O Apartamento de Alessandro é lindo! Bem decorado, camas confortáveis, assim como tudo na casa. Tudo novinho! Silêncio maravilhoso para dormir e o privilégio de acordar olhando as árvores. Eu e minha família amamos tudo! Alessandro nos deu recomendações úteis de como se locomover sem carro na cidade. Foi gentil em várias situações. Eu com certeza voltarei para ter dias de descanso. Tudo incrível! Obrigada!

Gute und große Wohnung, ideal für eine Familie, da es zwei Schlafzimmer gibt. Etwas außerhalb, aber die S Bahn Linie 8 ist direkt nebenan, mit der man gut ins Zentrum kommt. Die Küche ist etwas spärlich ausgestattet und es war kein Bild an der Wand, was der Gemütlichkeit etwas geschadet hat. Am Anfang funktionierten zwei Jalousien nicht. Wurden aber so schnell wie möglich repariert. Gute Kommunikation und Hilfe. Aufgrund der Lage zur S Bahn und sonstigen Ruhe zu empfehlen!!!

Abbiamo scelto questo appartamento per la nostra breve vacanza a Roma. Stefania è un host super amichevole ed è sempre stata attiva nelle nostre domande o richieste. La casa era come descritta in foto ed era stra pulita ed ordinata. Sicuramente lo terremo in considerazione come struttura per una nostra prossima visita nella capitale.

Thanks to Iris and Daniella, lovely ladies and superb hosts. Totally responsive, nothing too much trouble. We spend many weeks each year in Rome and when visiting in hot weather like an apartment that has easy access to the centre of the city and also outdoor space for sunbathing, eating etc. Iris place ticked those boxes for us. Ponte Milvio is a super area with lots of great places to eat and drink. A pleasant walk down to the amazing old bridge and you can drop down to the bus station and there is also a fantastic tram service. Very frequent, takes 10 mins to Piazza del Popolo. Romes public transport is so easy to use and exremely pleasant to use and cheap. It became a very enjoyably part of our trip. There is also a bus stop opposite the apartment to save walking to the station. The apartment is a home from home. Everything you could need. We had a very happy three week stay and were well catered for. The apartment's out door space is fantastic with an amazing outdoor kitchen!

A wonderful stay in Rome, greatly enhanced by this beautiful and comfortable apartment. Our hosts met us and were absolutely charming - we felt welcomed and right at home. The flat is full of character, tastefully furnished with antiques and interesting art and the roof terrace was a fantastic refuge after a day pounding the streets. It's right in the heart of the historic centre with cafes and restaurants on the doorstep but also delis and supermarkets for home cooking. Almost everything we wanted to see was in walking distance and buses were easy to navigate for sights further afield. Very highly recommended. We'd be back like a shot. Thank you Otto and Benedetto!

The customer service was great, we were running late because of cancelled flights and they were so helpful and flexible. The flat was spacious and clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. The location is residential yet there is a small cafe on the corner and a small shop with everything you need within 5 minutes walk. A short walk away is Pont Milvio and there are several great restaurants and bars there. Getting into the centre is easy enough, the bus stop is 1 minute away, change once to get to the sights. Tickets can be bought at the nearby bar. We would stay here again.

Das Haus von Luigi ist toll! Es hat drinnen viel Platz, ist super ausgestattet und einen wunderbar großen Garten. Es wachsen viele sehr hübsche Wandelröschen darin, die aber giftige Beeren haben. Hier muss man mit sehr kleinen Kindern gut aufpassen. Der Strand war wegen der Nebensaison leider nicht sehr aufgeräumt, aber das Meer war trotzdem toll. Wir waren ohne Auto vor Ort, es gibt viele Läden, Restaurants und zwei Bushaltestellen in der Nähe. Leider kommen die Busse häufig zu früh oder zu spät und man muss in einer Verkaufsstelle oder in einer App sein Ticket kaufen, beim Busfahrer geht es nur Ausnahmsweise und ist dann viel teurer. Nach Anzio (12km) kostet es normalerweise 1,30€ beim Busfahrer aber 7€. Die Betreuung durch Natalia war herzlich und toll und wir konnten An- und Abreise flexibel gestalten.

Sono arrivato secondo la mia comodità e sebbene Alice non abbia immediatamente risposto al telefono (mi ha richiamato dopo 5 minuti), ho bussato al citofono ed è venuta ad aprirmi la sorella. Questa l'unica "pecca" del soggiorno. La casa corrisponde alla descrizione, c'è un supermercato a meno di 10 minuti di auto, è tranquilla ed ha tutto ciò che serve per cucinare. All'arrivo ho trovato una bottiglia d'acqua fresca in frigo (ne avevo proprio bisogno).

We spent a month in Paolo's house with my wife and two little kids and we really enjoyed everything about that! Paolo was a great host and the house has everything that you can wish – well equipped kitchen, nice bathroom, AC and nice garden with a grill. As a parent, I also appreciated the reliable fence around the garden, which makes it safe for the kids. :-) The neighborhood is very calm and friendly, the shops, restaurants and bars are nearby and there is plenty places to visit around – the sea, Nettuno, Anzio,... And Rome's main train station is less than 50 minutes away by a comfortable and cheap train. I highly recommend Paolo's house to anyone, who wants a nice and quiet place to enjoy Italian sun, heat and comfort – for both families or smaller groups of friends. PS: The area is nice and warm even in November!

Ho avuto un soggiorno fantastico e non posso che raccomandare vivamente questa struttura. L'alloggio è molto pulito, ampio e confortevole, perfetto per rilassarsi. I padroni di casa, Gianni e Carolina, sono persone squisite che fanno sentire gli ospiti ben accolti. La casa presenta un'ampia veranda coperta e un giardino attrezzato con barbecue, in un contesto tranquillo e silenzioso. Tutto era in ottimo stato e la casa confortevole. Un encomio va al signor Gianni che In questo periodo di giornate così fredde, la sua attenzione ai dettagli ha fatto la differenza. Mi ha chiamata la mattina per informarsi riguardo l'orario del mio arrivo e, al mio ingresso, ho trovato i termosifoni accesi, creando un'atmosfera calda e accogliente. Questa coccola non è passata inosservata e ha reso il mio soggiorno ancora più confortevole.

Paolo is a great host! He is very responsive and checked in with us regularly to make sure that we have hot water and sufficient heating, especially since it was the winter period. He paid attention to our requests and always acted quickly, e.g. when we asked to adjust the timings for the heating to be switched on. We are very thankful for Paolo’s flexibility and help 🙏 We felt comfortable and at home from the moment we arrived. It is a very peaceful and serene neighborhood, and the neighbours are friendly. There are also some cats in the area which is great as I love cats. Although it may be slightly far from city centre, the travel is not too bad. This place is close to Tivoli which we did a day trip to and we loved it there! There is a washing machine and drying racks for laundry which was a great help. The place is close to a LIDL and fruit stand, which is convenient for us to do our grocery shopping. There is everything we need here 👍🏼

Nous avons passé un mois chez Gian Piero. Le logement est agréable, la terrasse et la place de parking privés sont un gros avantage. L’entrée du parking est petite mais pour notre voiture (une Clio III) ça passait. Le quartier est agréable, il y a un bus à 5min qui vous amène partout dans le centre ville de Rome et au Colisée ainsi que le métro. Gian Piero est un hôte arrangeant et disponible.

David has been very helpful throughout. He was very kind to pick us up at midnight as we booked a late flight. He was easy to talk to and his place was very quiet and good place. It’s a shame we didn’t experience the local area/beach as we stayed only for overnight and had to check out soon.

A perfect little apartment in a great location. It was less than ten minutes to walk to the Pantheon, and right beside Campo dei Fiori, but on a quiet little road so away from the hustle and bustle. The apartment was well designed, clean and comfortable and the roof terrace was a real bonus. The host was helpful, welcoming and responsive. Thank you for a great stay!

Wonderful place! Luca was an amazing host who always responded quickly and was very kind. I highly recommend! Being so close to the Coliseum was unbelievable! Location was close to restaurants and the 24 hour convenience store across the street made everything easy! The terrace to relax was peaceful.

I honestly had the best time staying at Antonella & Simon’s place. I’d like to first start off by saying, Antonella is an absolute angel on earth. She was so kind, welcoming and responsive. It was my first time in Rome and she really made me feel so welcomed. The apartment is exactly like it looks in the pictures and so close to the Colosseum and other attractions. The bed was comfy and the Antonella provided all the amenities you can think of. I also felt extremely safe staying here as a solo girl travelling. I genuinely would recommend this place, and I will be staying here for my next visit also which I pray is very soon. Thank you again to Antonella & Simon ❤️

o apartamento de Fabrízio é muito aconchegante, tranquilo, tem tudo o que precisamos, e quase dentro do Vaticano, silencioso, numa rua de fácil acesso e com várias opções de restaurantes, mercado, sorveteria. Fabrizio foi muito gentil em nós receber e mostrar tudo.

This apartment was beautiful! My husband and I travelled with my daughter and her partner. It was a perfect set-up, because they had the upstairs and we had the main floor. We especially enjoyed going to the market and picking up some bread wine and cheese and eating it on the terraces.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Es ist kleiner als man erwartet, aber sonst war alles tip top. Lage sehr gut. Terrasse cool. Zu empfehlen.

Valerio was super responsive and helpful. The apartment is a great fit for a large family like us (6 people), and an excellent location for exploring Rome, right next to the Vatican. Fully stocked kitchen with all needed amenities allows for home cooked breakfast/dinner, saving a ton on food expenses. We enjoyed it very much!

I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place to stay! Great location that’s walkable to everything and the space itself was beautiful. I would definitely stay at La Casetta again!
