We had an incredible stay at this Airbnb! There were four of us, and it was super convenient that we each had our own bathrooms—definitely a huge plus. The apartment itself was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location couldn’t have been better. It was right near downtown, making it super easy to come and go, whether we were heading out for food, exploring the city, or just enjoying the nightlife. Overall, I absolutely loved the place and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Austin. Would definitely book again!

Great location if you want to be close to downtown, but far enough that you're not in the mess of the construction and traffic. Apartments are just as described and are very well equipped with the basics. Great for longer stays too since there's a full kitchen! We rented the whole building out for a week and everyone stated being very comfortable. Katherine was very accommodating to our needs and was great to communicate with! She was super friendly and made coordinating a large group a whole lot easier because of her flexibility. The onsite parking was great since street parking is hard to come by. Highly recommend, especially if you're staying longer term in SA.

Katherine's place is very charming. It was very cozy. It had everything you could possibly need to have a comfortable stay. The neighborhood is nice and very walkable to the Pearl area and to restaurants. A part of the river walk is close by too. The neighborhood is also very quiet. There was parking in the back and plenty available on the street too. She communicated well and checked in on us during our stay. We highly recommend!

This property is an incredible value especially compared to surrounding rentals. The interiors are well appointed with everything you possibly need and more: extra pillows and linens and plush towels, extra paper supplies and toiletries. Attention has been paid to aesthetic details and it's pleasant, inviting and comfortable. There are things outside the host's control, like the exterior maintenance of the building or noisy neighbors, but they make up for it in the price which is truly amazing for a 4BR/4ba unit that more than meets the needs of 4 couples or 4 singles providing private spaces and comfortable surroundings to accommodate everyone in a group. It is ideally located for downtown Austin, safe, secure and such a value - you couldn't stay anywhere else within a stone's throw of virtually everything in Austin for less than $100 per room and achieve this level of comfort. Drew, Chris and Shawn were a pleasure to work with and very responsive and prompt. We'll be back!

Great stay for graduation at Lackland AFB. Very close to the base and has everything you need around it. Robert was excellent at communicating and when I had asked if he had any extra washcloths he had some delivered within 30 minutes. He definitely went above and beyond.

JJ and Sue were an outstanding host, providing clear instructions, prompt communication, and warm hospitality. The Airbnb was immaculate, stylishly decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The house was clean, the location was perfect, and the amenities were exactly as described.

If anyone is looking for a place in this part of Texas I’m telling you it is fabulous. Talk about clean and making it feel as cozy as your own home. I would highly recommend staying here. And talk about peaceful WOW!!! Maria our host was spot on always responsive and everything she explained was spot on. We so enjoyed our stay and will absolutely be visiting here again. We stayed here for 3 months during a move. Host was super responsive and the house was great! Everything we needed and would definitely stay here again.

Great location and the house is lovely! Great outdoor space and having the hot tub was awesome! Only thing to note is there didn’t seem to be a back door so had to go out the front. Not that big of a deal but make sure you have some flip flops to walk in from the door to the back patio area.

It was a very pleasing experience for my family and myself. I was not disappointed at all with the home, and neighborhood. This was exactly what we were looking for as a family and we highly recommend your spot. Happy New Years
