Beautiful home. Everything is just as described. Nice fenced in back yard; good for grilling and hanging with your family. Check in was very easy. You won’t be disappointed

My Wife and I and Dogs had a great stay at the cozy place. We kept saying to each other this is nice place. It was perfect for what we needed it for 1.) My wife decorated a wedding cake in the beautiful well equipped kitchen. 2.) I had to do some work the Internet worked well, which made my tasks easier. 3.) The fenced in backyard was a great place to let out two little dogs go outside with our having to be leashed each time. BIG Plus!! 4.) Washer and dryer was nice to have, so that we don't have to go back home with dirty clothes. 5.) Being particular about my vehicles it was nice to park under the car port, for me that is another great plus. 6.) Every area of the home was very clean, I am also very particular about a clean place to stay. Over all the house fit all of our needs, was very cozy and a great place to relax after working and the wedding.

The outdoor space is great place to hangout with your group after a long day at the river! The house provides everything you need for a great trip.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place was extremely clean and very well appointed. We spent most of our time at the fire pit and outside areas and felt at peace. Jay was super responsive to all our needs and easy to contact. We definitely recommend to anyone looking for a quick getaway.

Beautiful location and home!! Highly recommend! House is exactly as pictured and it felt like home. Bonus snacks upon arrival with the owner providing exceptional customer service. This home is great!

Our stay was wonderful. We've been going to New Braunfels for years and this has been a favorite stay. Check in was easy, the house is in a great spot, has easy river access, and we loved that there was plenty of space for the entire family to spread out and be comfortable. Our one year old grandson had plenty of room to play in a safe place. The sunroom or the screened in porch is a perfect spot for coffee in the morning and having the chairs and BBQ pit were perfect for the evening. We floated twice from Little Ponderosa and got out right at the house which was great especially since some chose to just hang out in the river by the house. We will definitely look into staying here again. Thank you for being great hosts!

Marjorie was so nice and friendly. We loved her property, and the deer were so cute to see in the morning. She was very helpful and communicated effectively. Thank you for letting us stay in this home. We had a great time as we celebrated our friends.

Nice place to stay and would definitely recommend to anyone else.

The place was great, the location was good. Greg was awesome bc we have a little issue getting the instructions to load for check in on my phone. He called right away and got us inside the unit no big deal, that was great service from him. It WAS walkable to Gruene hall for the show but it was a good 20+ minutes, so not REALLY walkable but we still did it. The price is very high, but so are all the airbnb rentals in this area, so it is priced appropriately for the local market. Overall, great and will stay again for sure!

Absolutely loves staying here! Place was clean and just what we needed for our weekend! Would definitely stay again if in the area!

Very new and clean place. Full kitchen utensils. We saw wild deer when we first arrived. Easy to check in by ourselves. Only 20 minutes to Outlets. We all enjoyed our Thanksgiving weekend in this place.

What a relaxing experience, we loved everything about our weekend, the warm welcome, including fresh baked cookies! Great communication, the peace and quiet the wonderful cabin and deck, with every amenity you can think of. The area is great to just wander and discover things. This is our first stay with Georgia, Eric and Dakota, but it wont be the last!

This place was great! Group of 5 friends, and we were comfortable the whole stay. This place was perfect for people who don't want to spend too much time inside and want to explore what New Braunsfels has to offer.

Great clean spot right by the river and all the amenities of Gruene. It is a bit weird because it’s 2 completely separate apartments which I thought were connected. You get 101 and 102 and they are Nextdoor but not connected

so thankful to Carrie and Erik! after mishaps with a different booking, they were kind enough to accept a last minute booking the day before Thanksgiving. they genuinely saved our family trip and allowed for us to have a wonderful time together with our family over the holiday. the space was wonderful, comfortable, had everything we needed to cook and enjoy our Thanksgiving meal. as a wonderful bonus, we had many deer sighting. and had the weather been warmer, we could have happily enjoy the river that was right at the edge of the property. overall a great place to stay

We had a great stay here. The area was by the river so was easy to walk down and enjoy some beautiful surroundings. It was a quick drive downtown or to Gruene and right next to a lovely park. Nice and clean space.

Great place, and Evelyn was extremely responsive and helpful. Will be staying here again when we are back in the area!

Great view of the river, the pool in the hot tub from the balcony. In a five minute walk into town with great restaurants, awesome bakery, and bars . The kitchen was fully stocked with everything that you would need including blender toaster Insta pot, rice cooker, plenty of pots and pans utensils. 5 stars great location!

Ideal location and beautiful property. Condo was well furnished and very clean. Comfortable linens and beds. Would absolutely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Matt’s condo. Loved being by the river & the beautiful scenery, comfortable beds & all the amenities the place had to offer. Check in was easy, the place had everything we needed. There is even covered parking. Glad there was an elevator close to the room since I had a heavy ice chest. Would stay there again if I’m in New Braunfels again.
