Julie, the host, was very proactive; checking in with me after check in. Walking into this beautiful, tastefully decorated home, was breathtaking! There is every possible item you need in the kitchen... and the appliances match the size of the home. Huge refrigerator and oven. Incredible outdoor space with outdoor fridges and ice maker. We enjoyed the lake amd water toys. The entire family had a grand time! We hope to attend again! And bonus that the property is very accessible! No steps on entry, main floor bedrooms and easy path to lakeside seating! Fabulous!

Our family loved our weekend away at Kathy’s - she’s an amazing host! Always quick to respond when and if we needed her. She even left us baked goodies and snacks for check-in which was so thoughtful of her. The entire place was beautiful and clean.

We loved staying at Sandy Bottoms, the house is spacious and comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped for a family. We enjoyed fishing and kayaking on the lake, rods and life jackets were provided (thanks!). The area is peaceful and beautiful and we enjoyed watching the squirrels and chipmunks! Cindy was very helpful. We recommend the disc golf at Tom Thomson park at South River! They have discs that you can borrow at the car park.

This place is truly exceptional! The host has clearly put a lot of thought into every detail, ensuring a unique experience for guests. From the hot tub to the fire pit, everything is well-designed and inviting. I highly recommend this spot!

We enjoyed our stay here! Very close to singing sands, the beach out front was nice to walk down, beautiful sunsets. Enjoyed the hot tub after hiking all day.

We really loved our time at this cottage. The cottage was the perfect size and well kept. The deck was amazing and we spent a lot of time on the deck. The view was spectacular. It was so peaceful and the area was beautiful. We really enjoyed canoeing on the lake without worry about motor boats. There was lots of wildlife around which we enjoyed. We highly recommend this cottage!

This place is absolutely breathtaking, being right on the lake, the view was beautiful from morning to night time. Usman was also an amazing host who responded to all our questions and concerns in timely manner before and during our stay. Could not recommend this host and their place enough. Mike is very welcoming. The treehouse is well maintained and it has everything one might need, they have paid attention to tiny details and ensured that guests have very comfortable and enjoyable stay. We will definitely be coming back!
