Room felt spacious, daybed had another bed underneath- both were comfy. Nice hot shower. Between Bywater and Marigny- great walks abound. All was great except noisy traffic. We could not get in and host promptly resolved. Place to store luggage as well.

This place was absolutely amazing. Hosts were great, and I had an amazing time Super Bowl week. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay. Mary Ann checked on us throughout the trip by message. The place was clean and an easy walk to the French Market. I loved that the hosts put together a whole book with detailed recommendations for food and everything. I definitely recommend staying here.

Really enjoyed our stay at the Frenchmen Hotel! Great location in walking distance to everything. It was a little loud trying to sleep at night, but otherwise no complaints.

Great clean space! Close to everything!! The host are so responsive, helpful, friendly. For example there was road construction and made it a little difficult to find I expressed that on the app and they called and got us there and helped us/stayed on phone until we were in our room! Most definitely will stay here again in December! Thank you!

This is a beautiful place to stay. Location is perfect very secure. Premium parking is available just one block away. They’re lots of awesome places to eat, shop or just people watch. We did not need communication with Vic. Everything was easy. Staff at the house were all kind.

Nice and quiet. The neighborhood is a bit quiet, which can sometimes feel a bit dodgy at night. However, only one block from French quarter, which is very convenient. The location shown on Airbnb was about 0.5 miles from where the location actually is.

Nothing can beat the location on this place, 1 block up from Bourbon street and just a few from Canal. You get the quick access with the benefit of not having the noise. The beds were comfortable and furnishings were nice too! There was a mix up with our original reservation but Vic took care of it and upgraded us to a 2 bedroom 3 bed suite! The front desk clerk who checked me in carried my luggage to the 3rd floor and I felt very safe (someone was always at the front desk 24 hours a day). If you're considering staying here just go for it, I'm so happy we did!

Vic’s place was great . It was in the middle of everything . If it wasn’t nearby it was walking distance . Walk outside & canal street is a few blocks up . Bourbon street is right there . The host answered all my questions . The room was clean , private & quiet . It is small , but great for a couple who might be traveling . I’ll be back next year !

Fantastic friendly staff. The place is not a hotel per se, but condos with an attached private club that has a bar and restaurant. The rooftop pool is beautiful. Beautifully decorated living space with a kitchen, living area, separate bedroom, and a spacious bathroom.

I absolutely loved my stay at this Airbnb! The space was cozy and welcoming, like a home away from home. The beds were incredibly comfortable, making it easy to unwind after a long day of exploring. It was the perfect spot for a group of 6 girls on a bachelorette trip – plenty of space and close to everything we wanted to do. The neighborhood was peaceful but a streetcar away from all the action. Honestly, the pictures don’t do it justice – the place is even better in person. I’d definitely stay here again!

The location of this spot is perfect, we loved the area and could easily walk to all of the hot spots in the French Quarter. The rooms was comfortable and The courtyard was a nice place to hangout and enjoy.
