This was such a sweet little spot! We loved our stay and would happily come back again. It’s pristinely beautiful and so stylishly decorated. Very comfy also, and our host immediately responded to our needs. What a great visit!

Janine’s place was spotlessly clean and exactly as pictured. The location is perfect - super close to the highway and close enough to walk (though we chose to drive) to The Greene, a large outdoor shopping and dining complex. Bonus is you get covered attached parking with this apartment. I can’t say enough about Janine as a host. We rented a larger apartment from her in the same building last summer. It was booked for our dates but we knew she’s a great host and the building is in such a good location we tried the smaller apartment. We needed to contact her for a small issue and she responded immediately.

We had such a great stay. Very clean and looked just like the photos. Nice walkable area with lots of entertainment and things to do. The host was very responsive and helpful.

Have stayed at quite a few Airbnbs. This one is at the top of my list ❤️❤️. The decorations and the set up were amazing! Now the shower was level!! Like staying at a spa 🤩❤️. Made the trip to come visit Cedarville. Perfect location, within walking distance to many of the local coffee shops and to Cedarville University. Will definitely stay here again!!

This place was exactly what we were looking for. It's simple, clean and quiet. Kristin is a very responsive host and will promptly address any issues or questions. It's within a fantastic driving distance of WPAFB and not a far drive from either Dayton or Columbus. I would definitely recommend staying with Kristin.

Kasey was so kind and had donuts and a note waiting on the counter for our family upon arrival. 😊 The home is in a nice location - feels more private, like a rural setting. We appreciated the different areas in the home for visiting: the open space on the 1st floor between the dining room and living room as well as the small sitting area on the 2nd floor. There is also a second area on the 2nd floor with a desk our son used to do some remote work. The outside swings and fire pit looked inviting, but the weather didn’t cooperate so we couldn’t enjoy that. 😊

We came to Xenia to ride the bike trails and were very happy to return each day during our four-night stay to this very comfortable, clean, cozy home. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare a couple of meals, with great cookware, modern appliances and lots of options for coffee and tea. The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant and we slept well. Our host was very communicative and helpful and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her home to anyone thinking of staying in Xenia.

I love this place. Close enough to yellow springs and hiking. I actually got dressed for a run but unfortunately the weather didn’t cooperate- it started dumping rain as soon as I arrived to the trail head. I hope I can come back another time!

Quiet, spacious home near walking/cycling paths and Wright-Patterson AFB. Nice place to crash for 2 travelers in town to celebrate a friend’s retirement, just down the street. Looks exactly like the photos. Love the tranquil views from the windows facing the backyard.

This place is so nice. I almost hesitate to share about it because if you are have kids at Cedarville this place is the perfect place to stay when visiting and we kind of want it all to ourselves. Less than 10 minutes from campus, minutes from Youngs Dairy, and easy drive to surrounding areas for restaurants. We have a large family of 7 and this house is so much better than 2 hotel rooms. Expansive kitchen with tons of seating. Great sitting/TV area with very comfortable couches. Three large and fully renovated bathrooms and 4 bedrooms that are very clean and well appointed. In addition, there is a great deck with a hot tub. My whole family loved being here and we will definitely be back...Cedarville families should check with me first before booking in the future as I am calling first dibs.

We enjoyed our stay! Check in and check out were easy. The host accommodated a later checkout. The place was clean and quiet. The house had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay!

My friends and I stayed in the little red house as an impromptu girls trip. After spending the day in Yellow Springs, we hangout at the house and had a relaxing evening. It was near a beautiful park where we saw a waterfall. Thank you for the easy stay!

WOW! This place was perfect for us - conveniently located to the University of Dayton where we were attending an event. The townhome is adorable - well appointed, clean, easy to find and easy parking. We would stay here again in a minute!! Highly recommend! Oh and of course Lynn is just great - so responsive, proactive - she made everything super easy for us!

I was a little apprehensive renting a room in a condo but I was welcomed the moment I arrived and felt at home right away...host gives you your space but is also there if you need her. Only thing that was not perfect... is the bed was too firm for my sleeping preference.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo in a great neighborhood (Huffman) in Dayton. It is clean, tastefully and simply decorated, and is welcoming. This is a beautifully renovated space with great lighting. The bed was great and the bathroom was super clean, and there were plenty of towels. Because this is a first floor apartment, you can hear footsteps above, but this is to be expected. The host gave great neighborhood and restaurant recommendations. We walked through two historic neighborhoods to 2nd St. Market and enjoyed it very much. We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed at Casey’s for 10 days while in the Dayton area for training at 4 Paws for Ability for our daughter’s service dog. It was all we needed and more. Comfortable convenient and appointed with all we needed to be away from home for almost 2 weeks! Nice walking paths around the complex and neighborhood with the Greene just 2 miles away with plenty of places to eat or shop.

We loved staying here! It was a close drive to our job and had everything we possibly needed. Super comforting apartment and a peaceful area. James was very helpful with any problems, and flexible with our schedule. Overall, a great place and host!

We stayed here for WEC and it was a short 10 minute drive!
