Our golf team enjoyed this house. Plenty of room for everyone and this worked better for us than a hotel. Doc was very responsive to our needs. If you have a large group you should strongly consider Doc’s house.

Susanne was extremely helpful and responsive during my stay. The house is beautiful, I loved the neighborhood and how I felt at home!

The photos of this place do no not do the property justice! The amount of space in this home was incredible and was able to fit my whole family and friends for a night of celebration. Kitchen was definitely the staple of this home but I could not ignore the craftsmanship that went into the beauty of this home. If I needed some where to stay again this would be my spot 10/10 times again. Thanks again to the host for everything they did and for making my night special.

We requested an early check-in and Michael was quickly willing to accommodate. This was my third stay there and I look forward to many more. One of my favorite places to stay in High Point!

My family and I had a great trip and the home had every thing we needed. We felt right at home. We enjoyed ourselves so much we extended our trip for 2 extra days. We will definitely book again with Tyler.

Chad's place was home base was the bridal party for our wedding - it was ideal for this as everyone from young kids to older adults felt immediately at home. It was also stocked with high quality amenities like you would have at home - glasses, knives, coffee makers, etc. were all high quality and well maintained - nothing gave you the impression that they were trying to get a few more stays out of it before they replaced them and there were a lot of unique items in great shape that made it feel like home (the vintage cast sewing machine in stunning condition is just one example). We'll definitely look for opportunities to return...

We were looking for a place where our larger family and family dog could relax over a long college graduation weekend. This farmhouse provided just that! Teri was an amazing host and responsive when we had questions. We enjoyed the historic feel of the interior and beautiful outside settings for morning walks and evenings by the fire pit. If you're looking for that country feel, this farmhouse and surroundings deliver. Thank you, Teri!

Leah & Mark were great hosts! They proactively reached out to see how things were going to ensure we felt right at home. The home was absolutely beautiful and the amenities were great! The home was spotless and looked exactly like the pictures! We were very impressed with everything! If I’m in the area again, we’ll definitely stay there again!

This was a beautiful home away from home and the owners are just as nice and the home was. My family was displaced due to water damage to our home and we stayed here about 3 months straight. Owners even replenished laundry soap, tp and paper towels when we exhausted their supply! That was an unexpected surprise and a very nice gesture. I would recommend this property to anyone that is in need of a peaceful and spacious rental. The home seems twice as big on the inside than it looks on the outside. You will not be disappointed!!

This place is clean, the kitchen and bathrooms are put together well. The beds are nice and comfortable and so is the home. We got quick and helpful responses from Stacia and had a great stay.

We were in town fir the NC East vs West All Star Football Game and this was the perfect location to be near to all of the weekend festivities. We felt right at home, the home was so comfortable and had plenty of room for all 7 of us. Loved the downstairs area with the fenced in back yard. Allison was so nice and allowed us to check out a little later due to our son's game being in the afternoon. Highly recommend staying here, beautiful home with a wonderful host. Our stay was short, but great for the time we were there. We had one dog and having a fenced-in run was so nice. Also the backyard is very big and would be great if you have kids. If a large group stayed in the house, I think you’d find the screened-in porch fabulous. The host was very responsive to any of the minor questions we had. Thank you so much for sharing your home.

Great location, clean, stylish, and comfy. Stacy, was pleasant to communicate with and was always responsive even though we didn't need much help. The house is huge and comfy, with an early 20th century charm. The kitchen and bathrooms are stylishly updated which made the stay extra comfy.

Our family was in the Greensboro area to visit family and Jeremy’s house provided a great location with plenty of space and amenities for our family of five. The beds were comfortable and the hot tub was great. Lots of golf courses near by too! We would definitely stay again in the future!

We LOVED staying in Eli's home. Our son got married this weekend, and we chose his home due to the location and the amenities if offered. It was more beautiful than we imagined! Big wrap around porch, beautiful yard, hot tub, screened in porch, a big screen TV in the living room, and comfortable beds. We felt very much at home and would recommend it to anyone looking for a home to rent in this area.

The house matched the description perfectly; it was spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully decorated, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Jay and Tia's place was phenomenal!! I pictures accurately depict the space but almost don't do it justice! It is just so beautiful, clean, roomy and welcoming! The home was spacious and smelled delicious! The neighborhood was easy to find and quiet and the back deck and yard provided more than enough room to visit, enjoy nature and have fun! Jay was proactive and thoughtful, immediately checking in with me upon arrival. He knew we intended to use the pool and even though it had been cleaned the previous day, a hurricane rolled through the night before and resulted in debris filling the pool. He was generous in offering to have the pool cleaned again the following morning so we would have at least some time to enjoy it. The hosts were very responsive, friendly, polite and accommodating and the home was wonderful. The small details like water, popcorn and hygiene items that some people had forgotten, were a nice personal touch! We would love to come back to this home again!

The house was exactly as expected—beautiful, spacious, and easy to access. It was in a great location for visiting our key spots in both High Point and Greensboro. Our hosts were very communicative and helpful, making the stay even better. Would definitely stay here again if available!

My family and I were extremely satisfied with all that Drew's property had to offer. Close proximity to restaurants and grocery stores, but secluded at the same time. Plenty of space for my family of 14 ranging from 2 to 74. My sister uses a wheelchair and was able to navigate the most important or required areas (both living rooms, bathrooms, dining area, and kitchen) of the house. We traveled from other parts of NC, VA, and FL. We are looking forward to staying again one day; maybe when the pool is available during the summer! For large groups, this is the place! Hot water for all to shower, too!
