I cannot convey how stunning this property is. They have updated this 1900 home with modern conveniences and kept the old beauty and charm. Our family stayed here for my daughter's wedding at Cornelius Properties. We hosted a bridesmaids brunch on Friday. Had plenty of room for family to just hang out because we traveled from 4 different states for this wedding. The pictures we took inside the home were gorgeous and my guest were in awe of its beauty and size. So if you are in Goldsboro rent this gem so Chelsea can continue to revitalize this historical keepsake. Side note: when we traveled to Goldsboro they had just had a snow and ice storm and I called Chelsea about the roads since we were driving up from SC. She was out of town but her neighbors actually walked up to the main road to check out the conditions and gave us a thumbs up.

Matthew and Adrienne, Thank you so much for accommodating our group of 4 adults and two tiny pups on such short notice. We were visiting in laws from out of state on a very short notice. This home met our needs perfectly. We were welcomed with fresh flowers and yummy snacks. Such a thoughtful touch! We hosted a mini-early-Thanksgiving with our in town family. The kitchen was MORE than fully stocked! We brought so much from home, next expecting the kitchen to have everything we needed. Hands down, the best kitchen from any Airbnb or VRBO we have ever rented. Matthew was super responsive; he communicated consistently from before we got there until after we left. We could not have asked for a better home or hosts. Thank you!

Yip was a gracious host! Her place was beautiful - amazing views & an excellent location - so walkable to the river -we took several walks along the Riverwalk and to the historical downtown! The streets were lined with incredible homes and gardens! Everywhere we went - people were so nice! Yip's home was peaceful - we felt right at home and enjoyed exploring the area but also sitting and relaxing at the Airbnb! Thank you Yip - we will definitely stay again and recommend your place to all our friends!

Spacious, commodious, yet cozy. One of 4 apartments in the historic old home but felt private and was quiet. Comfortable bed and sofas. Lovely neighborhood.

Roy & Yohana's place was great. It was exactly what we needed. The kitchen and living areas downstairs are physically separated from the sleeping areas upstairs. This makes the place feel bigger and more amenable to some guests sleeping while others are dining or watching television. It was very easy to get to both downtown and the major commercial areas. The hosts were very responsive and super kind, the reached out when we left an important personal item behind and made sure we were able to retrieve.

We cannot say enough positive things about Christie's place! We were traveling about 2 hours to get there and knew we would arrive late. She already had the lights on for us and the door unlocked with very easy instructions for check-in. She has everything well stocked in her house that you could need as well! Forgot your razor? She has a disposable one! Forgot medicine for your headache? Need a quick snack or drink? Craving a piece of candy? Didn't bring your mouthwash? No worries, Christie has it all!! Not to mention she was quick to respond with any questions, and just a lovely person overall. The house was clean, adorably furnished, and we loved learning about the history of the building. It's in a very convenient location to downtown and we walked everywhere. We will definitely be back in the future and hope to stay at Christie's again!

Great little spot to stay while visiting our daughter at ECU. Lots of great technology, fun and comfortable decor and furniture. Overall great place.

This is my 2nd time staying here and it is one my favorite places! You can park your car for the weekend and explore New Bern! Location is perfect for walking! The place is always clean and so welcoming! We love this place and will definitely stay here again!

We had a very good stay! David was so kind. The home is peaceful, clean, and is perfect access to Greenville and other surrounding areas. We will definitely stay here next time we’re back in town. Stay with David and you won’t regret it!

It was a perfectly cozy little room with lovely windows and a lot of privacy. It felt perfectly comfortable. They've thought of everything. The bathroom was well thought out and had excellent water pressure. We're thinking of booking again in this spring.

Traveling with pups. Space was beautifully decorated and comfortable. Very quiet neighborhood and very walkable. We are hotel boomers - this was our very first Airbnb stay! It did not disappoint and we are converts to a “new way to stay”.

Christine's place is beautiful, clean, and the kitchen is well stocked. It is easy to find with parking. We enjoyed the area as well as lovely mornings and sunsets on the deck. The bathrooms/showers are great. Big closet and dressing area. The bedroom is spacious. She has quite a selection of books and puzzles and games. We would stay here again.

My previous plans fell through and found this gem at the last minute. Ann accepted my late booking was very accommodating and helpful. The cozy place was peaceful, comfortable and had a great price. I would definitely recommend this for a quick stay or mini vacation!!!

Our stay was for a full month in the summer and a combination vacation and work trip. Overall, it was a very comfortable home away from home! Corey was extremely responsive and attentive to minor attentions needed in the beginning with the air conditioning system and Alexa setup. He even went the extra step to drop off a pair of scissors he learned I needed. The entire check-in and check-out process was seamless and well-documented. The furniture, appliances and decor are plentiful, modern and appealing. The board games and books are a nice touch, and one that we took advantage of. I especially liked the comfy beds/mattresses and the amount of bedding, blankets, and linens available! Adjusting from a single-family home to (compact and sometimes noisy) condo life for the month took a bit, but Corey and Jordan's home had all of the finishing touches to settle us right in.

We loved staying in Sandra’s beautiful condo! She was highly communicative and everything was as described. Condo was exceptionally clean with cheery decor :)

Dawn's place was incredible! Clean, well-appointed with an awesome view of the Nuese River. Definitely worth the price and will definitely be back if needs be. Thanks Dawn!

You cannot get more downtown than this unit. Two bedrooms and bathrooms with a nice living space. Cannot recommend enough if you’re looking to “ditch” the car and walk to restaurants and bars. Great communication and super clean unit in a bit of New Bern history.
