An amazing piece of heaven. Peaceful, great views, stunning tents, private, great for social distancing with friends or family. Very well appointed and thought out. Definitely our favorite glamping site yet! And so many wineries, distilleries, brewers and cider houses to enjoy nearby. Take the drive through Pedernales State Park if you're coming from Austin to get into the mood. Thanks Jan and Cianna.

We had a blast at Green Acres! We happened to be the only people there and had it all to ourselves! This was our first time glamping and even in with temperatures in the mid 90s - the shade and the yurt were still cool enough to enjoy, and the yurt got down right nice and cold at night! We wondered into town for some breakfast, and again later for some BBQ but couldn't help but just fully relax out at the camp site. We cant imagine a better escape/unplug and recharge. We were immersed in nature, and even if it were a busy weekend, the way the sites are set up feel individual and private/secluded. Everything was clean and set up/ready to go. We cant wait to return for our next get away.

Place was exactly what we were looking for. Everything was as described. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a secluded and relaxing getaway.

The location is just as described. The yurt was pretty comfortable thanks to the fans and air conditioning. The kitchen was stocked and even grilling material was aplenty. There were smore sticks as well. Bathrooms are spacious and clean. Nearby, there is great Texan bbq and horse riding. Highly recommend.

This was a very fun overnight trip! The golf cart was perfect and really made the trip. We drove down quite a ways and had a nice river beach to ourselves. The pool is beautiful as well and has a full bar to purchase drinks. The raccoon Bubba will knock over your trash at night so be aware of that. Fridge is mini size and the grill was nice but bring your own grill tools. They also have Yetis tumbelres you can use with their cute logo on it. Bed was fluffy and comfortable. I opted for an outdoor shower under the stars and it was perfect! The indoor shower and tub are resort quality as well. The porch is gated all the way around but would be short enough for a large dog to jump over. My corgi mixes couldn't escape though so it was perfect. If you have a tiny dog they may be able to squeeze through the gaps. Make sure to drive around and check out all the amenities like the volleyball court, conrnhole, swings, and bocce ball court.

We absolutely loved our stay. The Little Dipper was perfect! Cozy, comfy and has great amenities. The bed is so comfortable as well. Only regret I have is getting the place for one night.

Amazing area and spectacular view from the house. Loved the peace and tranquillity that we enjoyed during our stay. From the beautiful sunrises to the unbelievable view of the stars at night. Couldn’t be more perfect.

We absolutely loved this space! Our only disappointment was that we didn’t book another night so we will definitely be back! There was a minor weather related issue found when we checked in but didn’t affect our night. It was addressed while we were out shopping the next day. The hot tub was fun with the deer and an armadillo rooting around close by!

We absolutely loved our weekend stay! The staff was so friendly and helpful. The view was beautiful. We stayed in tent 1 and we had plenty of privacy. The restrooms were a very close walk. We are definitely going back.

This place is amazing!!! The tent is so well done and it’s so great having such a big deck with your own pool and outdoor tub. Amazing couples getaway spot in the Hill Country. An absolute must visit unique Airbnb place to stay!!! We will for sure be back again.

Very cute tent! It was tall enough for our 6’ 4” friend to stand on with plenty of head room. Hand lanterns, fan, and an air cooler are provided in the tent as well as sleeping cots with mattresses. Right on the River for a relaxing time.

we absolutely loved it, my husband and I and our 2 dogs. The interior design is beautiful and incredibly efficient. provided for every little thing we could need. very cozy and comfortable, the best glamping experience you could want. We came during the week and had the whole property to ourselves. The town is 12 minutes away so groceries and restaurants are easily accessible. In the morning we took a very nice walk all the way up to the top of the hill, the views are great! Then we used the hot tub, very clean, very private in our own little fenced yard, the fireplace and hammock were all perfect. Zero compromise on creature comforts, plenty of lights and outlets in the tent, and I was having bad cramps so I took 2 baths in the huge tub and never ran out of hot water. the water pressure was great. it got pretty chilly outside at night and the mini split was more than sufficient to keep it perfectly comfortable inside.

This is a super private and peaceful environment. If you're used to camping then you'll love this spot. If you're not used to camping just make sure to bring a good flashlight and any other basic necessities for navigating in the dark. Most camping spots at state parks are barely cheaper than this Airbnb and you'd still have to have you're own gear. So this is a pretty sweet deal considering all it has to offer. It's well kept in my opinion and I enjoy the fact that the neighbors aren't very close at all. You can truly get away. We only needed a place to stay for one night but I plan on coming back here when it warms up a little. Next time I'm bringing our dog with us! If you're a nature oriented person you really will love this spot.

nice secluded place. Tents are really spacious and clean. Mattresses were surprisingly comfortable. The stargazing was superb. Drive out is hilly and dark. I’d arrive during the daylight for safety. The stargazer and escape tents have the best hillside view. Lighting is fairy lights via a usb so if you want brighter lights, I’d bring a led lantern if you plan to read or play board games. Be aware that this is glamping. At the end of the day, it’s a tent. Temperature outside is the temperature inside so prepare accordingly. It was 35 degrees for me. I brought lots of blankets and once the heated comforter did its work, it was cozy under the covers. Based on the reviews on the older RV facilities and that I was only staying one day, I elected to shower before and after my trip, not during the visit. The porch and chairs and views are wonderful and we still had plenty of service without the WiFi on Verizon.

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary and it was amazing!! The tent is so cute and exactly how described. It stayed nice and warm for us throughout the night and they provided extra heaters and plenty of blankets. We loved the little pond to fish and kayak with Samantha the swan! The little town is so cute and we will definitely be back in the summer to enjoy the river!

I honestly did not want to leave Charlene’s place, she made us feel right at home! I loved every part of this experience, including the tour. It was awesome seeing the wolves and wolf pups, I will definitely be back!

You can never ever go wrong going to Jane’s, we feel like family. Such a perfect get away.
