I have sensitivities to scents and reached out prior to arrival with the question of what sort of cleaners/laundry detergents are used and while they do use products which are scented, they cared enough to purchase new linens for master bed/bath. Without their support I would have had to mitigate 4 days of headaches and nausea but instead their generous provision for me as their guest made for a good 4 day stay! This level of support is unprecedented, I was and remain super grateful!!!

Jonna gave us a sanctuary for birthday and Christmas celebrations with out of town guests when our furnace broke and became dangerous. Very cozy and relaxing in the midst of our chaos.

From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated the property was. It felt like a home away from home, with every detail thoughtfully considered to make guests feel comfortable. The host was outstanding—super responsive, friendly, and accommodating. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect, even providing local recommendations that made my trip even more enjoyable. The location was ideal, situated in a quiet neighborhood. I highly recommend this place!!

Our entire family had a wonderful stay at Michael's place! It was beautiful, private, and big enough to fit all 9 adults as well as a toddler and a baby. The pool was larger than we expected, even after seeing all the pictures. It was so helpful to have beach towels, floaties, and life vests for little ones provided. The home was amazingly safe for little ones- we appreciated the locks on the doors going to the pool and the baby gates we could use. We were grateful for the pack and play as well. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and the 2 refrigerators were helpful. The large living room was a great gathering place and the large TVs in different parts of the house made gaming fun. We will definitely be coming back!!

We had a truly wonderful and relaxing girls’ weekend at the Schoolhouse! The renovation of this historic space is beautifully done, and we appreciated how clean and well-maintained everything was. The ample parking was a great bonus, making it easy for all of us to come and go. The fully stocked kitchen made it easy to cook breakfast each morning, and the house itself was perfect for spending quality time together—we played a murder mystery game and even completed paint-by-numbers! Our trip was at the end of February, and the snowfall made for a beautiful setting. We also appreciated how well the hosts took care of snow removal on the driveway and walkway. We did bring heated blankets and slippers, the bedrooms were all very warm but the common area could be a little drafty. However, this did not surprise us given its historical nature. Overall, charming and relaxing space! Highly recommend!

Such a fun place to stay! We used the sauna and the massage table and played games. I look forward to coming back when the weather is better to try out the patio and the hot tub. The area is very private and the house is super comfortable.

I love love love this home. It is beautiful and spacious and feels like a place to always breath and regroup. I want to tell you how amazing the space and host are but then it may not be available for me each month. Just relax and watch the snow fall in the back yard and you will understand why this is paradise.

Great house for a relaxing weekend. We walked to town one night, we made it to all the spots we wanted. The open space of kitchen and living room was great and needed as we were rained in one night. Flexible and enjoyable home. We learned to play a new board game!

We wanted a place to celebrate Thanksgiving together and this was perfect!! The classic oven/stovetop worked perfectly. Would recommend to anyone.

This home was like stepping into a groovy time capsule—but with all the comforts of today! The spiral staircase is a showstopper, and the cute vintage wallpaper adds character to every room and ties together the retro vibe beautifully. We loved the large, open backyard. While it wasn’t fenced, our dogs stayed close and still had a blast exploring. A fenced yard would make it absolute perfection for pet owners! This place is a gem for anyone who loves mid-century charm, cozy touches, and plenty of space to relax. Highly recommend!

The house is located in a quiet neighborhood within a close drive to the university. It was a wonderful place for my girls and me to rest after long, full days. The house was comfortable and the kitchen contained what was needed for food preparation.

This was a great I place to stay. Plenty of room for my family and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable as well. We enjoyed our stay.

Quiet, spacious home near walking/cycling paths and Wright-Patterson AFB. Nice place to crash for 2 travelers in town to celebrate a friend’s retirement, just down the street. Looks exactly like the photos. Love the tranquil views from the windows facing the backyard.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with no issues. The only odd thing was that the cleaner was running behind so when we arrived, we walked in to children in the living room and thought that our stay had been double booked for a moment. Turns out it was just the cleaner with her kids. We were ready to settle in so we told her to leave it as is so we could unpack. She was nearly finished so it was fine. No big deal and we had a comfortable stay. We had some questions throughout the stay and Kali was quick to get back with us. I'd stay here again.
