Very quaint beach home within walking distance to beach. Very accommodating for kids with the nice fenced yard and open floor plan.

I had an amazing experience staying at this Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and at home. The host was incredibly friendly, responsive, and thoughtful, making sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The property was spotless, well-maintained, and beautifully decorated with a perfect blend of style and comfort. The amenities were top-notch, and the location was ideal—close to everything I wanted to explore but still quiet and peaceful.

First, this is an amazing property. It's more beautiful and relaxing than the pictures can capture. It provided a much needed respite for our family during a fortunately brief evacuation from the socal fires. It's convenient to a number of great trails and beaches. We also had fun saying hi to the animals. Lastly, Laurie and the property manager went above and beyond to be supportive during a stressful time for our family. We look forward to coming back for a full vacation!

Robyn's place is beautiful and comfortable home. Located close to downtown but just far enough away from the hustle and bustle to be peaceful. We enjoyed being close to the Elfin Forest, the Morro Bay Dunes, and just 30 minute drive to Cambria for a lovely day trip. Evenings were spent on the sofa in front of the fireplace enjoying TV. There's a great local grocery, Spencer's, just down the road. Incredible, and rather large, deli sandwiches for under $10 and quite a selection of local wines and foods. If you're looking for good diner food with local fish, check out Hungry Fisherman.

The house was better than described and Holly was very helpful. We will definitely stay there again in the future.

Perfect, family friendly spot. Peaceful and close to all the amazing wonders of the Central Coast. Cooper and Hollie made us feel so welcomed from freshly baked sourdough bread, firewood, s'mores, and a bottle of wine from Paso Robles. This home was fully stocked with everything you need for a beautiful weekend with your family and friends.

Very comfy with nice views and location. Corner lot with views of morro rock and the smoke stacks. Amenities of the house were nice- open floor plan, great deck, yard for hanging out and grilling- and small things like nice paper towels and TP. It was a great little getaway.

This place was special! We’ve stayed in many Airbnbs but this one was exceptional. Before we even arrived we experienced Kristen’s kindness and generosity. She was happy to let us check in earlier to welcome my sister and brother-in-law for an intimate lunch that I was able to prepare. They had lost their beautiful craftsman home in the Eaton fire in Altadena. The reunion was bittersweet but oh so enjoyable, loving and warm because of Kristen’s wonderful home. She had thought of everything. We were greeted by a bottle of local wine, sparkling water, which we love, delicious coffee and popcorn to get started. Kristen’s home is more than the pictures or the description on Airbnb. The area is beautiful and restful and we spent our entire weekend together at the house except for a Saturday night performance on the campus of Cal State. Once the whole family had arrived in stages there were eight of us adults plus a toddler. Plenty of space for everyone! We loved it! Thank you Kristen!

Edel and Alex have created such a beautiful and peaceful space for costal visitors to stay and relax. I strongly encourage anyone who is visiting the Central Coast to make this your place to stay.

Centrally located whether you’re doing beaches, looking for great food, a history buff, or enjoy wine tasting. Diane’s Airbnb was clean and comfortable.

We’ve stayed at Jody’s cute little place multiple times and just keep coming back because of so many reasons…Jody is a delightful, wonderful host, communicative and extremely caring and helpful, and her place is very clean, comfortable, has everything we need including little treats all over the place! The location is a few steps from the beach and a short walk into town…just love, love, love her place! We will definitely return again!

We had a great time at Leanne’s place. The house was clean, organized, and set up with everything we needed. Leanne was great. We booked about 3 months prior to our stay and requested early check in as we had to be somewhere by 5. She was very responsive, followed up with me a few days before our stay as she said she would and again the day we arrived to let us know as soon as the house was ready. This was excellent service and I know she truly cares about her guests stay. Thank you Leanne for everything and we can’t wait to come back!

Barb was an exceptional host, always responsive to our questions. The place itself was nice and cozy.

I stumbled upon this hidden gem and wow, what a find! The location was perfect just steps away from the beach and the heart of downtown Cayucos yet peaceful enough for a restful night sleep. The cottage was a cozy. Haven filled with bright beachy vibes and super comfortable furnishing. The bed? Pure Bliss. the host was quick to respond and made me feel right at home and the manager went above and beyond to ensure every detail is taken care of. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

We spent five enjoyable nights at Avila Beach! The condo was clean and had everything you would need. David was very considerate of my husband's allergies and agreed to have the cleaners wash the sheets and towels with free and clear detergent. The cleaners also cleaned with vinegar and water so he would not be reactive .

We loved this place! The Jacuzzi and Pool were amazing and the beds were incredibly comfortable. I would highly suggest this Airbnb to anyone that has a group or likes to lounge and feel at home. We will be back.

Great place to relax and unwind. This is a very peaceful and private setting with plenty of room and ample parking.

Janie’s place was perfect for our girls weekend. The views were spectacular. All of the beds were comfortable and we all enjoyed having the king beds. We used the kitchen multiple times and it was really well stocked. There wasn’t anything we would change and when we visit the area again we would absolutely come back.

The house was perfect for our family to enjoy over Thanksgiving! We loved playing pool and sitting by the fire table as well and the kitchen/grill were perfect for preparing food. Wai was very accommodating with us as we requested an early check in!

Very happy with our stay overall. Plenty of room for 8 people. Might have been told that the property has 5 bedrooms; it has 4. Very clean and in a great location. Thanks
