 8 inches of snow.

My family's second visit to this beautiful gem overlooking the mountains and frozen pond. Our hosts are highly communicative and helpful. The description is accurate. Considering our 2nd visit and rebooked for 3rd in 2026 - this speaks volumes -- more than meets our needs, well stocked. We're looking forward to visiting during the summer months to further appreciate the views. Grateful to them for sharing their home with us.

For our purposes, which was a winter getaway with extended family and friends, this was a great spot. Location great if you want to ski in Catskills. Wonderful hikes right there. Fun space for entertaining. Would return 100%

When I first pulled up to Kliment's, I literally teared up - that's how breath-taking his spot is. It was just what the doctor ordered... if doctors actually treated your mind, body, and soul and not just your body :) Seriously though, Kliment's place was an oasis for me: private, quiet, peaceful, with amazing views of the Catskill mountains. His home itself was beautifully decorated, simple yet super cozy, and had everything I needed and then some. (And the chickens were lovely company as well!) Kliment is one of the best Airbnb hosts I have ever had, hands down. With a very hectic schedule, Kliment was flexible, responsive, kind and patient with accommodating my many change requests and needs throughout my stay. Kliment is not just a wonderful host, but also a truly wonderful person - the world needs more people like him. In short: I can't recommend Kliment's home or him as a host enough! If you are hovering over the "Reserve Now" button, book it!!! You won't regret it! :)

It was great place for getting out of city and enjoying the nature. Though it was cold outside it was great to have fireplace inside. Overall, the stay was great.

Gorgeous house in the heart of Saugerties. The house is located on a quiet street among nature and right next to the water. It is full of old world charm and extremely spacious with a fantastic garden and a very large pool. We were two families (9 total) so we put the whole house to great use. The 5 bedrooms allowed everyone to have their own space. Multiple living rooms and a nice porch were great features The kitchen is well stocked and was put to good use! Claudia and Paul were super reactive to any questions or query. Saugerties is very close (5 min drive) and Woodstock is only a 15 min drive away. Highly recommend for families or group getaway!

Denise was thorough, responsive, prompt, and accommodating for us during our stay; it was so easy to check in and get settled in. Our dog loved it and felt right at home right away (which he doesn't always in a new space) and he/we loved going for a walk - very beautiful and peaceful. Amina’s home is beautiful and perfect for our weekend ski trip. We had 10 adults and one child. With five bedrooms and an extra bed in a spare room, we all had plenty of space and slept well on the very comfy beds. The house is gorgeous, so cozy and rustic, yet all updated with modern features and decor, bathrooms and kitchen clean and fully stocked. The provided wood for fireplace was a godsend, and the fireplace burned beautifully. Everything needed for preparing meals was provided, and a cute basket of goodies left for us was a nice welcome. Amina was responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again when returning to ski Windham!

We had a nice stay. There were a lot of issues with the heating system after a deep freeze. Vasili spared no expense to get in pros to get the heat working again. When we told Vasili that the bbq needed cleaning and some replacement parts there was someone there the next day to clean and repair the grill. Just a really caring homeowner who does his best. The 15+ person home-built table in the living room is the best feature of this house. Lots of good meals there together.
