Bright and spacious, well-equipped apartment for either a short or long stay; modern amenities in a historical neighborhood including very comfortable beds. Ellen is a terrific host who anticipates the needs of her guests and is very responsive. Highly recommend!

we followed our families recommendation who stayed in Chris’s larger unit last month. This 1 bedroom was perfect for husband & me ~ loved the historic loft restoration with openness, tall ceilings, brick walls, pipe fixtures, & perfectly equipped kitchen. comfortable bed, nice sheets, quality towels & toilet paper + Kleenex! yes, You can hear folks down below in the outstanding and convenient brewery & the distant sounds of trains when in main room, but by the time we retired into the bedroom at 10 PM didn’t notice any noise. appreciated being able to check in at 2 PM & instructions were perfect. plenty of convenient parking in large lot right behind building. Felt safe, loved having our own little balcony & Chris was immediately responsive with a great suggestion for dinner at Brisas Latin Caribbean restaurant right next-door to the brewery. Walked all around historic Goldsboro-don’t miss Gypsy Bean Coffee Shop run by Garrett, perfect espresso fancy drinks like flat white & drip

Stunning location and breathtaking view. Right on the water looking across the river at New Bern. Wished I could stay longer. Fantastic bathroom, walk in shower, king size bed… slept so well I thought I was at home in my own bed when I woke up. This is a “must come back” location.

Very lovely and clean spot to stay right next to the water and great walking views. Jean was so friendly and accommodating for our stay.

Can’t say enough for Jennifer and James’ accommodations. Such a beautiful retreat for someone looking for a “road less traveled”. Greeted by fresh brownies (how could you say no?), a pristine living space and proactive host/hostess, everything just fit well. It was a much needed and private retreat with close vicinity to everything, a great outdoor area as well as indoor and price was amazing! We will definitely be stopping by again the next time we’re in the New Bern area!

Traveling with pups. Space was beautifully decorated and comfortable. Very quiet neighborhood and very walkable. We are hotel boomers - this was our very first Airbnb stay! It did not disappoint and we are converts to a “new way to stay”.

Megan was a wonderful host. She was very responsive, flexible and proactive especially with possible inclement weather. Her home is beautiful, very close to the river with phenomenal views from the decks.

The place was easy to get into, the host and family were very responsive and friendly. Enthusiastic and welcoming people and the studio had all accessories and utilities needed.

Thank you for opening your home to us we enjoyed our stay! We were in town for our Marine son and daughter in laws baby shower and it was such a good trip.

Cynthia was easy and quick to correspond with. The house was perfect for our 2 week stay while visiting my daughter at ECU. My 2 dogs really enjoyed the fenced in backyard. The neighborhood was quiet and located close to shopping and restaurants. I would highly recommend staying at this property and would stay again!

Blue Manor 2 is a great combination historical character with current day amenities. Antiques and original hardwood floors alongside modern showers, and contemporary sofas. Very spacious and comfortable. Great location to downtown attractions. Note the long staircase to the bedrooms is a bit narrow. We would definitely come again.

We really enjoyed our stay in Emily's bungalow. It was very spacious and well-furnished. Everything was as described and there were many thoughtful touches. The washer/dryer was so helpful to get ahead of laundry after our trip. Emily was communicative, kind, and helpful. We would absolutely stay again!

Stayed in this gorgeous apartment for our daughter’s graduation. Not only beautifully decorated but also has everything you need and more. This place exceeded our expectations and set the bar high. The rooftop is a getaway with its own half bath, wet bar and views. As a terrific communicator Jen made our experience seamless. Definitely the best place to stay in Greenville!

Our stay was for a full month in the summer and a combination vacation and work trip. Overall, it was a very comfortable home away from home! Corey was extremely responsive and attentive to minor attentions needed in the beginning with the air conditioning system and Alexa setup. He even went the extra step to drop off a pair of scissors he learned I needed. The entire check-in and check-out process was seamless and well-documented. The furniture, appliances and decor are plentiful, modern and appealing. The board games and books are a nice touch, and one that we took advantage of. I especially liked the comfy beds/mattresses and the amount of bedding, blankets, and linens available! Adjusting from a single-family home to (compact and sometimes noisy) condo life for the month took a bit, but Corey and Jordan's home had all of the finishing touches to settle us right in.

We loved staying in Sandra’s beautiful condo! She was highly communicative and everything was as described. Condo was exceptionally clean with cheery decor :)

Cozy and comfortable place. Ideal for families. We have felt at home. The decoration is beautiful and the kitchen had everything we needed. On top of it, the guests were very kind and helpful.
