Perfect getaway when we needed a peaceful weekend. Cute cabin and great hot tub! Definitely will book again.

This place is awesome. The home and property are beautiful. My son especially loved looking at the animals and playing on the playground. I would definitely recommend.

Absolutely loved this house, felt like I was home. Kitchen was stocked with just about everything needed to prepare meals, plenty of towels for use. We loved the pool too. About 25 minutes to San Marcos. We thoroughly enjoyed Rose’s house and would highly recommend it!

Everyone has mentioned peacefulness. Agreed, it's quite, serene, not to far from civilization. It's a small cozy cabin, as such, it is like most small cabins retreats in the Texas hill country. Theyq provided a map, things are in closer proximity than the map makes them appear. That being said, this cabin has the second most comfortable bed I've ever laid on in my 20+ years of vacationing. One of the nights I stayed was a lunar eclipse. Had alarm set, got up, was outside for 10 minutes before that bed called me back. Thank you Catherine and crew for a wonderful stay.

I loved this place. Very cool interior, lovely outdoor space, and the location is terrific. Superquiet, but not far from downtown, it was the perfect place to come back to after a busy day at South by Southwest. Definitely hope to stay there again.

The place was awesome, very clean and we were able to find everything we needed during our visit, there are many things to do around the area. Dough was a great host and very responsive. I definitely recommend this place for a nice weekend getaway.

Omg, the place was great! Ashley was a great host made our stay extra special when she didn’t have to. The place was awesome and even though it was bit of a bad weather we still made the best of it. We couldn’t let bad weather get in the way of the hot tub which we really enjoyed and the fireplace inside made it perfect for staying indoors and enjoying time. Thank you Ashley for hosting us. Can’t wait to go back.

We had an incredible time here for our anniversary. The casita was beautifully designed and refreshingly clean and welcoming. We enjoyed cooking all our meals on the Blackstone, playing board games on the patio, reading next to the blooming lavender on the back staircase, watching the sun rise and set in all its glory, listening to and spotting birds at all the feeders, and completely unwinding and relaxing. Everything was exactly as described, and so much more, and Dennise and Roland were very friendly and responsive. We had a very memorable stay here and would recommend to anyone!

This is an adorable tiny home with everything you need and nothing more. It was perfect for our trip to Austin and to see our son at Texas State in San Marcos! Everything was just as described! Tony was very responsive to our texts. Thank you for sharing your home.

Chris' place was perfect for what we needed: a cozy, pet-friendly little getaway. Chris was also very nice and quick to respond. Definitely recommend!

The house was nice and had lots of sunlight. The kitchen and bathroom had modern fixtures and appliances. The animals were friendly and we had a lot of fun feeding them. The property was beautiful and very well kept. We had a peaceful and relaxing stay.

Laurens place was quiet and peaceful for our stay in Austin. It was accessible to all places we wanted to go within a 10-15 minute drive, and close to the airport. Lauren was a great host and went above and beyond. Thank you

“Perfect Stay – Beautiful & Thoughtfully Designed!” We had an amazing two-night stay at this Airbnb! It was just as described—beautiful, clean, and thoughtfully designed with great attention to detail. The hosts went above and beyond, providing coffee, espresso supplies, and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hot tub and rooftop seating with string lights made for the perfect way to relax in the evenings. One of the highlights was seeing the cows nearby, which added to the peaceful and scenic atmosphere. We highly recommend this place and would absolutely stay again!

Loved this location. Super private, hot tub was nice and comfortable, its the perfect little romantic getaway. Theres a communal area that you walk through to get to your airbnb, that has access to the other listings on the property as well. I was a little skeptical when i first heard this, but its actually a respectful distance from the cabin and doesnt disrupt what i came to this location for. Carol was extremely accommodating, every question i had was answered within minutes, and you can really tell that some love and care was put into this place. Would 100% go again.

Kyle was great!! The tiny house looks just as presented in the pictures. The area is very quiet and peaceful. If you have a dog, I would recommend staying here. You get the entire backyard to yourself and it is gated off , so you don’t have to worry about your dog wondering off elsewhere. The tiny house was equipped with everything we needed. I also loved how this tiny house was located in a wonderful area. There were so many shops and food places nearby. My husband and I would definitely stay here again!

This was a beautiful hidden gem!! Laura is extremely friendly and accommodating, and her instructions were very clear and helpful! The space made us feel right at home and provided a relaxing weekend. The ax throwing and hot tub were a great touch! I can’t wait to come back again!!!

What a lovely little house! We brought our 2 kids, and the layout was great. Loved the sleeping porch, the location to the water, and the s'mores supplies at the ready. Tawnya and Jay sent us so many great recommendations in the area and were very responsive if we had any questions. Our faves from the weekend were The Gristmill, Gruene Hall and The Freiheit Country Store - great live music & atmosphere. Looking forward to coming back again!

We had an entire month to soak up the sun on the deck, and enjoy the pool. We grilled several times a week, and the deer and birds kept us company. Our hosts had the cabin over stocked with linens and towels, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen fully stocked with anything you might need for a long stay. We loved this place!!

It was very cozy and relaxing. We stayed 2 nights and enjoyed the hot tub and relaxing in the yard. The little provided grill was perfect for for 2. The view from the big windows was really nice too while just laying in bed watching TV. It's also nice that the light is at a minimum so you can really see the stars.

We loved our stay!! The house was perfect! There were even some toys left that my 3 year old LOVED! Mike who lives across the river was extremely friendly and gave some great recommendations to us. We loved having the backyard river access. We did a lot of kayaking and paddle boarding along with swimming. The house was clean and had everything needed for an extended stay! If we’re ever back in the area we’ll be booking again!
