We had a great stay here. Lindsay was very friendly and communicative. The house is beautifully decorated and well appointed. We appreciated the well stocked kitchen, high quality linens and comfy beds. One of the cleanest houses we’ve stayed in.

Beautiful house and surroundings. Very roomy and clean with plenty of places to sit and chat with family. The kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable, and the spacious backyard was a dream come true for our dogs. We would definitely stay here again!

This is a beautiful property on top of a hill with amazing views. The photographs don't do it justice. The kitchen was very well-equipped with everything we could possibly need. The pool was lovely, warm (for a Feb stay) and perfect with lots of pool toys for the kids. Lots of fireplaces, board games, entertainment options. The hosts were very responsive and attentive.

My extended family came to Paso Robles to celebrate a 30th birthday with wine tasting in the area. The house was perfect for our large group of 13 adults. The kitchen easily allowed for multiple people to prep food and the large island made it easy for people to graze. In the evenings we moved the benches from the dining table to the living room and gathered for games and conversation. The house was spacious and accommodating. We would return for another group event!

The property is well managed, the kitchen was well stocked, and the pool and hot tub were amazing. Probably our favorite Airbnb rental ever.

The home here is amazing. We really enjoyed the cinematic views and the feeling of seclusion, and the heated pool. Thanks for a great stay!

Our family stayed at Summer Place over the Thanksgiving holiday. Upon arrival, the home was just as it was pictured. The yard is fully fenced so no worry about our dogs getting out. The house was equipped with everything you could think of, even Tupperware! The spa was beautiful and so relaxing. PRVR had the best customer service. Our spa had some issues that they sent someone out to fix on Thanksgiving day. Highly impressed with this BnB and with the rental company. Will probably stay here again.

First, this is an amazing property. It's more beautiful and relaxing than the pictures can capture. It provided a much needed respite for our family during a fortunately brief evacuation from the socal fires. It's convenient to a number of great trails and beaches. We also had fun saying hi to the animals. Lastly, Laurie and the property manager went above and beyond to be supportive during a stressful time for our family. We look forward to coming back for a full vacation!

Great location right near the beach with tons of activities that you can possibly do. House itself is great for a larger group, with lots of bedrooms and off-street parking in the driveway and garage. Clean and well maintained, the space was nice to visit on a weekend with a good full kitchen. Would recommend!

Lovely home in ideal location for visiting CalPoly. Very convenient to our favorite spots in downtown SLO. Easy quick communication with hosts and a trouble free comfortable stay.

Loved the house had everything we basically needed ! The outside of the house looks small but inside is REALLY NICE and a decent size and had lots of room for my family!

We had the pleasure of staying at Judy’s house for 2 nights to celebrate the new year ! It truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I felt right at home with the lights on . The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. Judy was incredibly responsive and provided clear instructions on how to get settled. The house was exactly as described in the listing, super clean, and thoughtfully decorated. The photos didn't do it justice! The cozy living room made the space even more inviting. Everything was spotless, and I really appreciated the attention to detail. This property had everything I needed and more. The fully stocked kitchen, comfortable bed, big dining table made the stay so comfortable. The location is fantastic, it took us just 30 minutes to Solvang , and ostrich land , a few minutes to Costco, Albertson and Walmart, the community is safe , I felt like I was in the perfect spot to explore everything the area has to offer. I highly recommend it !

We stayed at Brent and Jo's place over NYE, and it was a great choice. The house was clean when we got there, and we know how difficult that can be as pet owners. We loved how close to the ocean this house is - and it really does feel like a house, there's a ton of character! Our local friends came over for dinner one night, and their 3yo daughter had endless fun trying to find all the octopi hidden around the house. 10/10 would stay here again!

The home is even more beautiful than the pictures give it credit. On a gorgeous plot of land, very spacious for 9-10 guests. Wish we had even more time there

Cindy was an excellent host who was very kind, responsive and helped make our stay a wonderful experience. Her place is very comfortable and decorated so beautifully, and we were provided everything we needed to feel right at home for a lovely weekend in San Luis Obisbo. I highly recommend her home and will definitely be coming back to Cindy’s place next time we are in town!

Our stay at this charming and unique home in Arroyo Grande was fantastic! The kids thoroughly enjoyed the house and backyard. They especially loved exploring the toys , We also had the pleasure of meeting Felix, the famous, attention-seeking cat !!. The home was impeccably maintained, with everything thoughtfully arranged, from the cozy bedrooms to the living areas. I highly recommend this wonderful home to anyone looking for a memorable stay!

Beautiful house. Very spacious. Modern vibe. Layout of kitchen makes cooking easy. View of ocean is incredible. Great location convenient to all SLO county sights and restaurants. Grocery store five mins away. We had 2 couples. Could easily be comfortable for 3 couples. Host helped us work through booking in friendly manner. Loved staying here...

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful, well-maintained home, which had all the necessities for a comfortable trip. The outdoor deck was a highlight, perfect for enjoying morning tea in a serene setting. The location was ideal, with nearby trails and with lots to see and do within 1-2 hours. Laureen, our host, was fantastic—prompt in her responses and kind enough to accommodate our last-minute request for a late checkout. Highly recommend this place for a peaceful nature getaway, and we’d love to return!
