Le logement est propre et fonctionnel, le quartier est très calme. Je n'ai pas eu l'opportunité de rencontrer Alexandre mais les échanges pour accéder au logement ont été extrêmement clairs et précis.

Un séjour inoubliable chez Sam ! Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis avec une grande gentillesse et un vrai sens de l’hospitalité. Sam est un hôte exceptionnel : réactif, attentionné et toujours prêt à aider pour rendre le séjour encore plus agréable. Le logement était impeccable – propre, bien équipé, décoré avec goût et parfaitement conforme à l’annonce (voire mieux !). On s’y sent tout de suite chez soi. L’emplacement est aussi idéal, que ce soit pour se détendre ou explorer les environs. Merci Sam pour cette belle expérience ! Je recommande les yeux fermés, et je reviendrai sans hésiter si l’occasion se présente.

We stayed here for a long weekend and it was a great choice! So many good things to say! The house is modern and very well equipped. Great level of comfort and the garden is lovely. Communication was fantastic. Responsive and always helpful. We loved the location and the local amenities were very good. It was just top. Nickel! As an example we forgot a wallet and the cleaner found it and they arranged it's return with no fuss. The best - simply the best!

Un logement exceptionnel ! Nous étions 6 adultes et 3 enfants et nous avons adoré le logement d'Aicha qui est absolument magnifique, encore mieux que sur les photos. Il est très calme, spacieux, et la terrasse est parfaite pour profiter de l'extérieur. Le logement est très bien équipé, il y a absolument tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin pour cuisiner, des jeux pour les enfants, et même une salle de home cinéma, parfaite pour se détendre a la fin de la journée. Le logement est vraiment à 3 min de la ligne 11 qui dessert rapidement de nombreux sites Parisiens. Enfin, Aicha et Medhi ont été très attentionnés, et nous ont permis de se sentir comme chez nous dès notre arrivée. Nous recommandons vraiment leur logement car on ne pouvait rêver mieux pour notre séjour Parisien. Merci !

Paul’s home is beautiful and very comfortable. I loved the fireplace and the thoughtful curation of books, art and vinyl records. Every detail invites you to relax and unwind. The garden is also very special. Paul is a very kind and generous host, and I’m grateful for his help and recommendations. I’d return to Paris, not just for the city, but to experience the stay at his home all over again. Thank you.

Logement bien agencé pour 2 familles de 11 personnes au total. Hôte très réactif et adaptable. Nous avons apprécié la proximité de Paris tout en étant dans un endroit calme. Nous recommandons le logement pour un séjour en banlieue proche de Paris.

Wonderful family home in a centrally located and charming neighbourhood. We were a large group and often ate our meals in the home, there are many restaurants around, several of which we used for take out. The living areas are very spacious, and the bedrooms are comfortable. Anne was a very responsive, helpful and kind host. We would have easily stayed another few weeks. Merci!!

Superbe séjour dans le logement de Christine ! Le logement est très agréable et tout est fonctionnel. Le cadre est paisible et pleine nature. Christine et son mari sont très accueillants et plein de conseils pour rendre le séjour agréable ! La literie (lit et clic clac) est vraiment très bonne ! Petite originalité : les toilettes sont comme un trône avec leur 3-4 marches qui permettent d'y accéder ! Séjour à renouveler !

Quiet apartment in a quiet (but convenient) part of town, a block away from Buttes Chaumont Park, which is a really lovely and peaceful place.

Die Unterkunft entsprach genau der Beschreibung. Die Wohnung liegt in einem Wohngebiet mit sehr guter Infrastruktur, Geschäften, Restaurants, Metro und Busanbindung. Die Schlüsselübergabe war gut organisiert. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und ruhig. Der Kontakt zu Laura war sehr gut. Fragen wurden jederzeit beantwortet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Schönes, ruhiges und sicheres Appartement im Herzen von Paris. Ein echter Mehrwert ist die tolle große Terrasse. Das Appartement ist bestens eingerichtet und besitzt alle Annehmlichkeiten um nach den ausgiebigen Erkundigungen der französischen Hauptstadt gemütlich zur Ruhe zu kommen. Ein großes gemütliches Doppelbett rundet das schöne Appartement ab. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich einige Restaurants, Brasserien sowie Bäckereien. Der öffentliche Nähverkehr funktioniert bestens und das Appartement liegt unweit mehrerer Metrostationen und Bushaltestellen. Gerne kommen wir wieder!

Loved our stay at Julie’s. The apartment has lots of lovely touches & is very spacious for 2 people. Having the piano and the beautiful giant couch was my favorite part. The view at night was amazing, you could see the lights of the Eiffel tower. The location is walkable, lots of things around, & yet still feel peaceful. Julie communicated well & made us feel welcome through our correspondence. I would definitely recommend staying at Julie’s.

Excellent séjour chez Franck qui nous a accueillis chez lui. L'appartement est superbe, calme et confortable et à 2 pas du métro, idéalement placé pour visiter Paris. Franck a été super réacif pendant tout notre séjour et nous avons eu le privilège de le rencontrer avant notre départ. Mention spéciale aux décorations de Noël 🤩. Merci mille fois si nous avons une adresse à recommander pour loger près de Paris ce sera là!

Die Wohnung war schön eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Das fünfte Bett war eine Luftmatratze. Das war uns vorher nicht bewusst. Beim Check-out war die Absprache etwas unsicher. Der Balkon war wunderschön und ist ein richtiges Highlight der zentral gelegenen Wohnung

Apartments like Sophie's are the reason why we never stay in hotels. It felt like coming home, it was so comfortable and quiet despite being in a chic busy part of town near the Eiffel Tower. We spent all of our time on the terrace staring at the beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower. I'm so happy I canceled a prior booking and booked this apartment when it became available. Sophie's place was centrally located to all the other arrondisements that we wanted to visit, nothing was more than 30 minutes away! We are looking to definitely book this again and I've recommended it to all of my friends! Sophie was so sweet and left a great collection of drinks, fruits , candies and food for us on arrival. And she gave my kid a welcome gift and even sent one home for my son. It was these small touches that really made our stay special!

A perfect Airbnb experience from first booking to stepping out of the apartment for the last time. In the run up to our stay Alain and Eric sent us very comprehensive instructions about arriving at the apartment and how to access everything. Eric was on hand to meet us and gave us a tour of the apartment, showed us how everything worked and offered us some recommendations for the local area. The apartment itself was a wonderful place to stay. Very spacious and well equipped and the eclectic decor and artwork definitely made it a cut above any hotel room! The beds were comfortable and the shower was amazing! There's a very peaceful and private garden wrapping around two sides of the apartment. It's incredibly quiet considering it's in a busy city centre location. Outside of the main tourist areas, there's still lots of eating places on the doorstep and some great delis, supermarkets and bakeries. Public transport easily accessible to get you to the main sites. 100% recommend!

Mon séjour chez Mélanie s’est très bien déroulé. Le logement était propre et agréable. L’hôte a été réactive et attentionnée, et le lit particulièrement confortable, ce qui a rendu mon séjour encore plus plaisant. Je recommande vivement ! 👍

Çok güzel bir muhitte M1 tren hattına yakın olduğu için müzelere ve merkeze ulaşım çok kolaydı. Market, eczane yakın olduğu için acil ihtiyaçlara hemen ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Ev çok temiz harika bir kütüphanesi mutfağı ve terası var. Çok teşekkür ederim

Le séjour que j’y ai passé était juste excellent. Sabrina ainsi que sa fille sont au top. Que ce soit en terme de réactivité, en terme d’adaptabilité, en terme de communication je n’ai rien à redire. C’est rare de tomber sur des hôtes comme ça. L’appartement était propre, spacieux, parfaitement équipé, fidèle aux photos et à la hauteur de toutes nos attentes. Je recommande à 200%, c’était un super séjour et je reviendrai volontier dès qu’une occasion se présente 👌🏼

Atmospheric apartment in a great area of Paris. Close to Gare du Nord and Montmartre.

Logement très propre à 2 pas du métro qui vous amène directement au centre de Paris . Quartier calme et le plus non négligeable une place de parking en sous-sol.. La literie est top , tout est parfait pour une personne seule ou un couple . Je pense y revenir si je dois de nouveau me rendre sur Paris.

Appartement idéal pour un couple en visite à Paris. Tout le nécessaire est disponible et la literie est confortable. Au calme et permettant d’accéder aux différents monuments parisiens en à peine plus d’une demi-heure. Nous recommandons vivement ce bien.
