Another Great stay at Karims place with me and my family Karim is the best Host and we always look to stay at his place when we are in town!!!!

The occasion was a Funeral, however the house was expertly furnished with open living rm, antique pieces, comfort pieces, sitting chairs, throw blankets. This provided a very warm comfort/cozy family orientated environment.

The perfect place for our stay ! Clean , cute. Directions and expectations for check in and check out very clear. Great communication .

This place was perfect. It was our third air bnb during a stressful medical situation where the family needed to be close to the hospital. We extended our stay several times given our changing situation. The host was incredibly helpful, the house was very clean, and we had evrythung we needed and more.

I have stayed in many airbnb's, but this one took the cake. the kitchen and laundry area were well over stalked on everything we needed and more. the home it self was stunning. the beds were amazingly comfortable. Chelsea was an amazing host. I highly recommend this airbnb.

Very roomy home and loved the garage converted to a game room. The local park around the corner has clean walking trails, fountain ponds, tennis courts and a play ground. The home was well laid out with large rooms and accommodated our family needs. Very quiet neighborhood with grocery store and drug store nearby. Great stay!

Beautiful charming old house perfect for our 2 day visit. The beds were so cozy and linens were so incredibly soft. We loved all the extras, hair ties, q-tips, shampoo, plenty of towels. The host thought of everything extra to do for guests. We would stay again as it was a perfect location to walk to everything downtown.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The home was clean and comfortable. The home is a great place to stay. Plus, my kids loved swimming in the pool! We will definitely be back for our next visit!

Roy & Yohana's place was great. It was exactly what we needed. The kitchen and living areas downstairs are physically separated from the sleeping areas upstairs. This makes the place feel bigger and more amenable to some guests sleeping while others are dining or watching television. It was very easy to get to both downtown and the major commercial areas. The hosts were very responsive and super kind, the reached out when we left an important personal item behind and made sure we were able to retrieve.

Absolutely wonderful! Could walk everywhere we wanted to go. She was extremely responsive. The house had everything we needed even things we didn’t think about, like aluminum foil and ziploc bags. We will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful and much needed get away - Exploring New Bern was great - so convenient and we really appreciated how peaceful Lil'dock was. More spacious that the photos showed and so clean and neat! Enjoyed sitting on the back porch and seeing the sunset.

Wow great spot . Close to all . Can walk everywhere to Uptown locations. Loved all the rooms ,decorated top line, bathroom was very well designed. If there was anything to improve on is possibly fitting in a 1/2 bath that would only give this place another big star. Overall wonderful stay ,hope can re visit soon!

My dog Sheena and I had a wonderful time again staying at the Tiny House that was so thoughtfully created! It was very comfortable, peaceful and very clean, and had the amenities listed. David was a responsive host and a pleasure to speak with. It's our favorite place to stay when in North Carolina!! Thank you again David for such a wonderful experience!! See you in a few months.

Next to Tryon palace and walking distance to restaurants and shops. Clean and comfortable accommodations. Mary Jane is friendly and was able to assist quickly with any concerns.

Christine's place is beautiful, clean, and the kitchen is well stocked. It is easy to find with parking. We enjoyed the area as well as lovely mornings and sunsets on the deck. The bathrooms/showers are great. Big closet and dressing area. The bedroom is spacious. She has quite a selection of books and puzzles and games. We would stay here again.

Great place worth the money. Will definitely be checking to see if its available next time we visit family in the area.

The stay here was very nice ! A Great host ,that communicated very well and was very helpful with making sure we knew everything before we arrived. Easy check in and the resort pool was awesome ! We will be back!!!

Our stay was for a full month in the summer and a combination vacation and work trip. Overall, it was a very comfortable home away from home! Corey was extremely responsive and attentive to minor attentions needed in the beginning with the air conditioning system and Alexa setup. He even went the extra step to drop off a pair of scissors he learned I needed. The entire check-in and check-out process was seamless and well-documented. The furniture, appliances and decor are plentiful, modern and appealing. The board games and books are a nice touch, and one that we took advantage of. I especially liked the comfy beds/mattresses and the amount of bedding, blankets, and linens available! Adjusting from a single-family home to (compact and sometimes noisy) condo life for the month took a bit, but Corey and Jordan's home had all of the finishing touches to settle us right in.

Sandra’s place was just as described. Pictures are accurate and the space is very nice. Sandra was very responsive to messages and very timely with responses as well. We enjoyed our time there . For my wife and I the bed was a little too firm but that’s just a matter of opinion and preference. Sandra was a flexible host and gave us the opportunity to check in at an earlier time. It was a wonderful stay.

Dawn’s condo was clean and comfortable with an amazing view of the stars, River, and nature area. The host was extremely communicative and went out of her way to track down the answers to some questions that came up. We took advantage of the amazing weather and drove the hour to the beach, so we didn’t utilize the recreation center amenities on this trip. We would definitely stay at this condo again. Dawn made us feel right at home.

You cannot get more downtown than this unit. Two bedrooms and bathrooms with a nice living space. Cannot recommend enough if you’re looking to “ditch” the car and walk to restaurants and bars. Great communication and super clean unit in a bit of New Bern history.

Great host ! Very nice location and private ! Loved seeing the herd of deers every night !
