Beautiful Location…wonderful hosts! Wow! My wife and I sat out on the deck each evening night to watch the sunset over the ocean…it felt like you were right on top of the water. Just an incredible property. Clean and well appointed with everything you’d need. Maritza is very accommodating and an excellent communicator. Made us feel right at home with local recommendations and info about Rincón and the surrounding areas. We even had a chance to check out the Volky Fest…which we would have never known about had Maritza not mentioned. We would highly recommend this stay!! Thank you!

Nice place to stay if you like to enjoy the sound of the beach, if you want access in less than 2 seconds to a nice beach, this place is super nice to stay.🌊🌊🌊

Wilson and Christine were amazing hosts. We were there during Ernesto and they worked incredibly hard to make sure the property was ready for us in spite of the storm. They are extremely responsive and helpful as hosts and their property is exceptional. The apartments had everything we needed and more. Between the gazebo, firepit, kayaks, volleyball, and beachfront access, there was something for everyone. My family was comfortable, relaxed, and enjoyed every amenity that the property had to offer. We have already decided that we can't wait to return again for a longer stay.

If you want to relax and have quiet time this is the place. It’s just magical. Beautiful apartment with amazing and peaceful surroundings. Everything as advertised. The little details from the host were amazing (notes, wine, cookies). Great communication with the host, very responsive. Will stay again. Highly recommended.

Sam was a great host and super responsive. The air mattress didn’t work but Sam was right there with an extra. The location is so beautiful and close to a lot of great restaurants and a grocery store (next to the gas station). We can’t wait to come back!

Fist and not the last me and my family will be visiting Kevin’s beautiful home! It’s been 16 years since I’ve been in PR and I felt right at home! My husband loved his first visit to PR and my mother in law loved her first visit as well! My daughters were so happy and slept comfortable and LOVED the pool! We honestly can say this home really made us want to revisit! Thank you so much for welcoming us in! See you again soon!

Our family really enjoyed our stay at Carlos's beach house. The place is exactly as described. We often times had the beach completely to ourselves during the week. On the weekends locals would come to the beach with their families. Locals also brought their horses to the ocean to ride/swim, our boys loved watching them! Everyone was very friendly towards us and we made a few new friends! There is a wonderful restaurant directly across the street called Hoy Como Ayer that is definitely worth a visit. If you stay at this property do know you will be located on a main road that is very busy with fast moving vehicles. We were very happy for the fence around this property to keep our little boys safe. Overall we really enjoyed Carlos's house and would gladly stay again. Antonio's place is a little paradise in a fishing village. the rest of the area is not great looking, but there are great fresh fish and lobster shops super close. the apt is super clean and so are the grounds around his place. You are right on the water surrounded by mangroves and docks. Lots of birds calling. One negative for me were the biting insects that left me with welts, but my husband didn't have this issue. Bug spray would have prevented this. Well worth the price because of location.

Wonderful experience, great host. Just the necessary things to enjoy the cabin. Clean, well stocked kitchen. Steps from the beach. This is our second time here and will come back.

Charming place placed at the beach is what you looking for vacay in Puerto Rico! Houses is retrostyle and it's giving a extra relish. For older generations is like time machine. You can feel old fashioned relax, enjoy bbq after kayaking and go for a walk on beach looking at the sun set and next day have coffe in pijamas on same beach. Could holidays can sound better?! May need some extra features, but for that price got it character. At all the pluses it's worth to stay there. I'm giving it my honest recommendation!

Wow, such a nice place. Just the right mix of local culture, privacy, and nearby amenities/beaches.

Wonderful airbnb to relax and enjoy. We took the kayaks out, enjoyed the hot tub and I enjoyed seeing all the turtles. Perfect place for a family or couple. Had everything we needed inside to cook a nice meal and to feel right at home. Even some toys for the beach for my little one. I enjoyed having somewhere to smoke in peace. 🍃 Recommend Calypso on a Wednesday night for open Mic, fiebre 22, art walk in rincon.

Very serene setting on the beach. Calm waters for the kids to swim and kayak in. Big shade tree on the beach to read under or for the kids to play in the sand (wear shoes because the stems have thorns). Incredible to watch the pelicans dive bomb fishing and the rythm of wildlife throughout the day. We met the managers and they are extremely nice and always responsive.
