We had a great stay at Jose’s place. Jose was very responsive and even offered some suggestions for dinner since we would be checking in late. There is also a guide book in the house with extra stuff you can do in the area! The property is beautiful with parking in the back and a cute pool area to hang out at with family. Jose’s place was a 3 minute walk to the bio bay tour which was an added plus for us! We will definitely be staying at Jose’s place again! Thank you for a memorable trip Jose!

The condo is in a great location, just across from a beach and easily walkable to downtown. The place was exactly as described. It's spacious and had everything we needed. A minor repair was needed, and Amark responded immediately and had someone out to resolve it in less than 24 hours! We really enjoyed our stay.

So many amenities here! So walkable, too. There were extras in Carmen's place that aren't even listed in the description. I loved being so close to La Marginal, which is the concrete boardwalk that fronts the Atlantic Ocean. Easy and walkable to mass, restaurants, town, museums, and everything else.

This is a fantastic location for some R&R! Location is very private and the host is extremely considerate and helpful! They are also flexible, willing to work with my schedule changes. I honestly can't say enough good about this property/host! I look forward toward booking with them again! ¡Este es un lugar fantástico para descansar y relajarse! Beautiful place right on the water! The sound of the ocean each night was just what we were looking for. Loved every minute of it. The outdoor pool and small pool for the kids was a great bonus.

I had an incredible stay at La Casita Fraysa! The place was spotless, cozy, and beautifully decorated, making it feel like a home away from home. Gabriel is an excellent communicator, when a question arose Gabriel was very quick to respond and also helped with some recommendations. The house comfortably fit myself and family of eight, plenty of seats to sit and lounge. The coffee station was a hit with my family. Access to a washer and dryer was very helpful. The outside area was our favorite by far. Having access to an outdoor grill, pool, hot tub and basketball court was perfect. The location was close to all the best beaches- crash boat, jobos, and montones just to name a few.

An excellent spot if you want to get away and enjoy the western part of PR with your family for a few days or even a couple of weeks. Everything was well organized, clean and functional would definitely stay here again.

Very clean beautiful house. Very private and quiet street. We loved that we got to see some of the local animals around the house. During our stay we saw iguanas, lizards, frogs, wild horses, a cat and exotic birds(exotic to us). There are many local restaurants and bars close to the house. The beaches are also close by. The pool area was well maintained and clean. The only negative that I can say about this property is that you don’t have access to a washer and dryer. During our stay we found a laundromat that was about twenty minutes away and when we got there, they were closed for maintenance. We then drove to Toa Baja which ended up being about forty minutes away from the house for us to wash clothes. I’m not knocking this place I knew when I booked that it was not available I’m just saying it would be nicer if onsite laundry was an option. My family and I liked it very much and would love to go back.

Great relaxing place. WiFi is not the best if you need to work during your stay. A short drive to beaches and trails.

This house is absolutely beautiful! Exactly like the pictures. The pool is a huge bonus for days you just want to stay home and relax. It is 3 minutes from the airport which is a huge plus! Supermarket, gas station, restaurants, etc are all within a minute or 2 from the house. The host was super friendly and responsive! Whatever we needed, they were always available. I definitely recommend this Airbnb and will stay again in the near future for sure!

the place was perfect for my wife and i..everything we needed was in the studio.nice peaceful spot.waterfront was awesome..the Thursday nights festivals downtown rincon are live..the vw bus coffee spot(daily dose) have the best ice coffee.the local beaches are very nice . host was quick to respond with answers and suggestions. will definitely come back...we loved it...

we had a great time on the roof-top and would come again! Although the beach is beautiful, there were very few people there, which we loved. as far as we know there are no shops/restaurants within close walking distance so for that one should plan ahead.

Horacio's condo was exactly as described. It was comfortable for the three of us and had everything we needed in terms of amenities, kitchen equipment, and comfortable beds. The location is great. It's right across the street from the Rincon town beach and an easy walk to beautiful Dona Lala's beach and the town central square. Many other beaches are within a short drive. The patio, pool and outdoor shower were very nice. David

Erica was an amazing host. She provided a great guide, was very responsive, helpful, and friendly. The apartment was way more beautiful in person than in the pictures. It was also very clean and tidy as were the property grounds and pool area. The back is literally right there and the sunsets were amazing. I highly recommend this property. The only thing to consider is that there is no elevator so I would reconsider if you are traveling with little ones or people who have a hard time going up the stairs.

We had a wonderful 4 day stay. The queen bed is extremely comfortable especially for my chronic low back pain. Good, safe location away from the noisy part of the village. Luis gave me tips for nearby beaches in Guanica including Jungle Beach which has low mangrove trees and is a protected area and different from all the other beaches we've seen. The kitchen is nicely stocked and Luis gave us some good restaurant recommendations. I would definitely return. It's a spacious light filled apartment with a clean sweet little pool that's perfect for cooling off. We did Bioluminescence swimming with Parguera Eco Tours and a day trip to a Mangrove island by taking a short boat Taxi both ways with Torres Company who also does bioluminescence swimming tours and has the best price for both. You can get breakfast right next door or across the street for a local experience. The latter has faded sun umbrellas on a plywood fence with no sign. Friendly and best price in town. Highly Recommend

Pamela was extremely pro active when it came to taking care of our needs. She was very knowledgeable about the entire region and provided us with an abundance of places to visit. I will definitely be staying there again. thank you both for an unforgettable experience.
