This place was fantastic! Loved the proximity to the beach, George’s, Block Island ferry and more!! Such a hidden gem and will definitely be back! Karen and Peter were excellent hosts and always responsive if we had any questions. The apartment was so cutely decorated too!

This was possibly the coolest Airbnb I have ever stayed in- the details of this place make you feel like you’re someplace truly special. Sam was amazingly responsive. The descriptions are accurate- that 3rd story spiral staircase is no joke - regardless, I was very comfortable and absolutely loved the setting. Will be back!

Very nice place and home for three people. Enjoyed every piece including the free beach parking pass which we fully utilized. Also took advantage of the $10 coupon for old joe's coffee. Absolutely no flaws. The only thing that was a bit tough for us were the spiral stairs and the additional stairs after you enter which in case you have a toddler and/or a wife who is expecting, must be careful to not trip (quite narrow). Also having a bulky bag makes it a bit challenging as well due to this setting. Not a huge problem but worth mentioning. Still 5 stars!

We loved staying in Lisel’s place. It was spotless, quaint and well equipped. The location was excellent, a few blocks from great restaurants and a short walk to the beach. The yard was amazing along a pond, so quiet and peaceful and we had are dedicated Adirondack chairs! Highly recommended!

What a perfect spot for a chilly spring weekend getaway. Sometimes you just need space from the city, and Anthony and Kelly didn’t let us down! They were proactive, kind, and helpful, and the house was a perfect spot for my and my friend to relax on the porch drinking coffee or watch Mystic Pizza!! 💕💕

So glad I found this spot for a quick trip to visit family. Could walk to everything, bed was comfy, loved it. The design of the space was great, the bathroom shower was great. The furnishings and design were fabulous .

My family and another spent a long weekend at this great beach front cottage. Kids enjoyed the cozy loft and the parents each had a bedroom. It was the fall so water was cold but we found plenty to do in the area. Great restaurant just down the street Matunuck Oyster Bar was amazing highly recommend.

This house is in an idyllic, lovely location with a fabulous water view. It is spacious and well-supplied to have a comfortable stay. Enjoyed every minute of our visit.

The house was wonderful. The view from both decks, looking over the water, is beautiful and peaceful. The layout of the house is great with each of the two bedrooms having a sitting space for earlier risers to sit and read or to watch TV. Beds were amazing (firm and plush all in one). Showers and baths were newly renovated and water pressure great. Convenient to many towns and restaurants and we explored them all.

A fantastic beach house in a wonderful, quiet location, just a twenty-minute walk from all the town’s amenities and restaurants. The house itself offered substantial accommodation across both floors and was exactly as the owner described. Our only small recommendation would be for the owner to provide some blankets around the house. During our stay, the outside temperature dropped as low as 35°F, and although the house has heating, the open-plan living area could get a little chilly. Other than that, we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would certainly recommend this property to any family looking to stay in Niantic.

The location of the home is beautiful. The views from the patio and rooftop patio are stunning. The area is so calm and peaceful. The home is unique and beautiful. My wife thoroughly enjoyed our time there and are already planning a return trip!

Absolutely loved this location! The kitchen was perfect to cook our own dinner, and the dining room table is absolutely awesome. Love the chairs & bench, along with the view of the tv. Everything that was needed, was there. It was an awesome staycation. Thankyou so much!

Don't hesitate to book Katherine’s place! The views are stunning, the house is comfortable and modern. We had a very relaxing weekend watching the tides and playing ping pong.

John and Cathy are amazing hosts. This was our second consecutive summer stay in their condo and it does not disappoint. The place and the amenities they provide are amazing and they are a wonderful couple who respects your privacy but are there for anything you need. I recommend anyone to stay here and know they would want to return. Thank you John and Cathy for making our second summer with you a fantastic vacation!

We stayed the week after Labor Day, when everything shuts down for the season. That was the perfect time to be there for us because we wanted a quiet place away. It would NOT be quiet during peak season, but you couldn't find a better location to walk over to Scarborough Beach. The deck was our favorite part: the view, lounge chairs, the wall making it somewhat private to the street. We were not there in the heat of the summer, so we didn't use the window AC unit. The ceiling fan in the main room, and ocean breezes, kept things very comfortable. Not sure how the AC would work in heat, it's in the middle of the space, but in the hallway connecting the bedroom to the front room. Things to be aware of: the view comes from the 2nd floor, so you will have to go up a flight of stairs to a platform to the 3 units. The bedroom is above the main door, so you will hear people going in and out. The unit very spacious. Bright, comfortable, beautiful sunrises.

My husband and I stayed at Desiree’s place for New Years weekend. The space was beautiful, clean, comfortable and perfect for our getaway. Close to the casino and spa and anything you need. Would definitely recommend!

Rate was great, it was off season. Cleaning fee is a little nutz considering it is tiny. VERY clean, perfectly functional. I wasn't a fan of the mattress, way too soft for me, but maybe that is just me :-) Overall I would happily stay there again. It was quiet, the other tenants were very friendly.

This villa is a perfect spot for a weekend getaway. Though in a condo complex, the villa itself felt private. The villa is just a few minutes walk from the clubhouse, which has a jacuzzi and pool (open in summers), and the Norwich Inn. We did not get to go to the clubhouse, but the Inn had a great spa and restaurants. The villa is also a 5 minute drive from Mohegan Sun and is accessible via Uber. The fireplace made the villa very cozy. Would definitely stay again!

Amazing little spot next to the beach ⛱️. The host were super sweet and very responsive to any issues we had. It's just as pretty as it looks in the photos. I had an amazing stay, would definitely stay here again.

Very nice stay. Appreciated the bedside chargers. Kitchen was smartly stocked, was able to prepare a Thanksgiving meal with amenities provided. Very clean. Stunning views of the ocean. Downside, small bathroom/shower, limited bathroom shelf space/counter.
