I booked this apartment with a few colleagues for a work conference. It was walkable to everything we needed. It was clean and spacious! We plan to book it again in 2026 if it is available.

This was my second long-term (one month) stay at Peggy and Jim's, and it was just as good as the first time! The location is great, and the apartment is always squeaky clean and has everything you need for a short or long-term stay. Their place is cozy, which makes it feel like home; and their gracious hospitality made it all the more so. I already am looking forward to my next stay!

Jess’s place was so snug. My family loved the layout, comfy beds, & all the special touches. This home felt so comfortable that we felt right at home. Jess was very responsive & helped when we left our son’s Mickey Mouse blanket he’s had since he was one. Great stay! We were also really close to everything we needed. Target & Walmart both are just about a mile away. Jake’s dinner had yummy breakfast too.

Josh was an amazing host. He was funny and gave advice. If I could’ve booked for longer I would’ve he was great. This was my first time in NC and he helped me out so much made my move feel seamless.

We’ve stayed at Todd and Cherie’s place a few times and enjoy it every time, it’s clean, well decorated, with all the amenities you could need and two seconds from fun things in town! Would recommend every time!

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Other than being 8-11 minutes away from gas stations or stores I loved the spot, it was quiet, neighbors were friendly, just very well put together. I’d stay here again.

My partner and I had a great time at Mindy’s place. It was looked just like the pictures but it was even better in person. The area is so peaceful and you’re surrounded by nature, so if you’re into that then this place just right for you.

It was a perfect spot to lay my head for my trip to High Point furniture market . It did not have a kitchen but had a microwave coffee pot and mini fridge to meet all my needs ( I ate out mostly) . I’d come back again. Wonderful hosts!

Great stay! Will probably use as my regular place for business trips to Greensboro. Kelly was very responsive and even rushed over a cleaning tool for the dishes!

Perfect peaceful country retreat for when we visit family. Jill and Dave are such nice friendly hosts and their place does not disappoint. Very clean and comfortable.

The place is great! We thank the host for the snacks that they left as we got in fairly late we made use of them. I can't think of anything that we would be missing it's far better than we expected. First of all, there are flat screen TVs in the living room and both bedrooms. They are Roku TVs so they provide a number of streaming channel options. The living room TV which looked like a 55 in also had an additional streaming box that we didn't use so I'm not sure what may have been available on it. They do furnish a Netflix account for guests to use. The place is well equipped with just about everything you would need. And the furnishings are first class. The place is well decorated which gives it a nice homey feel. Each bedroom has a very large bed maybe a king size but at least a queen. And there is ample storage space for an extended stay. Our trip was to visit relatives so we didn't do a lot of sightseeing although we did take several drives through the surrounding country.

I had the opportunity to stay at Denis’s apartment in Winston-Salem. The location was absolutely outstanding. Very close to central, and overall a good location to settle down and relax. I can highly recommend🙂

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed the stay. It is right next to a Walmart and many other stores and restaurants. Checking in was a smooth and easy process and it was well lit outside which helped us feel safe. The whole apartment was free of clutter and clean. I would stay here again!

Great stay! Nice hot tob and patio is beautiful at night with the lights. Loved the bed it was very comfortable. Just wished there was a full kitchen because I love to cook and wanted to make some meals but overall me and my partner stay was good.

This space was extremely comfortable for just two nights but I could have easily stayed for two months. Very nice apartment in a great part of Winston-Salem just a few minutes walk from downtown. I felt right at home and the location was surprisingly quiet given how close it is to everything. I would definitely stay here again.

It was a nice place to stay that has all the necessities that you would need, plus perks like a washer and dryer and other kitchen gadgets if you need those as well. The kitchen is well stocked with condiments, which is a plus. The space was much bigger than expected. The two bedrooms are very large and so is the living room area. We only stayed one night, so didn’t get the chance to hang out on the porch or terrace. The view from the kitchen is really nice and I watched the birds in the morning. It’s conveniently located to anything you would want to get to downtown or on nearby university campuses.

This stay was absolutely amazing! The place was peaceful, beautifully maintained, and truly worth every penny. The surrounding locations made it the perfect getaway, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Very enjoyable place to stay, I will definitely stay in any of his Airbnb‘s again while I’m in Winston-Salem.

This was our second Christmas staying in this lovely apartment. It’s very comfortable and spacious, and a great home base for holiday visits with family in the area. David and Toni are wonderful hosts who made sure we had everything we needed.

This studio apartment suited our needs perfectly. It had all of the amenities we needed and was in a nice neighborhood just minutes away from the Elon University campus. Access was simple and flexible and Maureen was a great host!
