Great stay! Wonderful location, walking distance to Bourbon Street. The place was clean, confortable and had all the amenities. Would definitely recommend :)

Excellent stay! Beds were super comfortable (one of my biggest concerns when booking). Location was A+++ - walkable to so many restaurants, the Quarter, Superdome, etc. but also a quiet neighborhood where we felt totally safe. Kitchen and bathrooms were pristine and well-stocked. Host was communicative and gave us clear instructions. Definitely would stay again.

Pretty basic, but has everything you need and is at a great location! Walkable to everything and at a great price. Every room is spacious and has a private bathroom. The Good Catch restaurant across the street has amazing coconut chicken soup.

David’s place was perfect for our group. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. Since we had two kitchens and two living spaces, it was easy to prepare meals and there was room for everyone. The space was clean and the host left items for us to get started (coffee, paper towels, trash bags, etc). There were plenty of plates and utensils. Would definitely recommend and would book with him again.

It’s a 5 star 3 star property. The space is older but renovated and extremely clean. The beds were very comfortable and nice linens. The location is superb. 3 minute walk to bourbon st. 24 hour security at the entrance and locked doors which was nice. The common areas had a very bad odor. The security guard said a sewer pipe burst in the basement. Thankfully the odor wasn’t in the apartment.

Great location walking distance to Bourbon St and felt safe

The location of Michael's place is ideal for exploring New Orleans. With a very short walk to a St. Charles Streetcar stop, it was easy and quick to head to the Garden District or the French Quarter. There are many restaurants and shops close by and the World War II Museum is only a couple of blocks away. The accommodation is roomy, nicely equipped, and quite comfortable overall. Michael was a gracious and generous host, who responded very quickly and helped us easily resolve some arrival issues. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend it to anyone.

Great spot near the WWII and Memorial Hall museums! Easy walk towards Canal Street and the train station.

Clean, quiet, and much more spacious than the photos let on! We highly recommend for easy walkability to the quarter and Frenchman street. While it is located on the tip of what could be considered a “dodgy” part of town, we never felt unsafe. However, we do not recommend for anyone mobility impaired or fall-prone due to the steep steps to get in and out — especially if it’s rainy and wet outside! Great host and stay!

Adam’s house was exactly what we needed for a comfortable stay in New Orleans. Great kitchen space and comfortable living room + bedding!

The beds and pillows were super comfortable, and the living area felt homely. I went in for a quick business trip, and to my surprise, it was very relaxing.

Luke’s place was great. It was in a great location with nice food and drink options and very close to the streetcar line. I would definitely stay there again!

Perfect for a quiet stay with friends in New Orleans! The best strip of restaurants, coffee shops, and local stores is just a half block away. Tip: if you need a grocery store walking distance, look up Breaux Mart, its about half the distance Fresh Market is and has everything you need. Didn't show up on my google search for some reason. We also took the bus several times from there rather than a ride share and that was easy as well (although buses do not run super frequently so plan ahead if you intend to use the public transit). They had everything you needed for a comfortable stay in (fully equipped kitchen, a few TVs, even extra folding chairs for the front patio) but it was also SO easy to go out anywhere from there. They even said they only stock you with the starter basics, but there was plenty of sugar, spices, cooking oil, coffee filters, foil, toliet paper, cleaning supplies, soap etc. all the stuff you miss in the more minimal home rentals. One to save for return visits!

Place is in a fairly nice area with lots of shopping and places to eat nearby. Only issue I had was a key fob for the entrance gate would not work. After trying several times I noticed the exit gate was working. It’s a one directional parking area. I wound up driving around a couple of blocks to get to the exit side and backing into the parking area. Had to do this during my entire stay even though I was told a new fob would be delivered. It never was. Place was very clean and well kept. Other than the key fob my stay was good. One thing I’d point out to anyone wanting to stay, apparently the taxes and fees are pretty expensive. They nearly doubled the cost to stay.

I would highly recommend The Gabrielle to my friends/family when visiting NOLA & wanting to stay in the FQ! A fabulously updated clean space, exactly as it was pictured! It was clean & well managed! With 3 bedrooms, we were all comfortable & slept great. This host knocked it out of the park for my family! The Condo had all we needed! Walking distance to all the Quarter sites..Jackson square, restaurants, Bourbon Street…we will stay again! This host, Jennifer was immediately responsive to any questions or concern!! Her hospitality was commendable! TY for everything!

Great place to stay in New Orleans. It’s nicer than other areas in the city. It’s very walkable with a group and we didn’t have any issues. The main selling point for us is that it is directly on multiple stops for the 12 tram that runs to The French Quarter. $8 for a three day pass and you had transportation almost anywhere you want to go. The house itself was very clean and comfortable and sleep our numbers well. You can hear the upstairs renters if they’re there. But that’s really more on the other people than the Airbnb. You could rent the other side of you wanted to trade stairs for no noise. We didn’t use the pool, but the back area seemed pretty cool. It was all behind walls and a locked gate so it’s very safe. There is a circle K two blocks away which was hyper convenient for any house needs. They did also let us check in 5 hours early for $75 which in a group of 7 people happened to be worth it. Pro tip: if you don’t want to check in early the ww2 museum has lockers

We enjoyed our 4 night stay at this location. Kevin was an outstanding host, always quick to respond. I was blown away by how incredibly clean and comfortable the place was as well as the fully equipped kitchen. The WiFi was fast and reliable for my kids iPads and all login information was listed. We also were minutes away from Bobby Herbert's Cajun Cannon restaurant if you want to experience real New Orleans food culture. Being that I'm a New Orleans native that hadn't been home in about 10 years. This was the best location for my family to stay during Mardi Gras. Less traffic and road block. I would definitely stay again.

Bywater was a great place to stay. Hard to find if you are following your GPS. It’s truly a nice place but I definitely would recommend you paying for parking inside the gate. It just feels more secure.

Cristopher’s place is the perfect spot to stay and worth every penny. I felt right at home in the cozy apartment and it perfectly matched the listing photos. There are lots of cute restaurants that are walkable in the bywater area and a short distance to the French quarter. I highly recommend staying here.

We loved our stay. It is a very cool hotel with a great rooftop and courtyard. The area felt safe and you need a key to enter the building. The place is spacious and clean and we enjoyed the balcony. The area is walkable, no car needed. Chris was responsive and proactive. He was a great host, I would definitely stay here again

We are repeat vacationers at this condo in New Orleans. It is always clean, comfortable & has the added safety of a gated parking garage and coded entry doors to the complex. We absolutely love this condo!

The security to the building entrance and garage was good. The neighbors were friendly. The condo was fairly new and I would describe the style as minimalist which I appreciated. Brad was responsive when I had questions and provided thorough instructions. The pool was a nice touch as well. I would definitely stay again. Easy access to Bourbon St. but still quiet and out of the way.
