My friends and I loved skips place! Just a wonderful escape from home. Very peaceful, beautiful and cozy! was equipped with everything needed only thing to keep in mind bring your own propane and firewood they have an amazing propane grill and fire pit setup. We loved and will definitely be visiting again!

Lots of space! We had an excellent stay. I would definitely wear house shoes. Unfortunately, the house is located in the Copano Ridge subdivision on the other side of Kitty Hawk Middle School instead of on/near Sunrise Canyon Drive as listed, so we had to unexpectedly adjust some of our plans.

Todd was quick to respond to any questions I had. The property is cozy and feels like you are right at home. I would stay at this location again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place was extremely clean and very well appointed. We spent most of our time at the fire pit and outside areas and felt at peace. Jay was super responsive to all our needs and easy to contact. We definitely recommend to anyone looking for a quick getaway.

Beautiful place!!!!! The layout was perfect. The kids were able to enjoy the pool, pickleball/baksetball, and husband cooked on the grill while I sat on the back porch and enjoyed the view of family being together!

The house is in a great location and neighborhood. We wanted for nothing while we stayed there. Nila is extremely friendly and a great communicator. I'm sure if we had need of anything, she would have quickly jumped on it. I feel the value we paid was fair. It's a nice place to be able to meet up with our adult children and spend some quality time together under one roof. I would stay here again if we find ourselves back in San Antonio.

We had a great time during our stay! Would absolutely love to visit again! Place was very well put together and clean with a lot of outdoor space. Hosts were great and offered amazing service! Highly recommend for a family getaway.

Very happy with our stay! Could not beat the location for floating the Comal! Location was secure, with plenty of parking. Very serene, nice pool, great location.

Ideal location and beautiful property. Condo was well furnished and very clean. Comfortable linens and beds. Would absolutely stay here again!

Everything was great! There are a lot of thoughtful extra touches, such as light switches labeled for which they turn on, tons of towels including beach towels, a cooler available in a closet, a step stool in the kitchen for us short people, etc. Natalie was very responsive when I had a special need. We would definitely stay here again or at one of her other properties.
