We had a wonderful stay at Le Fraine. It was a truly beautiful space that looked gorgeous and was very quiet and peaceful. Pino was a very proactive, friendly and helpful host at any given time. Ciao Grazie!!

Michela war eine fantastische Gastgeberin. Check in und check out waren super einfach und flexibel. Von Restaurants, Stränden, Ausflügen etc. hat Sie ein tolles Handbuch zusammengestellt. Alles genau wie in der Beschreibung - wir haben vor allem die untere Couch-Lounge genossen, sowie den kleinen Strand direkt vor dem Haus. Ebenfalls sind die Küchen mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Die Straße ist wir von Michaela offen kommuniziert etwas laut, hat uns aber nicht weiter gestört. Für starke Kaffeekonsumenten empfehle ich eine Bialetti oder Ähnliches mitzunehmen. Ansonsten sind Kapsel-Kaffeemaschinen vorhanden. There are not words for our wonderful stay at Daniele and Barbara's house. It's a whole family affair, with both parents taking care of us and the house. You can tell they all have the kindest souls and did their best to make us feel welcome and at home even with the language barrier! The house was very clean and had a beautiful view - I've never seen a more beautiful sunrise, honestly. The driveway is steep but we made it up just fine in our 9 passenger van. It is easy to find and it is very easy to access the downtown area. There are a lot of grocery options nearby and restaurants, as well. We tried to take the train one day but couldn't find parking - just a warning if you plan to do the same (though with a smaller car, you might be fine). The house is very close to some good wineries and easy to access Greve in Chianti, which was a nice visit. The house itself had very comfortable beds, clean bathrooms and nice water pressure in the showers. I would recommend this stay to anyone!

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit einer tollen Terrasse und einem wunderschönen Blick auf Strand und Meer. Die Wohnung ist genauso schön wie auf den Bildern, sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Der Host und seine Co -Hosts waren immer gut erreichbar und sehr nett und freundlich. Wir waren Mitte Oktober hier und es war sehr ruhig im Haus. Wir würden die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Oystein's place in Bolsena is wonderful. Each of the 4 levels has been tastefully designed to be flexible to accommodate a range of sleeping options. Quality features throughout in a superb location. The house is clean and very comfortable with wonderful artwork. The large dining table was great for our family gathering. Wonderful views from the rooftop balcony, which, alongside the other 2 balconies give options for finding a colling breeze (and possibly also a warming spot in the sun in winter). Oystein is an organised and accommodating host who is quick to respond. it was a real pleasure to stay here in this amazing part of Italy.

Wir waren Ende September für 8 Tage in der Unterkunft. Federica, die Lage, das Haus, die Anlage ums Haus waren einzigartig und sehr schön! Wir haben uns vom ersten Tag an sehr wohlgefühlt. Ein Supermarkt und mehrere Restaurants sind gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Frederica ist ein tolle Gastgeberin und Probleme hat sie und ihr Mann zügig gelöst. Wir hatten kurz Probleme mit der Toilettenspülung, Warmwasserversorgung und Heizung-alle Themen wurden zeitnah behoben. Nahe der Unterkunft ist die Zugstation Orte, von dort fährt mehrmals ein Zug nach Rom, das kann ich nur empfehlen. Günstig, pünktlich (nicht wie die DB) und Rom ist eine Wucht! Unterkunft ist zu empfehlen und wir würden wieder buchen, falls es uns wieder in die Region verschlägt.

Abbiamo avuto il piacere di soggiornare una settimana dalla Fulvia, che abbiamo scoperto essere molto gentile e disponibile per tutto insieme al marito. Ci siamo trovati molto bene!

This small old house in the 12th-13th century medieval village is tastefully furnished and excellently equipped. We think the two bathrooms are a big bonus, it was very useful for us. In addition, we would highlight the equipment of the kitchen and the quality of the bed mattresses.The host lady lives right next to the accomodation, a few steps away, which gives security. She was very flexible and patient with our late arrival. You can only park a little further from the house, but it seemed safe and a short walk would not hurt.Overall, we recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet, romantic stay.

Such an amazing place. On the top floor with beautiful views over Siena. Lucia stocked up the refrigerator with water, juice boxes & beer and the cupboards with some light breakfast toasts, jam & Nutella. It was quiet and peaceful, no need for the earplugs we always carry. There are 4 flights of stairs to climb to get to the unit.
