We had such a wonderful stay! Adam and Lynns cabin was so peaceful and the perfect spot for a weekend getaway. The cabin is adorably decorated and had such a great ambiance. Kitchen was also well stocked with coffee and tea options. Being able to bring our dogs made it that much better. Thank you for a wonderful trip!

We had a great time at this airBNB. It was private, quiet at night despite some neighbors being close by. The house is better than the photos! It was perfect for our group getaway with the games downstairs in the basement. we explored local wineries nearby. would recommend this home! Next time we come back to the area we will try to stay here again! Lisa is a very responsive and helpful host.

We enjoyed another stay at the House in the Holla, which was the perfect home base for our days spent hiking in Shenandoah National Park (the house is just a short drive from the Swift Run Gap entrance station). As we have during previous stays we especially enjoyed sitting by the creek with our coffee in the mornings and sitting around the fire pit at night. Our pup loved having the yard to explore. The house was equipped with everything we needed.

A great mountain getaway. Cozy gas fireplace (one touch and it’s on!!), wall heaters abound and even a firepit (AC if you want it). We cooked at home every night in the well appointed kitchen and huge fridge. Super handy to wineries, hikes, views and all that the region offers.

Gary was an amazing host from beginning to end. He was very responsive and answered all my questions easily. He provided clear check out instructions. The house looks exactly like the pictures. When we walked in the house smelled clean and fresh. Everything was spotless. It was close to stores and gas stations. The linens were clean and the beds were very comfortable. I'd definitely go back! We went for a mini girls trip and we were all very pleased. There was 5 of us and we all had our own individual rooms which was a plus. We couldn't be more grateful to Gary for being an amazing host!

Really great place. Loved the new home and the huge securely fenced backyard. Our dog could really run to his heart's content. Everything we needed was there, including snacks and beverages. Highly recommend.

This cabin was so beautiful and peaceful. The perfect getaway! The river was so nice to listen to and walk along. I was able to sit outside, listen to the birds and just relax while reading. It’s a great escape for people who live in the city and are always dealing with traffic and people. It’s close to a cute little town with an adorable Main Street too. Definitely recommend!

This is a lovely place to stay and very close to the ski resort which made it nice for our trip. The home was as described and we loved the backyard view with periodically dear sightings.

The place was amazing! There’s everything you would need and more! Taby was the best host I’ve had in a long time and always responsive and quick to help. Love all the amenities provided (games, kayaks, individual toothbrushes, mouth wash, great shampoo/conditioner). The kayaks and the chicken roaming around was a nice touch to the vibe. Taby also come and made sure we were able to plug in our EV during our stay. Super flexible checkout as well! Nothing but great things to say. We look forward to coming back when it’s warmer to take the kayaks out!

This place was the best air bnb house we’ve rented. Zero weird smell and the cleanliness or organization of the rooms exceeded expectations. The little details make you feel you’re getting your money’s worth. It is the perfect distance from JMU and the ski resort. The many activities right in the home made the long weekend with our two adult children and their significant others even more memorable. We plan to go back.

Susan’s farm house was perfect for enjoying a relaxing getaway with plenty of space for multiple families and kids. All of the spices are very large and honestly it’s better in person than in the pictures. We would recommend it to anyone and return again! The kitchen was nicely stocked with everything you could need. And it was great being right on the winery.

We loved staying at Kim’s for a quick quiet sewing retreat away from the city. We loved walking around the grounds and then cozying up in the beautifully decorated historic cottage.

Seth and Carla were extremely responsive during our stay! We loved how many beds this house had and we were able to all spend time together while comfortably being seated around tables/living rooms! We wish the fire pit had seating or that fireplaces worked, but we loved this property and its proximity to wineries and ski resorts!

Jill's place was very convenient for our son & his family on a recent visit. The kids enjoyed seeing the goats. Would definitely rent again in the future.

Wonderful hosts, and a special property in a beautiful setting, and with wonderful amenities - - like a large outdoor high quality hot tub, back deck sauna, outdoor fire table, grill, indoor fireplace (with stacks of cut wood outside to use), with everything in good working order.

From start to finish this booking has been extremely easy and Bobby was an amazing host!! I couldn’t recommend this place more. Check in was easy, the home was clean, we were a close drive away from Shenandoah National Park, and it was private. Truly a beautiful home and great experience, we cannot wait to book again in the future.

We had a large group at the compound by the swinging bridge for New Years and it was absolutely ideal! We played games by the fire place, cooked delicious meals, relaxed in the sauna and hot tub, danced and watched movies in the game room, laughed around the fire pits, played frisbee in the lawn, and watched an incredible double rainbow over the river after a thunderstorm. The beds were very comfortable and the vibe was cozy and lived in. Taki was great to communicate with and we’re very thankful to him and his family for creating such a sanctuary. We definitely hope to return!

Great space for the entire family and friends to gather and enjoy quality time with each other. We loved having two kitchens to cook and the lower bedroom area was perfect spot to keep and have easy access to the outside where we could let the dogs roam. Plenty of activities in the home and bars/restraunts are within walking distance. Slopes were a 13min drive which was great after a long day snowboarding. Loved the at-home feeling and decor- we would absolutely visit again. Hosts were very accommodating to our needs and responsive. You will fall in love with this home!

Mina’s house was beautiful and she was a wonderful host. The house was exactly as it was shown in the photos. The house was so clean and comfortable. We celebrated my daughters 16th birthday with her friends and the house had exactly what they needed to have a great time. Massanutten is not far at all and the stay was fantastic! Definitely will rebook the next time we go to massanutten.

Shannon has a wonderful house with all sorts of actitivies for all ages. We were very please with our stay. She was very easy to communicate with. The location was perfect. Easy drive to all sport of activities. I really enjoyed coffee and the moutain view out of the kitchen windows.

Exceeded my expectations! The cabin was so peaceful. It’s ideal if you’re wanting the real rustic cabin feel. No lights out at night, just the stars — it was a beautiful view from the porch. The host and team are really friendly and communicative! The cabin has board games, fully equipped kitchen, and plenty of fire wood for the furnace or fire pit just outside the cabin. The ranch has some trails nearby too! We really enjoyed the skeet shooting and horse trail ride! A must-do if you’re staying! We’ll definitely be back!

We had a great stay a Christopher’s place. The house is big with an open floor concept that allows you to easily spend time with family. The game room was a big hit with everyone. The driveway is very long and steep, but it’s worth the views at the top. Christopher was a great host that quickly responded to messages. We would recommend to anyone looking for a house in the area.
