Troy was very workable and helpful from the time of booking through arrival and stay. Our daughter and her bridesmaids stayed there for several nights leading up to the wedding in Washington Court House. They had a great time together, and the AirB&B was a big part of that. There are a number of steps up to the apartment, but once inside, the apartment is exactly as described & expected -- clean, up-to-date, welcome touches, and surprisingly roomy! Thanks, Troy, for providing a great place for making memories for our daughter & friends!

I needed to book Malissa's place last minute for some quiet work time where I could spread out my notes and papers and do some creative thinking away from the hustle and bustle of my household. I had a very important meeting super early the next day in the area and Malissa's place was perfect! It was perfectly beautiful and I plan to bring my family next time! Spacious and a very cool aesthetic in this apartment.

Malissa's apartment was a positive part of our visit with family in Maineville. This was our third stay in one of Malissa's units and as always the apartment was immaculate, well stocked with all you need for your stay and in a great location. Check-in and check out was super easy and Malissa is always responsive to any questions we have. Staying in the historic Peters Cartridge Factory is a plus. We will definitely be back!

There is a reason why this property is so highly rated: the hosts and the property are exceptional! This was the perfect location for a quick trip to Dayton. My party was 3 adults and having access to 3 queen size beds was appreciated. The house boasts lots of amenities. Inside and inside, it is beautifully and thoughtfully curated with inviting and comfortable spaces. It's too bad the weather didn't cooperate as we were itching to spend some time outside in the backyard. Kelly & Dave were extremely responsive and helpful as the group was traveling from multiple locations and arriving at various times. The workout area, outfitted with a stationary bike, exercise bands, free weights, exercise mat and a TV was a delightful bonus, as was the cute library/game room upstairs. The hosts have several properties. If the opportunity presents itself, we may tour each one. Worthy every dollar and then some! Thanks for a welcoming & comfortable trip at a challenging time for our family.

The house was comfortable and clean, Mark was very kind and gave some great local recommendations. We were attending the renaissance festival so the big mirrors in the bedroom made getting ready a breeze!

Our entire family had a wonderful stay at Michael's place! It was beautiful, private, and big enough to fit all 9 adults as well as a toddler and a baby. The pool was larger than we expected, even after seeing all the pictures. It was so helpful to have beach towels, floaties, and life vests for little ones provided. The home was amazingly safe for little ones- we appreciated the locks on the doors going to the pool and the baby gates we could use. We were grateful for the pack and play as well. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and the 2 refrigerators were helpful. The large living room was a great gathering place and the large TVs in different parts of the house made gaming fun. We will definitely be coming back!!
