Even though it was a little on the pricey side, I was very satisfied! We came to visit old neighbors who lost a kid in a tragic accident. I would have paid whatever to be there for them. We were about 20 minutes from them. We can’t wait to visit again.

Stella’s home was clean, the home was as pictured. The host was very responsive we needed extra towels and the jetted tub did not work and they came the next day to repair. The home is in a quiet neighborhood close to all restaurants and stores. I would recommend staying if you are in the area. The only issue I have is the outside could use some landscaping.

Had a great stocked kitchen for our thanksgiving dinner. Thanks for letting us stay!

Great home! I was visiting for a basketball tournament and it was just like being at home. Everything you needed was there and a quite neighborhood to relax after a long day. Carlos was very responsive and accommodating. We will definitely stay there again! 😁

Cozy Point is hands down the best air bnb I’ve ever rented! So incredibly comfortable and peaceful and convenient to all the fun places Aiken has to offer! We will be back and stay longer next time! Ryan’s house is a rare gem among airbnbs. We have stayed in his Grovetown property twice and were equally impressed. Ryan is the perfect host. He is always friendly, considerate and responsive. His airbnb listing is totally accurate. We travel with two small senior dogs and really appreciate having a fenced yard. All of the house is comfortable, attractive and spotless. The house is conveniently located and in a very quiet, safe neighborhood. Highly recommend!

Close to Aiken proper yet near conveniences. Well worth the price for a 4bd with family room, living room and fenced yard. Would gladly book again.

We had horses staying in New Bridge and it was super close and convenient. Easy to get to town and to the stores. We had to leave early due to a pet emergency but hope to return in the future.

The location was incredibly convenient, making it easy to explore the area. Our host was exceptional,very responsive and accommodating, even going out of his way to fulfill a special request we had. The townhouse was perfect for stay It is in a nice area with many good restaurants nearby. David was kind enough to let extend our checkout time due to us having a funeral to attend.

Sheila's and Anthony's quiet and peaceful pool cottage was the perfect getaway for us. It was within a 10 minute car ride of both downtown and to several restaurants. The pool cottage was extremely clean and private and the pool was an extra special advantage. The property was beautiful and full of nature. We highly recommend this pool cottage location!

Our first trip to the Masters was unforgettable, thanks to our stay at this charming Grovetown home! From the get-go, the host was incredibly attentive, making the booking process seamless. The house was a perfect fit for our group, offering ample space and great amenities. When we weren't at the tournament, we enjoyed exploring nearby golf courses, taking advantage of the convenient location. The highlight was definitely the fantastic back deck with a grill and swimming pool, perfect for relaxing after a day of golf. Plus, the kitchen, super well-equipped and integrated with the living room, was perfect for cooking and chatting while catching the Masters on TV when we weren't at the tournament. Overall, our experience was fantastic, and we would absolutely come back in the future. The host's excellent communication, combined with the convenient location and comfortable accommodations, make this property highly recommended for a memorable stay near Augusta!
