Todo perfecto,alojamiento muy limpio, cómodo, acogedor, con todo lo necesario. Ubicación: bien, hay muy cerca de la casa parada de bus, para ir al centro, estación de bus y tren. Servicios cerca, panaderías, restaurantes, supermercados,etc. Lo mejor ellos, Daniela nos recibió y nos atendió muy bien, Filippo nos recomendó lugares cerca de la casa muy buenos por cierto también por el centro. Cualquier duda nos respondían pronto. Todo bien.

Super nice hosts, excellent place, located fairly close to bus and train station, free protected parking space. Excellent value. Fully recommend.

Très bon accueil d'Annalisa. La maison est grande, très bien équipée et dans un zone calme proche de Lucques en voiture. Bons conseils de nos hôtes, surtout pour manger une bonne pizza !

Apartamento bien equipado, con habitaciones amplias y cómodas, cada una con su cuarto de baño. Localización cercana al centro de congresos de Bolonia, conveniente para nuestro viaje de trabajo. Debora ha sido una anfitriona muy amable y siempre dispuesta a ayudarnos con buenas recomendaciones.

Alcova romantica a due passi dal centro città ma con i pregi della casa di campagna, silenziosa e ritirata. Bella struttura dove abbiamo passato una settimana di relax e che abbiamo usato come base per visitare Pistoia e l’Appennino. La signora Gianna ospite impeccabile. La consiglio

חיפשנו מקום שקט יותר מהעיר פירנצה, מצאנו את המקום המושלם הזה . קיבלנו שירות מאבא מרקו שהיה מסביר פנים ונורא נחמד . הסביר לנו על המקום והמליץ לנו על מסעדה מעולה שעד כה היא הטובה ביותר שאכלנו בה , אווירה מאוד אותנטית יין מאוד טוב במחיר הגון . הדירה עצמה הייתה נקייה ומהממת ענתה לנו על כל הצרכים יש גם משחקייה קטנה בקומה מתחת ויש חצר לשבת בו לשתות קפה בחוץ להינות מהשקט של הכפר וציוץ הציפורים , בשבילנו החוויה הייתה מאוד קסומה ונעימה. ומאוד מאוד שמחנו לדבר עם מרקו איש מקסים ומאוד שירותי . תודה לכם על החוויה

100 Sterne würden wir Tiziana und Roberto geben wenn dies möglich wäre! Du kommst an, wirst willkommen geheißen und fühlst dich einfach nur wohl! ( selbst gebackener Kuchen!🍰) Es fehlt an wirklich nichts, alles ist vorhanden und du kannst beruhigt abschalten! ( auch für Kinder bestens geeignet!) Es steckt so viel Liebe darin, das kann man spüren und sehen!! Blitzsauber und makellos! Selten sowas erlebt! This was my second time staying at Silvia's place during an extended business trip. It has all of the amenities for a longer stay and it is easy to walk to many kilometers of hiking trails nearby to relax after a long day of work. There is a grocery store walkable nearby and the kitchen has all of the amenities to cook a real meal.

Nereden başlasam bilemiyorum. Ev her anlamda mükemmeldi. İhtiyacınız olan her şey en ince detaya kadar düşünülmüş. Temizlik konusunda da müthiş bir evdi. Yatak inanılmaz rahat, sıcak su konusunda herhangi bir problemi yok. Ev sahibi Bianca her zaman iletişime açıktı, ne sorsam hemen cevap verdi, yardımcı oldu. Annem de ben de bu evi çok beğendik. Teşekkürler Bianca! 🤩

Wir, 2 Erwachsene & 3 Kids & Hund, hatten hatten viel Platz bei Giorgio, die Kommunikation war unkompliziert, hilfreich und die Antworten schnell abrufbar. Das gesamte Apartment war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Der Parkplatz war direkt vor der Tür, in einem privaten Bereich, der direkte Weg zu Fuß zum Zentrum war etwas weiter, durch eine Baustelle ergaben sich Umwege. Absolute Empfehlung für Giorgio und Bologna. Danke für die schöne Zeit.

Really enjoyed my stay here and I would highly recommend it. The location is perfect, on a quiet street but only a few minutes walk to the very heart of Bologna. The apartment itself is lovely, clean and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen, nice bathroom and plenty of wardrobe space. It also has a fab terrace space out the back with seating. I’m learning Italian and I find watching the tv really helpful, this one had lots of channels so bonus points from me! Alvise and Maria Giovanna were kind and helpful and responded really quickly to any queries I had. Thanks again for a great stay!

My stay here was wonderful and relaxing. Everything went well although didn’t expect the hot tub to take long in heating up (>5hrs) so didn’t get to use it the first night. Otherwise I would totally recommend this bnb to anyone !

Clean , organized and Marco is extremely helpful. Quite close to the center of Bologna and is on a bustling street which is the key place for food and night life in Bologna. despite being on a busy street the house is fairly inside and you don't hear any street noises and can enjoy a calm sleep.

An Airbnb experience like no other We were fortunate enough to book our holiday at Villa Cellaia and what a delightful surprise. The accommodation is designed and finished to a very high standard and so are all the facilities on site. Stefano, Lisa and their lovely boys treated us like us like friends. They were very helpful, informative and went out of their way to advise and suggest about where to go and what to do. Couldn’t have wished for nicer hosts. Thank you for making our holiday one to remember, we had a fantastic time and would love to come back again. Gracie mille

Roberto was very kind and helpful and waited for us for a late check in. He was there to show us the place and always very responsive and friendly. The apartment is right outside the ZTL in the centre of Bologna )one can easily walk to historic centre in 10/15 min) and offers plenty of parking spaces in the streets around it. Handy the supermarket just around the corner. The place is spacious and very quiet and offers a nice terrace with BBQ space. It was perfectly suited to our needs. Will stay again.

Had a relaxing weekend at Carlo's apartment. He met us, let us in and showed us around. It was cold and Carlo increased the heating temperature for us which was much appreciated. Lovely property, very comfortable and well equipped. Sadly the wrong time of the year to use the beautiful balcony, but the large window out to it gave lots of natural light. A short walk to the Piazza Maggiore and you're never short of somewhere to eat and something to do in this beautiful city. Carlo kindly sorted out a taxi for us to get to the station when we left. We'll be back!

Wir waren beruflich in Bologna. Tagsüber auf der Messe und Abends in Restaurants. Kurze Wege auch zum Supermarkt, Bus und mit BTaxi APP sehr schnell abgeholt werden.

This is a fantastic location that will allow you to have slightly later starts to your mornings (to combat jetlag or just as a treat after having great food the night before). The true selling point of this stay is really how central it is. Surprisingly, despite its central location, the apartment is quiet because the living quarters are closest to the inner courtyard area. The apartment feels safe as there are multiple gates to get to it starting from the entrance to the courtyard, one to the building, another to the apartment entrance, and then the apartment door. Depending on the time of year, the apartment may feel darker (visited in November). Heating is central and was comfortable. Our host was available to answer questions readily, which we appreciated. Would say that parties with more than two may find the space a little tight. The bedroom has blackout-like curtains so it gets very dark at night. Overall a great stay.

Great stay in this apartment , just 10 min walk from main central area of Bologna. Although, the area around the apartment had plenty of nice restaurants & bars , if you didn't want to go into centre. The apartment itself had all we needed and more for 3 nights. Barbara was super help with suggestions & recommendations for bars , restaurants and things to do, communication was always fast and clear. She was particularly helpful organising a taxi to the airport on departure , as this would have been very difficult for us to organise as the Bologna Marathon meant multiple road closures.

La posizione è ottima per chi arriva dall’autostrada e per chi ha un cane con sè ci sono delle bellissime passeggiate! Ottima posizione per visitare le città vicine a Pistoia e anche il centro di Pistoia è facilmente raggiungibile. Ottima anche l’accoglienza!

Nous avons passé un excellent week end dans l appartement de Cristina! L’appartement est parfait, très propre, nous avons adoré le quartier où il se trouve. Cristina nous a donné des supers conseils pour visiter la ville et de très bonnes adresses de restaurant ! N hésitez pas !

Theresa’s place is absolutely gorgeous and extremely comfortable to stay in. I felt like a princess in her space. It is decorated with so much intention and very comfortable to stay in. The bathroom itself is beautiful and has a vanity🥰 so lovely. There’s also a printed local guide that she personally created and many books to read She was very helpful with any questions I inquired about; which helped a lot as someone who doesn’t live here. It is a fantastic location; just a walk around the corner from the bus that takes you straight to central florence within 15min. The fantastic Gelateria de Medici around the same corner. There are many shops within walking distance of her space, like grocery, juice shop, printing service, etc. This home was spacious and has a cool family history to it. I encourage you to ask her about it. She is super kind, very helpful, responsive, and all around a very dope woman. Thank-you so much Theresa for the wonderful experience ✨ I will be back ✨😊
