The house was just perfect for what we needed. It is located is a nice quiet neighborhood. There is easy access to interstate, restaurants, shops, churches, etc. Judy was very responsive whenever we had any questions. I would highly recommend this house to anyone visiting the San Antonio area.

We consider this home "OUR VACATION HOME" Even though we think each visit is awesome, every visit we noticed that things keep improving. We book our next visit while we are there. WILL BE BACK SOON!!!

Beautiful home. Everything is just as described. Nice fenced in back yard; good for grilling and hanging with your family. Check in was very easy. You won’t be disappointed

Place was as described and very nice. About 22 minutes drive to downtown San Antonio.

Very spacious beautiful home. Right in the middle of everything, I love that they had PLENTY of Cozy blankets around the house. My kids really enjoyed the home made our first vacation to Sea World something to remember!! ❤️🫶🏽

The place was great, the location was good. Greg was awesome bc we have a little issue getting the instructions to load for check in on my phone. He called right away and got us inside the unit no big deal, that was great service from him. It WAS walkable to Gruene hall for the show but it was a good 20+ minutes, so not REALLY walkable but we still did it. The price is very high, but so are all the airbnb rentals in this area, so it is priced appropriately for the local market. Overall, great and will stay again for sure!

Very new and clean place. Full kitchen utensils. We saw wild deer when we first arrived. Easy to check in by ourselves. Only 20 minutes to Outlets. We all enjoyed our Thanksgiving weekend in this place.

What a relaxing experience, we loved everything about our weekend, the warm welcome, including fresh baked cookies! Great communication, the peace and quiet the wonderful cabin and deck, with every amenity you can think of. The area is great to just wander and discover things. This is our first stay with Georgia, Eric and Dakota, but it wont be the last!

We really enjoy staying at this Airbnb. The town is very fun and quite at the same time. It is out of the way from all the hustle of the larger towns, and yet is close many shops in driving distance.

It was a nice stay. We’ve been here once before and liked the location. Very thin walls but that’s to be expected with an older building. Would book again. Always a fun time and within walking distance to everything. May I suggest Cowboys and Cadillacs if you want to go out to eat or have a drink.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful location for a few nights, and we were thoroughly delighted. The views from the balcony were breathtaking, and the overall comfort of the property was exceptional. Each room was cozy and well-appointed, providing a truly welcoming atmosphere. Great spot, and cheaper than getting 2 hotel rooms for us. Stayed one night after picking up visiting family from the airport in San Antonio. Road construction was inconvenient but not something they had control of.

Great spot! The condo furnishings were fresh and very clean, and the kitchen was well stocked. Perfect location - It was just a short walk (2 minutes) to the river bank and about 5-10 minute walk to downtown Gruene. Brooke was very helpful and easy to reach. We would stay here again!

Natalie’s place was nice, clean, quiet, and conveniently located a short walk from the river. She was very responsive and friendly and even offered to ship an item for free that was left behind.

Meagan's Place is very comfortable and as described. The kitchen was well stocked. The condo is on the street side of the building, so there is some traffic noise. The balcony is very small and shaded, but you CAN see a couple of spots on the Comal, right at the bridge. The bathrooms are small, but clean. Nice walk-in shower in the master. Beds were comfortable.
