What a beautiful safe little gem. Hope to visit again. Peaceful, comfy and bright which we loved.

We arrived and immediately felt at Home. We had pretty much everything we needed. With our little dog in tow , it was awesome to an enclosed backyard. With Grass.. super tidy yard! Great to have a garage for our car and laundry on site. The kitchen was large and stocked well even some spices and oils to use.. beds were comfy and cozy. Cute beach decor and a lovely gas fireplace for our cold rainy nights . I found additional blankets in the living room hutch. I walked to the beach every AM with my dog. Two blocks away. We could hear the waves at night from our bedroom. Perfect

We loved this place and would return again! One of our favorite things about it was the 2 large windows which provided an “amazing” view of the ocean where we could watch the rolling waves and catch a sunset. A large side window also gives a view of the ocean and a beautiful cypress tree with Morro Rock in the background. There’s a public stairway to the dog friendly beach just steps away. The lovely downtown just minutes away by car had several nice restaurants, coffee and pastry shops, specialty stores and a beautiful pier. Morro Bay is 4 miles south and Cambria is 18 miles north, which makes Cayucos the perfect location.

Beautiful single family 3br house right by the beach. Very dog friendly yard (fences and gates). Lovely little town with shops and restaurants. Easy check in and check out - highly recommend.

My wife and I planned a visit to Sequoia, but when we got there smoke from a wildfire made it untenable. I contacted Heike, at the last minute, because we figured we'd head to the central coast. She responded immediately. And, lucky for us, the place was available. It's right next to a tiny airport (but you hardly hear any sounds and it's fun to watch a few small planes, e.g. Cessnas, take off or land. It's across from a park. There's a diner that's walking distance away. Pismo Beach, perhaps two miles away, has everything you'd want from fine dining to markets. I've never been to Oceano before. Now, I'm sure we'll go back. It's quieter than places like Morro Bay and SLO. The unit itself is a bit cramped, but not in a bad way. There's three bedrooms and two baths, and it's a two-story unit. I recommend Heike's place whole heartedly. She's super responsive. When one of the TV remotes didn't work, she had batteries delivered because she was out of town! Signed, Alan K

Kit was a wonderful hostess. Fast to respond to questions, suggested things to do. The place was very comfortable, small which was nice as it was easy to move around. Would definitely stay with Kit again.

Unpretentious, cozy and comfortable beach cottage. Our grandkids loved the dinosaur caves park. Daily walks along the bluffs provided good exercise along with spectacular views. Short drive into Pismo Beach, Arroyo Grande Village and Grover Beach for great eateries. The Avila Valley Farm was a huge hit with all the kids and a good source of super fresh produce and farm baked goodies. All in all, a wonderful stay!

Rental company was very communicative, house was very clean and well stocked. Very pleasant stay and loved Morro Bay! Visit the state park: golf, canoeing, hiking etc.

This was full service location, not a typical airbnb within a Hilton Vacation location, this was a fun shift to our typical home stay bookings. You would have access to a pool, hot tub, fire pit at night, small onsite honor bar, concierge, 24 hour staffing with elevators and restaurants walking distance and an amazing view of the beach at this location. A huge plus is this stay is right on Avila Beach so it felt very much like a vacation for the family even though we were there to move our daughter into Cal Poly adding a special ambiance to our stay.

We had a great time staying at the RV! It was clean, fit 2 people and a small dog easily. It was easy to get in and out and explore the Pismo Beach area.

The condo was in a great central place for us to go to multiple different towns and beaches in the area. Having the reserved parking space was a huge plus. The staff throughout the hotel were helpful and overly friendly. We’d definitely stay there again.

This was an absolutely fabulous stay for our family of 4! The location was perfect with a breathtaking view of the ocean and overlooking the pool. Kitchen was fully functioning and we enjoyed the bbq outside while the kids swam. Alana communicated quickly and answered any questions we had. The staff was wonderful. We would love to stay again, we love Avila Beach!

We always know we are getting a great deal for a super nice place when we book with Amber. We have stayed in several of her properties and each one is great! Our favorites are closest to the beach. The beds are high quality and very comfortable. The location is great, close to the beach, a park and several restaurants. The rental is clean and equipped with everything we could need to make our stay enjoyable. She even includes sand toys and beach chairs to use. She’s always just a text away with great recommendations too.

Beautiful condo, decorated nice, extremely comfortable beds and linens for all. Cute little extras the host provided that were very sweet. Easy to communicate back and forth. The only downfall for us with kids was the beach with lots of traffic of vehicles and always crowded lines to get on the beach. Also, not much space to ride scooters or play outside but the actual condo, owners and everything inside was perfection! ❤️ Thank you for allowing us to stay.

The location was beautiful - right on the lake with friendly people and lots of dogs and a park right nearby. Barbara was an amazing host - the best host ever. I gave the listing overall a 5 star rating because of how responsive and kind Barbara was & the location was amazing. I was not told the space was a trailer. Also, I specifically asked prior to booking if it was a private, enclosed backyard. It was not private- it was semi-private. It was shared with the loose chickens (= lots of chicken poop and flies) and host. This was disappointing. The bed was extremely comfortable. However, if I were taller than 5'5", I would not fit in the double bed. The bathroom had a nice bidet - but warm showers were 6 min or less. Plus if you are tall you won't fit. Overall, it was a cozy trailer with almost everything you would need to be comfortable. But it was more like glamping. I adjusted and did have full access to the house as well but that wasn't my intention when booking.

Brendan was very polite and very accommodating. I absolutely loved the location we will defiantly be back again.

First of all, Amber is a great host. Very responsive and friendly. Second, the location is just what I was looking for. Close to the beach - about a 90 second walk from the condo. The kitchen was furnished nicely so that I cooked and ate in often (I was there for a month). Low-key food options also available within an easy walk. The condo was great for me. Perfect for one or two people but could fit a couple of kids on a pullout couch. It was nice having free laundry facilities available in the garage. The garage (only parking available for the unit I was in) was a bit small for my 2024 Toyota Highlander, but with careful maneuvering it just fit with about 2" to spare so that the garage door would close, and the indoor parking was a big plus. I felt right at home and I am very happy with my experience. And again, Amber was a great host.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a night on our road trip up the California Coast. It was such a cozy and cute spot, exactly what we were looking for! The bed was especially comfy and we loved enjoying a wine at the outdoor fire pit in the evening. Could not recommend this spot more.

The house was exactly as pictured and described. So often the house/backyard/common areas are a lot smaller than pictured. The sheets/towels/furniture were very clean and comfortable. The hosts were very accommodating in asking questions. The backyard is huge and had a grill and a fire pit that me and my guests thoroughly enjoyed. There was exceptional amount of parking at the house. Minutes walk to the beach.
