Grant was so friendly and welcoming and gave us a fabulous run down of the area and all the beautiful spots to explore. The waterfall was breathtaking. We would definitely return!

Let me start by saying, the cabin was incredible. Felt like stepping back in time. Very well done. Our host even dropped off fresh baked cinnamon rolls and cake for us. Excellent surprise. Now the rest of the story… My wife and I chose this location to escape from the storms in mid TN. Weather reports looked decent. 1:00 in the morning we were woke up to tornado warnings and then it hit. Horrible experience and terrifying to be in a strange place during a tornado but, the cabin survived and kept us safe. Cindy the host was in immediate contact with us making sure we were safe and her husband came in person to check on us. Our terrible experience has nothing to do with the property or the host, both were beyond fantastic and for that alone deserve your business. We will definitely be back hopefully when the weather is better. Thank you Cindy for being a caring and wonderful person. Mostly thankful for the cabin that did its job and kept my wife and I safe.

Grant and Becky were amazing hosts! I was a solo traveler and they made me feel welcome, safe, and they had some great recommendations on local restaurants!! Staying in the eco cabin was great! Had everything I needed, the kitchen had spices!(which is so rare in vacation rentals) Their property is GORGEOUS. I wasn't able to adventure out as much as I wanted due to hurting my ankle though! Even through that, Grant and Becky were great! They let me know if I needed anything they were more than happy to help! I do plan on visiting and staying again!

Susan was a great host, kind, carrying, accommodating, and welcoming. We stay in the small cabin next to the stables and across the field from the main house. The cabin was clean, equipped with kitchen essentials and even freebies (farm eggs, homemade bread, butter, cream, coffee, sugar, bottled water). The space was smaller than anticipated. It is best described as a tiny house, suitable for one- two people and a child. The bunk bead is right under the celling about the bathroom. There was a fenced area at front with a picnic table, two wooden chairs and a fire pit with firewood set ready to enjoy. To use the hot tub we needed to walk through the field open for horses to walk, which felt awkward to do in a dark. We decided to use an offer for a horse ride for our youngest, teenage guest. It was a lot of fun.

We can’t say enough how much we’ve enjoy the time we’ve stayed here. My husband and I have rented almost every log home and have enjoyed the experience of nature, peace & tranquility you just feel like you can touch a cloud. We’ve met the owner once she cares about making your stay as best as imaginable she’s very kind, also very quick with communication. They also provide a charging unit for your vehicle at no cost which is nice.. Soto Yoda

Blue Ivy is a perfect spot if you want to get away to nature while also wanting to have access to the best of city life. The house is 100 yards away from the entrance to a national park which offers some amazing trails. The house provides peace and quiet while making you feel like you are away from it all. But you are actually only 5 minutes away from the cool St. Elmo neighborhood at the base of the mountain. Our meal in St. Elmo at Little Coyote was one of our favorites of the last couple years - excellent service, nice vibe, an imported tortilla making machine, unusual and delicious cocktails, and food that blew our minds - get the collards! Just go! Mad Night Brewing is a small brewery charmingly tucked into the back of a building in St. Elmo. If you like pale ales, you gotta stop by Mad Knight Brewing to try theirs- great staff, friendly locals, unpretentious spot with great beer. Blue Ivy is perfectly situated to give you the best of both worlds. I highly recommend it.

Such a cozy get away! We stayed 3 nights and it was a perfect retreat to recharge. To have the calmness and quietness of the woods but still being 20ish minutes from downtown Chattanooga was perfect! The cabin provides a warm space, from the lighting to the rustic wood finish. The hot tub was an ideally feature from all the hiking! We’ll be booking again in the near future!

This is a super cute tiny home in a smart tiny home community. Though I had no direct contact with Megan, there was really no need. The directions were self explanatory and we didn't have any problems (there was mention of lights on a timer, but they were unplugged when we got there, so I didn't mess with them.) We love to hike and the location is great for several beautiful hikes, including Deer Lick Falls located on the property (i would call this an 'amenity' :-))

This was an effortless, relaxing stay. Our second stay at the Water’s Edge and just as nice as the one before. So many things made this trip easy. The descriptions and instructions were true and clear. Very clean and comfortable. The tiny home was well stocked and clean. The hot tub was also very clean and relaxing. No complaints to speak of, definitely loved staying here. A great location if attending shows at the caverns.

We had a great stay. We used this as a place to write music for a few days and it was so peaceful. Beds were extremely comfortable and it was equipped with everything we needed. A short walk down the water and park. Great stay overall!

Loved our stay in Mary’s wonderful airbnb! Super peaceful and adored the drive to the airbnb. Got a little worried because of the most recent review posted but I want to confirm that Mary gave us the utmost privacy, and the past review seems to not be the truth at all. Would definitely book again! So comfy!

Tara’s place is more than I could have imagined. The location is perfect to visit Sewanee and go on all the beautiful hikes. The place is impecable, with beautiful touches, extremely comfortable, private and safe. I will definitely come back to this tiny home again. Lovely place!!

We had a nice stay and had amazing weather. The home was described well and what we expected. The hot tub and outdoor area were great, our dog and kids loved it. We were a bit disappointed there was no playground, it looked like it had recently been removed. We would definitely recommend this house!

Shelia does a great job at being hospitable and communicative. The coffee/tea arrangement on the porch, the stay itself, and the breakfast in the morning made for a great trip to the Caverns.

We had a great time and the house was perfect! So clean but also homey and beautiful. Beds were extremely comfortable and they provided everything we could possibly need. 10/10.

We had a great week here over New Years! We loved exploring the local areas, and Chattanooga was close enough to venture to several days of our trip. Clean, private, & quiet!

This was the perfect spot for a girls trip near Chattanooga away from the downtown area. It was peaceful, loved walking around our site with our morning coffees and were greeted by the cutest little campground kitty!

The property looked exactly like what the photos showed and It was very, very clean! We couldn’t have asked for more amenities to really enjoy a R&R getaway. We will definitely be back!

Cabin faces away from property toward forest. So, you definitely feel out on your own. It's very quiet, calm. The cabin has all you need for a quiet, peaceful retreat: a roof, four walls, a bed, climate controlled (there are other amenities, but this is all I was really looking for). I was only visited by a couple of chickens once who wandered by to say "hello" and then go about their business. There was plenty of firewood near the cabin already, but there's also a rather large pile available if necessary. The only downside was that I didn't stay longer. Would definitely recommend. I miss it already.

Very beautiful cabin & space! Elisabeth was always available to answer questions if needed & helped us with the hot tub as well! We will definitely be staying with them again!
