Renta de casas vacacionales en Grindavik

Vi har haft et helt perfekt ophold. Karl Davor fortalte flere gange, at vi bare skulle bruge af hans ting, så vi havde det fint med at bruge af fx krydderier, lidt mel, skraldeposer osv. Vi måtte også bruge hans hot tub uden ekstra betaling, men man skal selvfølgeligt være opmærksom på, at der er en lugt af svovl fra det varme vand, men det har Karl Davor jo ikke indflydelse på. Sengene var meget behagelige og huset moderne og fint indrettet. Vi kunne bruge vaskemaskine, tørretumbler og opvaskemaskine samt Disney+. Vi havde lejet bil, så afstandene til seværdighederne var ikke noget problem. Der er en lille butik sammen med tankstationen, her kan man købe det mest nødvendige. Omgivelserne passede godt til os. Der er masser af grønne områder/park med legeplads. Der er meget kort afstand til stranden, her kan man finde sten og kaste smut. Vi fik ikke prøvet det lokale svømmebassin, men det er også indenfor kort afstand. Vi boede her i 12 dage og nød hver dag udsigten til bjerget Esja.

Fantastic family accommodation. Beautiful views & stylish but practical interior. Lots for kids to do inside the house (for bad weather days!). Would highly recommend and we hope to stay there again if we come back to Iceland in the future!

Great location that’s outside the hustle of downtown Reykjavik. Sweet neighborhood and extremely well-kept home with beautiful backyard. Highly recommend.

This house was perfect. The hostesses met us when we arrived, gave us instructions on things they wanted us to make sure we knew (for safety and such due to the temperatures), and spent around 2 hours giving us a tour and history of the house. It was absolutely perfect for what we needed and they were so thoughtful with all of their recommendations for activities with our children. We 100% recommend this house to others and we will be coming back in the future!

Great communication, beautiful home. We had everything we needed. Views were amazing. Close to lots of stores and restaurants. Klara was a gracious host, very accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. We plan to come back in the summer next year and will stay here again. Thank you for everything!

We really enjoyed Asa's place. It was very clean and had everything you would need: dishes, utensils, a book with detailed instructions on every major appliance in the house. Asa responded quickly to our queries and was very nice over messages, we did not see each other face to face. We would love to be back some day 🙂

Super Unterkunft! Konnten am Abend im warmen Whirlpool Polarlichter beobachten. Unterkunft war super ausgestattet und sauber. Beim Aufwachen hat man einen großartigen Ausblick. Die Unterkunft zu finden war ein bisschen schwieriger, aber wurde durch klare und hilfreiche Beschreibungen vereinfacht. Dafür wurde man mit einer einzigartigen privaten Unterkunft belohnt. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Bonne localisation proche de l'aéroport. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Le logement est grand, propre, bien équipé et confortable. L'hôte Kristinn est très gentille et réactive. Nous avions des difficultés à trouver un moyen de transport pour nous rendre à l'aéroport le lendemain (les bus ne circulent pas la nuit) et Kristinn a proposé de nous aider pour réserver un taxi. Je recommande !

We had the pleasure of staying at this home and it was absolutely amazing! It was a perfect way to spend my 40th birthday trip with my friends and family. We only had five people stay at the home but it can accommodate more. The home is located in the county which makes incredible to catch the northern lights. The spa was my favorite, the view morning and night was spectacular! This is a great place to stay if you are looking for peace and high quality. The host was amazing and met us at centralized location to guide us to the property, which would have been challenging otherwise given the remoteness. I hope to visit Iceland again soon!

We recently stayed at this house and had a nice experience. The neighborhood is nice and quiet with a location very convenient, being close to the airport. The check-in process was smooth and the house itself was cozy and spacious, providing plenty of room to relax.

We had a wonderful stay! The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, even allowing us to check in super early. The house was spotless, and the host provided us with all the details about local events, making our visit even more enjoyable. Just a heads up—this is someone's home, so there were a couple of rooms with kids' toys that we had to keep an eye on to make sure our little ones didn't wander in. It wasn't an issue for us, but it's something to be mindful of if you're traveling with children. Overall, a perfect listing and we loved our time here!

Helgi's place is a lovely home in an excellent location - shops within walking distance and a good bus service into town nearby, as well as being a peaceful and leafy neighbourhood. Excellent facilities including a hot tub, which the kids enjoyed! The Open Air Museum is a pleasant walk away by the river, very interesting. For a special treat, ask Helgi to put you in touch with Pétur Helgason, who gave us a private tour of some of Iceland's most iconic sights in his minibus. Helgi was extremely helpful, and answered all our questions very promptly. Five stars all round!

This house is really amazing, the design really brilliant. You can easily feel the connection between people who live there before and the house, I don’t know how to describe its unique and beauty, the house has a strong aesthetic value. Before our stay, the host thoughtfully provided a detailed guide. Upon arrival, Ólafur warmly and clearly explained the important details and precautions. Whenever we encountered any issues, there was always someone available to assist us. Staying here made our trip to Iceland even more enjoyable and fulfilling.

We stayed here for one night and it was was a great stay. The house was super comfortable and had everything we needed (towels, linens, kitchen, etc). The jacuzzi was perfect after a long day exploring and was easy to set up and got warm very quickly. House was very clean and had comfortable beds! Host was great as well and would highly recommend.

What an amazing place to stay. This was our first family trip with all kids as adults. Everyone loved the house and surroundings We are already talking about when we can come back. Thank you so much for everything.

We had such a great stay at Vive’s. Firstly, the house is exactly as described. All the rooms, and more Importantly the beds were super clean and very comfortable. The house is spacious and located in a very beautiful and serene neighborhood which is like a 5 to 7 min drive to downtown Reykjavik. We walked along the beautiful bay that’s literally right behind the house, and kids enjoyed playing at a cute playground right next to the bay. Vive had several nice toys which kept the kids entertained at home. The hot tub was great to spend late evenings with friends with a few drinks. Vive was super responsive and helped with any questions we had! I would definitely recommend her place and would stay here again when I come back again to Iceland!

Beautiful, clean, well maintained home in a convenient location close to all the Golden Circle highlights. The view from the living room is very scenic. Steini was a very responsive and communicative host. We had a great winter stay at this home.

A beautiful home near Reykjavik (10 min drive) & conveniently located near highways for easy travel. Extremely clean and comfortable, amenities as described, amazing back porch and hot tub — felt right at home! Guðjón and his family were incredible hosts and made our first trip to Iceland a VERY special one! Shout out to Tommy & Tia, the house cats — we fell in love! Thank you again for everything; we cannot wait to return!

This place was perfect! 4 adult and 4 kids. It was absolutely beautiful home and the owners were so responsive and helpful. The house is walking distance to food markets and some restaurants and only 20 min drive from downtown Reykjavik. Walking trails all along the area. We could not have picked a better place to stay for our visit to Iceland, highly recommend this place!

Excelente casa para pasar unos días en Reikiavik! Solo a 10 minutos del centro, Sky Lagoon a 10 minutos, zona muy agradable y la casa hermosa. Todo lo que necesitas para pasar unos días como en casa.

Una was an excellent host, she always responded to our communications promptly. Checking in was a breeze no hassles, her instructions were clear and accurate. Location was absolutely perfect close to everything including shops, groceries, restaurants and bars. The house was truly charming cozy and very very clean. It was very comfortable and relaxing staying there. I would definitely consider staying there if I visited Reykjavík again in future.
