Great experience. Great find for a large family/ friend get together. Plenty of beds. We wanted that cabin vibe and that is what we got.

Alaina's cabin is paradise. Gorgeous setting looking over Pine Mountain Lake. Beautiful space inside. Our family of 7 enjoyed all the rooms and amenities. Kayaking and paddle boarding. Playing board games on the deck. Meals at the large dining table. It was perfection and I highly recommend! Alaina answered all questions quickly and with kindness. 10/10

We had a great time around the holidays. The house was big enough to fit 2 families with 4 small children. Very close to the lake to go on walks and use the small playground there. The place is also close to town to get your supplies.

We had an amazing stay at Maja and Queency’s place. The property is beautiful, with a huge yard that our dog loved exploring. It’s in a great location—close to Yosemite’s entrance but still peaceful, with a grocery store nearby for convenience. The house was spotless, well-designed, and thoughtfully organized. The kitchen had labeled drawers and cabinets (which every Airbnb should have), making it easy to find what we needed. The living room, with its big windows and stunning views, was perfect for family photos. The hot tub was a highlight—already heated and ready to use, making it the perfect way to unwind after a day in the park. The home is also baby- and dog-friendly, with a crib set up for our infant and dog bowls provided. Maja and Queency were fantastic hosts—quick to respond and helpful. This place had everything we needed, and we’re already looking forward to coming back!

Troy was very friendly and responsive. His place was great and we felt right at home. Better than the photos! Btw, thank you for the access to the apps on your tv. Made it easy to watch New Year’s Eve countdown and other channels.

We loved our stay at Pati and Joe’s place. We were dropping our daughter off at sleep away camp and decided to make a weekend of it in Groveland. The house is perfectly situated on the lake and only a 5 minute drive from Main Street in Groveland with fun restaurants and shops. Pati was very communicative and made it easy to get into the house on check in day. We spent most of the time hanging outside on the lake. The kayaks were great and we just paddled around to different beaches and swam. An amazing and relaxing weekend in a beautiful part of the state. We hope to be back!!!

A gem of a listing! This wonderful home made for the perfect long weekend getaway for our two families. It felt safe, VERY spacious and well equipped with all that one would need for the most idyllic lake-side adventure. There was something for everyone! The host was very accommodating and very responsive. Appreciated how organized the kitchen was. It made it very easy to find all that we needed when prepping meals in the kitchen. Highly recommend treating yourselves to a cone at the Grove Mercantile in Groveland. The ice cream is out of this world! You’re welcome:)

So glad we stayed here. The game room was great! So many games and things to stay busy with activities. Nice big comfy couch where the whole family enjoyed Christmas movies. Kitchen has everything you need plus more. Closet stocked with towels. Excellent views from all around.

This is a great property with tons of immensities. It was the perfect home for 2 families with a total of 5 kids. The kids had plenty to do down in the game room, giving the adults some quiet enjoyment. I highly recommend!

great place, the locations is amazing and close to alot to walk to. the place it's self is fantastic. the only downside is the kitchen doesnt have any cooking stuff just a microwave but the restaurants are all around it and east to walk to. definitely worth it.

Tom was an amazing host. He was flexible with check in time. Had Benjamin greet us and walk us through the property. He showed us where everything was. Made us feel right at home. The place was very clean and conveniently located. Walking distance to everything in town. I would come again and recommend to others

Fantastic place! We have been to Bass Lake a few times prior but this was the first time at Tom’s and we loved it. So easy to walk to the restaurants/bar/grocery store or down to the water. Room was very clean and had everything we needed. Hot tub was great! Definitely booking again for another trip to the lake. Cant wait to come back.

we had a wonderful time at Sheryl's idyllic cabin. the kitchen is super well stocked for folks who enjoy cooking, plus it was a lovely walk to the grocery store! the wood burning stove kept the place so warm and cozy. and Arnold is so close to lots of entertainment. it was the perfect place to bring in the new year!

Mike is the most incredible host. From hosting my bday weekend back in June to being the most willing to offer up his cabins when me and my friends had to evacuate from the LA fires. We were so taken care of both trips. This is the best Air B&B stay I’ve ever had. The cabins are very well maintained and in a beautiful location. I cannot recommend this place enough. We are so grateful for Mike and his team!

Absolutely wonderful! Beautiful surroundings in a secluded grove - and the private game loft was so much fun. The deck overlooks an incredible mountain view, and we really cherished the fireplace each evening. Noma was an incredible host - highly responsive, fielded all of our questions with kindness, and made a last-minute delivery so that we could have a big fire on our last night. Even better, they found my lost wallet and mailed it back to me immediately. We’ll be back!

This is my 2nd time staying here and has become one of my favorites. Host Mariana is amazing, responds quickly and makes you feel like you are home. This is a perfect home to bring families or if you just need a quiet getaway. I look forward to staying here again.

Beautiful home. We enjoyed two very peaceful days on Pine Mountain Lake. We were able to take the kayaks and SUP to the swimming beach several times. Kids loved the board games supplied in the house. Kitchen was well stocked with essentials. Grocery store nearby.

We rented Virginia's cabin due to it's close proximity to Dodge Ridge Ski area and prior positive reviews. Her cabin was very comfortable and clean and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. A few things that impressed us were that she included a nice bottle of wine, a basket of snacks, DVD movies (dozens of them!) and coffee pods and coffee (the coffee and snacks were the first time we've experienced this in a rental property - a very nice touch!). The living area was very cozy with a nice gas fireplace in the main living area and two couches There were only two of us for this stay, but the guest room also had very nice bunk beds plus a daybed that could easily accommodate a few more people. We would definitely rent this cabin again.

Definitely saving this property and will rent it again. It is very well secluded, right next to the lake. The store is right around the corner less than a five minute drive The bedrooms were spacious, and I love how they had it sectioned off for multiple families to be staying there at once. The pool table sticks were straight and not bent and then Benjamin Isaiah been accustomed to find at rentals. The hot tub is a very nice one with massage jets and multiple settings. There is a dog run for your fur puppy to go to the bathroom. Almost each room has its own TV, the Wi-Fi was fast and strong signal. I was impressed and would highly recommend this airBnB. Five stars hands-down.

Jazlyn’s place is a rustic cozy little lakeside gem, stocked with everything you’d need for a long weekend. The cabin is so charming and clean, and the location on the lake is ideal. Thank you for sharing your space with us!!
