John and Sherri’s place was even better than advertised! The property is beautiful and peaceful, and the Backwoods BnB is a large inviting space. Our two young children had plenty to keep them occupied, and morning walks to visit Brandi and Bailey- the two resident longhorns- was a highlight for our son! The large open floor plan worked great for us, and allowed our little ones to tire themselves out before bed each night. Although secluded, the BnB was a great base for day trips to Pedernales Falls, Wimberly, Fredericksburg, and Enchanted Rock. Dripping Springs is also a short drive away for groceries, or a quick meal.

This place exceeded our expectations! The peace and quiet that we experienced was unmatched!! My family of four and our dog, enjoyed every moment and every part of the property. My kids were never inside!! Great place to decompress from daily life activities. Also, no phone or Internet service was tranquility for my wife and I. We'll definitely be coming back!!! We LOVED it so much that nobody wanted to leave!!! One of my favorite places that my family has been too. Don't forget to say hi to Frank!!

We had a great time! Jim was super helpful and welcoming and the campground was beautiful. Lots of stuff to explore and friendly people. The camper was perfect and just like the photos and description!

We loved this gorgeous space to call home for a few days while visiting family in Seguin. We enjoyed peaceful early morning walks in the quiet neighborhood where we admired the trees and various birds that nest along the river. It was quiet and clean. Vicki was a great host and very responsive. A unique home up on stilts so not the best if you have mobility issues. Otherwise, it's a great spot

The cabin was great to stay at, a getaway to enjoy away from the city was nice! It truly is an amazing spot, the property is walkable and there is lots to do around the area as well. From the winery nearby to many brewing spots to enjoy. The place matched the description having everything needed for our stay.

This was my third time to stay at Big D Bunkhouse. Always clean, always comfortable. Beautiful surroundings. Perfect for what we needed. Wish the bass pond had more water, but you can't control mother nature. Thanks DeLynn for another wonderful stay.

I would like to thank Henry for letting me and my friends/family stay at his farmhouse cabins. We put on a Friendsgiving event, and it was a great space to have children who love being outdoors. Also, the big table outside was a wonderful bonus for us all eating together. There were a few smaller things wrong (low gas for stove, broken drain stopper. etc.) but none of them stopped us from having a great time and enjoying the space. Henry was super responsive when we needed him to check out things and very understanding. The wifi was solid, the beds were comfortable, and the kids loved being able to feed the mini horses during the day with the provided feed! We even had smores over the firepit, which was amazing! I would definitely stay there again!!

Amy was a great host that went above and beyond. Her local recommendations were awesome and helped guide our weekend. The place is so cute and we loved all the outdoor options right on the property (fire pit, corn hole, outdoor seating, etc). We will definitely be back and loved our stay! ❤️

This was the perfect spot for a weekend getaway. It was still a quick drive into town to explore, but we had everything needed to stay in and enjoy the quietness and large patio. Would highly recommend staying here, super communicative and helpful with any questions we had!

I’ve stayed in a lot of airbnbs and this location is by far one of the best. One great thing about it is how it has a huge kitchen to cook in. The room upstairs has plenty of space especially if you are going on a family trip! Everything was squeaky clean and the hosts are very quick to respond, very helpful!

The hosts went above and beyond, providing coffee, espresso supplies, and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hot tub and rooftop seating with string lights made for the perfect way to relax in the evenings. One of the highlights was seeing the cows nearby, which added to the peaceful and scenic atmosphere. We highly recommend this place and would absolutely stay again!

This two homes are perfect for a family vacation or a retreat. Pool is not fenced in so children will have to be supervised by adult while outside at all times. I and my mom stayed there and it felt like we were in the woods but we were only a few minutes from shopping and church. Very peaceful which I loved. Animals just a few steps away and they were very friendly. The hosts are super stars that are very responsive and respectful. If you are looking for a picture perfect stay this is it.

Very great stay for us 5 girls for a weekend get away. The house was beautiful and we loved sitting outside and seeing all the deers in the morning. Not super far from downtown and was nice and quiet neighborhood.

Perfect place for a quick getaway for our family of 4. There was plenty of room in the yurt for us and our stuff. And the beds were super comfortable. Sitting outside with the sunrise and sunset with animals running around was awesome. Highly recommend!

We loved staying at the Casita. It is beautiful property, relaxing, and we loved the views, the horses, the chickens, and the fresh farm eggs. The house was lovely and spacious with 3 bedrooms. The cost is very reasonable considering the space and the location. Location is great because it is close to so many destinations in the hill country. We hope to stay here again!

The bunkhouse is a great rustic experience in the middle of a picturesque landscape of rolling hills and beautiful huge oaks. Our hosts were extremely responsive to our needs and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. I would highly recommend staying here.

We had a wonderful stay at this peaceful little farm. We visited our son while he was on spring break. We wanted a place to get away from the busy campus area and relax. Broken Road Farm was perfect. Friendly host, cozy atmosphere and relaxing outdoor areas all made our experience exactly what we were looking for.

We had a wonderful stay at this private, relaxing oasis! It’s great for a weekend away or as a landing spot during the Round Top festival. Brad was a delight to speak with and they had three wonderful dogs we enjoyed meeting. I hope to return again!
