This beautiful stay was everything we hoped it would be. Amazing view and access to Canyon Lake. Claire is a generous and kind host. We felt comfortable, relaxed and at ease staying on the hill top. Would stay again and again.

Sarah was great to work with, responded quickly, and friendly. This house was cute and very clean. It met all our expectations. Easy to travel to Corpus Christi and San Antonio. Definitely recommend this home!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place was extremely clean and very well appointed. We spent most of our time at the fire pit and outside areas and felt at peace. Jay was super responsive to all our needs and easy to contact. We definitely recommend to anyone looking for a quick getaway.

We had seven adults stay. Spacious, great front and back porch, hot tub, and fire pit. We loved seeing the deer in the mornings. It is just a few miles to HEB, Target and restaurants. We had everything we needed for a great family getaway to Wurstfest. Great host and communication.

This is our go to home when we are in San Marcos. Stephen and Paula are fabulous hosts! It definitely feels like a home and it has everything you could possibly need!

We stayed for a work trip and the house was exactly what we wanted. Comfortable, clean, and luxurious. The garage is a nice perk as well.

This house felt very homey. It was really comfortable, and the kitchen was stocked with pretty much everything you need to cook a meal. The beds were comfortable, the backyard was well maintained and had a view of the water. We all lounged in the big comfy couch, watched movies and played games. I would definitely choose this property again if I'm in the area.

This condo is centrally located making getting to downtown, Landa Park, the water park, and just about all N.B. offers very easy. You could walk to Wurstfest from this location. It is right on the Comal river so you can jump in the river anytime. The unit was very comfortable. You will hear the trains when they move through town since the tracks are right next to the complex so take note if you are a light sleeper.

The place was great, the location was good. Greg was awesome bc we have a little issue getting the instructions to load for check in on my phone. He called right away and got us inside the unit no big deal, that was great service from him. It WAS walkable to Gruene hall for the show but it was a good 20+ minutes, so not REALLY walkable but we still did it. The price is very high, but so are all the airbnb rentals in this area, so it is priced appropriately for the local market. Overall, great and will stay again for sure!

Perfectly located and equipped with everything you could need on a vacation in New Braunfels. Very close to Gruene and 10 minute drive to Landa Park, River Access, and downtown. I really appreciate you sharing your comfortable space. Would definitely stay again.

Annie’s cottage was the perfect stay for our quick trip to San Marcos for a wedding nearby. The cottage is decorated thoughtfully, and Annie was a thorough host.

Great unit! Walkable to everything downtown NB, Texas tubes right next door, peaceful - loved seeing all the deer! Host was super nice and even had a crockpot waiting for us when I inquired about one!

We had such a wonderful stay . The home is exactly how it is described. Our host was knowledgeable and extremely kind. We plan to return in June 2025. Cheers and Happy New Year .
