Aida’s house is very nice place to stay for a getaway in the Hamptons. Amazing outdoor area. Great for traveling with kids. Aida is a great host!

The house was very cozy, incredibly clean. View of the river was fantastic. Ned and Sharyn also had helpful notes and labels throughout the house, which I thought was quite kind and helpful!

Ashley’s place was absolutely incredible for our girls weekend in Montauk. Impeccably clean, spacious, and tastefully furnished. The hot tub was perfect after a winter hike, and the firepit was great for s’mores and stargazing at night. There was also an indoor fireplace in the living room where we had a couple of really fun movie nights. The kitchen is a dream, and very well equipped with everything you would ever need to cook a fabulous meal. The spacious open plan kitchen/dining area/living room was perfect for communal cooking and hanging out. Gets great light and such a pretty view. The bedrooms were super comfortable and the master has an amazing tub. The location was perfect. Right in town and a short walk to the beach (also walking distance to the brewery!), but also felt very private. Lastly, Ashley was an excellent host- very communicative and helpful and super sweet- she even left a treat for us in the fridge when we arrived! Will definitely be coming back to stay at

This lake house was absolutely beautiful! Brought my girls there as a little get away in preparation for my wedding day. Jhismery was responsive so quickly and so accommodating with some questions I had. Stunning view of the lake and the house had this homey feel to it. I would book it again as a weekend getaway again!

Terrific stay at Ellen’s lovely cottage. The house is warmly decorated and cozy. Amazing patio with outdoor fireplace and big gas grill. Fully equipped kitchen for gourmet cooking. The bathrooms are new and very clean. Lots of delightful and thoughtful little touches. A great base for exploring the North Fork!

What a lovely place! Kitchen was a pleasure to use. Location was great for wineries and Greenport restaurants/bars. Spacious.

This home is beautiful and so spacious! Proximity to East Hampton and Springs, yet very private and peaceful. Couldn’t recommend enough!

The location and comfort can’t be beat. We stayed at the professor’s flat for a full semester while I was teaching at Yale and it was perfect for a couple and a cat. We even had a couple of friends visit and stay over comfortably during that time. We truly lived in the place like it was our home, because it felt like it: it was cozy, and despite a smaller kitchen than we’re used to, it was well equipped, and we were able to cook a lot and even host dinner parties. It’s very conveniently located to everything in New Haven/the East Rock neighborhood & we walked everywhere. Also very convenient to the freeway. A parking spot was included in our rent as well. Remy, Hilary and Sal were always responsive and ready to take care of anything that needed attention. Remy also gave us and all the tenants extras like baked goods, and samples of her great Italian cooking on occasion (around the holidays). They also gave us fire logs for the fireplace we used our entire last month in town.

Paris is a wonderful host. His property and cottage is a perfect retreat for two. Charming accommodations with a beautiful view and an easy walk to town. We’ll be back soon! Angelo C.

We loved it ! It’s beautiful ! The kids had a great time . It’s clean .. the bathrooms are beautiful both of them . It’s right off the highway and we had no complaints what’s so ever ! Would love to come back for sure ! Thanks for everything !! We tried to leave you a note but the pen was dead 😂 Thanks for having us !!

Joanne greeted us when we arrived - wanted to make sure we were comfortable. She encouraged us to contact her with any questions. The apartment was clean, well equipped and spacious. We are native Long Islanders and this location was central to the family and friends we were visiting.

Lovely, clean, comfortable, well-designed space. Hosts are friendly, responsive, and respectful of guests’ privacy. Would stay again!

We stayed during fall and were able to take advantage of the fire pit. There was plenty of kindling to gather nearby and the fire under the stars was very peaceful. It was starting to get chilly during our stay and the log space heater was a very nice touch. Guest book includes a number of helpful recommendations for restaurants and activities. A lot of small extra touches made our stay very comfortable. We would recommend for anyone wanting a more rural feel away from the other tourists while exploring mystic.

Beautiful & spacious apartment in a great neighborhood. We were in town for a family celebration so the location was perfect to hop on Sunrise Highway to get to where we needed to be. Open & airy with a full kitchen. Bedrooms were great with huge closets. Modern bathroom with rainshower head and a light to turn on when you stepped in the room. Lismary was prompt in sending instructions, additional recommendations, and quick notes. I've already recommended to my sister-in-law for her future visits to the area.

We had a wonderful 3 night stay over Thanksgiving. The space was beautiful, clean, quiet and conveniently located to downtown Mystic and other nearby places of interest. Walked to downtown a couple of times and had short drives to everywhere else. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay was provided. Instructions for heat, fireplace, entry and all appliances were provided & easy to follow. Highly recommend for a holiday, or any occasion, getaway.

George was an excellent Air BnB host!!!! His responses were prompt and answered any questions we had. The location was ideal in Greenport as everything was walking distance. We had an amazing time!

Aimee’s house on Shelter Island was the perfect getaway for Thanksgiving. The home is warm, inviting, and beautifully maintained, with thoughtful touches that made our stay extra special. The location is serene and peaceful, offering a true escape from the hustle and bustle. Aimee was a fantastic host—responsive, friendly, and helpful throughout. We truly enjoyed our time here and wouldn’t hesitate to return!

I rented this home to accommodate my family of 6 over Christmas. Beautiful home and very comfortable beds, high quality linens and lots of space. I could tell the house was very well set up for summer guests too with plenty of outdoor gathering areas.

Wow, this has been one of the most beautiful homes I have stayed at. Straight out of Architectural Digest indeed - Jenna has a true eye for outstanding decor! Jenna is a host to dream of! Thank you we had a beautiful weekend!

We had a lovely stay at Jeffrey’s place during Thanksgiving weekend! The house is in a great location and was perfect for our group - the master bedroom is in one wing of the house and two other (large) bedrooms are in the other wing. That was ideal for us with two infants in the group. Highly recommend staying here!

This place was awesome and the host was extremely gracious.

Katie’s home was beautiful, immaculately kept and exactly as photographed and described. We rented the home for a family reunion and needed all 8 of the bedrooms that were available. Even though we were a very large group with many kids ages 10 and under, we never felt uncomfortable or on top of each other. The two living rooms and outdoor space made it so that we all could spread out but still spend time together. The large dining room table fit our family perfectly! Katie was responsive, thoughtful and so very kind! We are looking forward to our next stay at Katie’s beautiful home!

If you are looking to stay in Southampton, look no further as this was a true 7 Star experience out of 5 Stars!!! From my very first communication to the very end Alessandro was beyond 5 Stars!!! He was extremely communicative, very fast response time & very flexible!!! I will definitely stay by him again. His home is beautiful and extremely tastefully decorated. His instruction was very clear and easy to follow with wonderful suggestions as well. Thank you for a wonderful stay and an amazing experience!!! There isn’t one thing you could have added. I came in for a wedding and Alessandro and his house enhanced our entire experience 😀
