Lovely place, nice to have a bit of room. Rooms are interconnected but proportions are generous. Great facilities. An entrance to the West Coast Wilderness cycle trail is almost straight opposite their place. We didn't have bikes with us but it would be a great location if you are doing that trail.

Wow... That was our main word for this stay. The location and view was incredible. It instantly felt like a real relaxing getaway. We noticed some issues around cleanliness that I will share directly with the host so that they are aware, as this place deserves the best! The hot tub was an absolute highlight. Such a friendly and responsive host to chat to online. We had a fabulous time here and we definitely hope to return to this oasis on the hill!

This is a great place to stay. So comfortable and so private - a short walk to the most amazing beach - all the comforts of home and a hot tub! Amazing sunset views from the comfort of your own veranda. Would highly recommend.

Great place! Because of bad rain, we chose to make our stay a down day. Took advantage of accommodations - washer/dryer and comfortable recliners to catch up with emails and reading. Floor plan is well laid out and became our home away from home.

Wow! Brendan's place was absolutely wonderful. So peaceful, so private and just lovely. We loved being able to walk down the Truman trail to the beach at low tide and again to watch the sunset. We loved the rustic decor in the home. We would definitely recommend this place and would love to come back if we visit this area again. Thank you Brendan.

Large 5 bedroom home overlooking the ocean.

As described. Only had one night there and the weather was cold and rainy but wish we had more time in Greymouth. The ocean view was fantastic. Beds comfortable. We did cook our own food and the kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. No complaints.

A well appointed 100 plus year old Kiwi Bach - replete with more Kiwiana than you could imagine - excellent location with Pancake Rocks at Punakaiki and the Pororai track an easy walk from the bach - plus a sometimes wild west coast beach a few metres from the deck Highly recommended and would stay again

This is a huge suite filled with luxury. Everything felt like a 5 star hotel. The top floor has a huge bed room with separate closest space. The bathroom is huge with a large spa tub that is quite enjoyable. The top floor also has a beautiful ocean view and we watched the sunset which is beautiful. The ground floor has a huge living area and a very large kitchen and desperate dinning area. If you like to spoil yourself and family with a bit of luxury, this is the place for you.

Braydens house is great find. In a small town and very quiet. Has all you need except washer and dryer and everything supplied is of good quality. The house looks and feels new so well maintained. It is a quality built. Blackball has a great pub and locals up for a chat if want. Only 25mins from Greymouth. Enjoy some country atmosphere and give it a go. We only had a 1 night stay but could have easily stayed longer had time permitted. Oh, the bed is super comfy. A great place to chill out and rest up.

Sarah was the consummate host. Everything was perfect in her lovely little home, both private and secure and she was very helpful with meal recommendations and even went to the length of booking our restaurant table and transporting one in our group to Greymouth. What service!
