The space was beautifully decorated and well-equipped, making our stay very comfortable. Fantastic location for does that enjoy doing outdoor activities or just want to be near the beach. Within walking distance from Playa Santa , La jungla and multiple bike trails.

This property is perfect for big families or couples traveling together. The pictures dont do justice. Its spacious while also private. Kitchen was equipped with all you would need for cooking small meals. Each bungalow has its own kitchenette with small fridge & coffee maker. The common area/main kitchen is spacious. The air conditioners worked well in every room and were very strong. the linens where fresh & clean as well as the towels. There is a grill for cooking outside and a nice clean outside common area. We were there during a tropical storm/cat. 1 hurricane and Suzette was very responsive in the case power went out. Power did go out a few times during the trip but we felt safe, and the outages only lasted for a short period of time. There is a beach within literal 5 minute walk and restaurants in the surrounding area. There is local wildlife like roosters which can surprise you on your first night and will wake you up bright & early to start you day. All around great property

We were in need of a last minute place and this was the perfect spot. Had ample space, 3 cars were able to park. The two studio apartment offered space and essentials. The pool was great for after the beach. You can drive 2 minutes to the beach or you can try and walk. Although with you car you can go to the Jungla beach. Do recommend!

Al igual que en otras ocasiones que nos hemos hospedado en su residencia fue muy placentero. Tranquilo. con todo lo necesario para hacer de nuestra estadía un lugar confortable.

Maria was an excellent host. She was able to answer any questions or concerns I might have had. The house was beautifully equipped with everything you might need down to beach toys my son was able to use. I would definitely recommend this host to family and friends. It would be a pleasure to book her home again and plan to for my next visit.

Friendly, clean , short distance to Guanica beaches. Definitely will rent again.

¡Excelente lugar para una escapada cerca de la playa! La ubicación es perfecta. El alojamiento estaba limpio, cómodo y bien equipado con todo lo necesario para una estadía relajante. Además, el anfitrión fue muy atento y siempre estuvo disponible para cualquier consulta. ¡Definitivamente lo recomendaría y volvería a hospedarme aquí!

Alan place was in a perfect location and was very well maintained and lots of room perfect place quite and relaxing place, Alan was always responsive when needed. I will definitely book again and tell others of this house! Thank you

Isaura was very helpfull and took the time to make the place available for us. Our stay was great and for this area of puerto rico this apartment was very nice for our family of five with three teenagers.

Recibí información de acceso e instrucciones de el manejo de la piscina anticipadamente. Las instrucciones y/o reglas estaban claras y exhibidas en lugares accesibles. El alojamiento estaba listo. Para darnos la bienvenida nos dejaron agua cerveza local fríos, golosinas y platos para comida y/o agua las mascotas. Llamadas y/o mensajes solicitando información se atendieron con diligencia y rapidez. La casa es acogedora y sencillamente decorada. La piscina y áreas exteriores invitan a disfrutar y conversar. Los niños tienen un espacio seguro para jugar. Las mascotas tienen especio para explorar. Las playas están cerca son poco profundas, de oleaje tranquilo y aguas cristalinas.

Perfect place to stay if you’re visiting that area of Puerto Rico. Ivonne was great, very kind and responsive always. My family and I appreciate everyone that made our stay more memorable.

Me and my family of 9 had to take an emergency trip out to the island. We booked this place with 1 days notice. The house was ready to go, clean and came with a list of recommended local places to visit and eat at. Yadira was very responsive whenever we had a question about something. Very friendly and welcoming family. Pool and backyard was a great hang out spot. Definitely recommend this place if ever traveling to the lower part of the island!

The home was extremely beautiful! Super clean and peaceful. The area is beautiful as well very different if you want a more outskirt vibe then the city ! I would definitely recommend!!

The apartment is nice and clean. It is located in a gated building. You will need to be able to call or text Maria to enter with a car on the premises. Our children (3 and 5 years old) and us enjoyed the pool. Refreshing on warm days. :)

Great spot walkable to some nice beaches. Pool onsite was great for evening dips.

Absolutely a great little beach village. It’s witching short walking distance to bars and food, and the beach is about a two minute walk. The rental was perfect- cold ac, very clean and the view was spectacular. Louise did a great job communicating with us about anything we needed. If I make it back to PR I would 100% stay here again. Thank you Louise and Tito!

They are a lovely couple that take care of their place and make their guests feel at home.

El lugar está chévere, la pasamos super bien, Ivonne siempre estuvo pendiente a cualquier necesidad, tuvimos absoluta privacidad, las playas super cerca, se podía caminar! Las piscinas espectaculares! no había necesidad de salir, nosotros teníamos planes, pero por mi me hubiera quedado en todo momento sin salir! El único inconveniente para mí fue el servicio de wifi, no se podía ver tv, la señal era súper lenta y como fui con mi abuelita tuve q comprar una antena para que ella viera películas y las niñas vieran muñequitos al momento de estar dentro del apartamento, ya q tampoco fuimos a ver tv jajaja pero si fue un punto menos...

House was very comfy. The outside area is perfect for entertaining. We were able to walk to Playa Santa and it is a short drive to La Jungla and Manguillo. The sorroundings were peaceful and quiet.

Great place with a beautiful view, located in a really nice neighborhood. The host was vey attentive, and responded super fast when I contacted her. Would definitely recommend.
