We very much enjoyed staying at Kari’s house. The kitchen had all of the things we needed to cook group meals. The neighborhood was beautiful and fun to walk around. The grill and patio was a great setting for the warm evening dinner. Dog friendly!

This is the nicest airbnb I have ever stayed at. The house is nice and spacious, and the view from the deck is gorgeous.

We love visiting the McGee Cottage. This was our second stay in Beersheba Springs and it was just what the doctor ordered. The cottage is homey and cozy and old-fashioned and there is a lovely walk just outside the door. The area is full of wonderful hikes, waterfalls, and mountain views, and the McGee Cottage is a great home base for exploring the area. The peace and quiet were restorative. We'll be back!

We do an event at the nearby park every year and this place was a gem to find. We were only there for a few hours, just long enough to get some Zs. However, when we opened up the fridge we saw fresh bread, eggs, and milk. I think they made it. Who does that? Super awesome. I gave all of the bread to all the volunteers who helped out at the race on the Fiery Gizz. They loved it. Thank you for a great place at a great price. Will be back in the years to come.

Graduation weekend retreat for our family. This gorgeous lakeside home was the perfect place to stay while celebrating our grad. It's very close to campus and has every amenity. We felt so at home. The house is thoughtfully appointed and welcoming. Sandra is a friendly hostess. I would HIGHLY recommend this home.

Beautiful homes - all the amenities we would expect that some Airbnb's lack - great attention to detail. We also appreciated being able to rent two homes next to each other to accommodate our family. We would definitely visit again.

There for Sewanee Mom’s wkd. Great location. Comfortable beds. Well supplied kitchen. Great showers. Personal touch of fresh flowers. Accommodated bringing the dog last minute. Would stay again. Great access to bike trail.

Me and some friends stayed at Ginger’s place while in town for our Sewanee reunion and we had a great time. She was very responsive and kind. On top of that she shared some snacks and a fresh loaf of sourdough! I’ll definitely check to stay with her again next time I head down that way.

Jordan was the ultimate host. He related on our level and was very communicative throughout the entire process. Our work event went off without a hitch thanks to Jordan. Of all the properties I’ve stayed at, Jordan has been the most responsive and supportive . I will suggest this property to anyone trying to get away with some peace and quiet on a retreat, or anyone looking for the best possible option for lodging while attending an event at the caverns. Top notch customer service, an absolutely immaculately clean beautiful property, and thoughtful amenities throughout. We had such a great stay! Beautiful spot with such a relaxing outdoor area by the river. We used the fire pit the whole time. The themed decor made for a unique stay. My kids loved looking for the koroks throughout the house too (we’re all Zelda fans). We’ll be coming back for sure! Plenty more hikes in the area we want to do next, and the Silent Princess is the perfect place to rest up afterward.

This was our third visit to this beautiful home. We love the view of the valley. The home has a cool comfortable modern vibe.
